The Hotel is in a great location. The staff, so far is very pleasant. We have the suite 7005 and the view is spectacular from this room. However, the rug is very filthy, we asked the hostess to send somebody to clean this rug, but nobody came… eventhough, the staff told me somebody will come to clean the rug. This is a suite room, the expectations were that is a clean room.

I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The location is the highlight – being right next to Taksim Square walkway made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
Initially, I was a bit skeptical about booking this hotel due to some mixed reviews, but I’m glad I decided to go ahead. The experience was truly enjoyable. The hotel offers fantastic amenities, including a pool, steam room, and sauna – all of which are must-try features for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

It was a very lovely experience! They were very nice and helpful! The rooms are also amazing. I can only recommend it! I lost my braces and it accidentally got thrown out and they searched for it. Then they found it and they brought it up to my room! I am really thankful.

Rooms were fine but it needs to be modernised and space needs to be key. The food was satisfactory and can be improved. The drinks are limited at dinner time which isn’t good. The staff at the restaurant were always helpful and hardworking. Pity didn’t get any of their names. The reception staff were good too. It’s great that they have a luggage storage area. They need to have a system in place so that the bags are labelled to avoid problems. The only put off was the rude lady that insists that we review the hotel positively. She needs to be friendly and not so forceful. The porter is friendly and helpful.

Pros: The location is unbeatable, close to the heart of the city and well connected to key attractions. For the price we paid, it offers decent value, especially given the range of amenities—the sauna, gym, and pools are a nice touch. The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s sleep, though the pillows could definitely use some improvement.
Cons: Unfortunately, the food was a big letdown. The selection was bland and cheap, with very limited meat options, which was surprising in Turkey, known for its rich and flavorful cuisine. We found ourselves quickly tired of the hotel meals, and I’d advise guests to explore dining options outside to get a real taste of Turkish food.
The staff, while not rude, seemed tired and disengaged compared to other resorts we’ve visited in Turkey, where hospitality is usually exceptional. Another downside was that the pools and the rooftop close early, by 8 pm, limiting evening activities. Although there is a rooftop bar, it was underwhelming—no parties or lively atmosphere, just a few people here and there.
Neutrals: The hotel is a bit outdated, and the rooms are small, but that didn’t bother us much since we spent most of our time exploring the city. However, the lack of wall hooks and not having enough cups for a group of three did add some minor inconveniences.
Overall, it’s a solid stay for the price and location, but don’t expect to be blown away by the food or service.

I don’t even know where to start with but let me tell you right now: this is not a 5 star hotel. I might have that evaluation but it’s not up to it. Not even 4 stars. Maybe a poor quality 3 star in Europe.
Absolutely miserable service. Breakfast was unbearable. Stale bread and some salad (the same kind of thing they serve at dinner). No pancakes, no scrambled eggs, nothing.
We had to go out to a bakery every night BUY the breakfast for the next (12€ every day).
Room was not bad but again wasn’t a 5 star hotel room and didn’t have soap to wash hands. We had to buy from supermarket.
Cleanliness? On the restaurant was disgusting. The staff would remove dirty dishes from the table but wouldn’t clean it after and new guests would come and seat. The floor was always sticking.
We were on half board and I couldn’t believe my eyes on the first dinner as we arrived at dinner time. Food was worse that school or hospital cafeteria. I had never seen anything that bad at a hotel.
Needless to say we ended up going out for dinner and pay it ourselves.
So even with breakfast and dinner included we ended up spending more than 400€ for breakfast and dinner because the hotel couldn’t provide a decent service.
DON’T stay here. Photos on Booking don’t do justice. Run while you can.

The worst hotel ever. They try to scam you downgrading your room and asking to pay more. They didn't refund us for 2 nights when we left in the morning.

The hotel is located in a very central location with easy access to Istikal Cade. The employees are very friendly, hospitable and helpful especially Sevda and Kadir and the hotel manager.

Worst hotel ever. They try to scam you by booking a higher category room and then downgrading the room without any reason. Its a plain rip off. Stay away!

Very bad and rude staff.

Not clean in the room and the breakfast.
Bad food And bad display.
No credibility at all I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Wasting time and money.
The staff can’t talk Any language except Turkish which is not allow in any other hotel in the whole world in addition that they can’t handle any customers even in a polite way. Again again I don’t recommend them at all.
Don’t waste your time and money in such a bad place like this.

It was the WORST experience ever…
-First of all the room was so narrow and tight, there was no space to even put our bags!
-Second the cleanliness was 1/10!
-Third the staff were sooo not friendly, they’re so RUDE.
— Fourth the breakfast was veryyyy poor.
— Last and MOST IMPORTANTLY is that its so not safe where you may be robbed and noone does anything about it! (My husband and I put 200$ on the bag for exchange and forgot them. The room service team meanwhile cleaned the room, ROBBED the money, and put A FAKE 100$ instead and ofcourse no one did anything about it! )
It is a maximum ONE STAR hotel…

My stay at the hotel was one of the best, the staff was very friendly, the facilities were very good, the hotel was very well located and the rooms are perfect to rest with very comfortable mattresses. I recommend it.

Excellent! very kind stuff, amazing ☕breakfast! near the most popular istickal street, out of this hotel are many taxi's, very guiet neighborhood, very clean and nice place!

Best for foreigners I like.
