Small rooms for this kind of rated hotel. Smoking is allowed in the rooms! And that caused bad smell in the room. Internet is only in the lobby, restaurant and pool area. (At pool and restaurant is not working at all) : — ( ( ( ( ( ( Nice pool with very clean water. Good food but juices are from automatic machines. Is a good choice for holiday but don't have high expectations.

A very nice all inclusive hotel. The gardens are wonderful. The rooms are clean. The breakfast and the dinner was very good and every day the dinner has a lot of different options. The beach is not nice but the bar at the beach is nice! The staff could smile a little more… the price is fair. I would love to visit it again, maybe next year.

Beautiful Location. Hotel already a bit older, but very clean and well maintained. Beach is perfect, Water Quality very good. Take bathing Shoes with You, there are Sea Urchins. Music by the Pool like everywhere too loud.

Quite okay but some complaints have already surfaced our room was always full of artits so that we had to swap a room in the middle of your holiday. In the rooms you don't have a wlan only at the lobbies and that's really bad. The city centre is 20 minutes from the minibus. The staff are very fond and meet you well. But still, I wouldn't visit the hotel again. From 11pm everything to the bar of the pool so no chance to make something great in the evening yet.

We visited for one week at the end of the Easter holidays, having booked a last minute deal and, for us, it was great. Pro's: + The room was a good size (we upgraded to a 'Junior Suite') + Sea views + Quality of the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good + Day trips and excursions offered + Spa with Turkish baths was great + 2 swimming pools and a selection of water slides (separate) + Good size swimming pool (my boy loved jumping in and out) + Guest relations staff were great + Serving staff were great + Little to no Wi-Fi signal (great for me, on holiday) + Mini disco for the kids + Very few Brits! Con's: — Little to no Wi-Fi signal (if that's what you want on holiday) — Reception staff not as good as the rest of the staff (in my opinion) — Rooms and building needs TLC, not the 5 Star that it once was — Buffet started to get repetitive by the end of the week — Speciality restaurant was a bit underwhelming (only open certain days, no drinks offered, entertainment only on certain nights) Overall we picked a good time to visit as it wasn't very busy and it was exactly what we were looking for — lack of Wi-Fi meant that the outside world ceased to exist, the people were friendly, the food was good and the facilities were perfectly adequate for our needs. Would visit again!

It is a good hotel but more peaks and cliffs that I have been seriously in harshly climbed and walked upwards of the poolside as the hotel has been established under the edges of the mountainous area and a great earth.

It's a very beautiful hotel, but the Wi-Fi needs improving, when you leave the main lobby area Wi-Fi is gone by the time you get to the guest houses or Apartments.

+ nice food, nice view, friendly bar staff — rude reception staff — just 1 power socket in the room — we couldn't get hot water in the room. — they charge foreign people more for extras. — drinks not included in the ala carte restaurants (even the local ones) — it shouldn't has 5 stars — lots of the facilities were unavailable.

We had a great holiday in the beautiful Aegean! A must for anyone who wants to get to know modern Turkey and its compatriots and to renounce the Tourihochburg of the Algarve…
Nice hotel and facilities, wonderful surroundings, nice staff, good food.
A star deduction as we should/could give a Holidaycheck rating at the hotel, which took place in the presence of a responsible employee. When we arrived at home, we saw that our rating was distorted: He had given the full score in each category. Too bad, because the hotel did not really need it and our rating was really good except for a few little things.

Beach: The beach was not a real sand and the water was very dirty.
Restaurant: The food was getting used to, the sweets were very very sweet, the candy were the same every day. During dinner a small show with a knife was performed where the employees knocked on a table with a knife which was very noisy and disturbed during the meal.
Lobby: The staff were very rude!
Bungalow: Rooms in the lower part of the cave! Upper area quite okay! But the way to the beach is extremely far!
Pool: The outdoor pools were very cold the indoor pool getting used to!
Occupations: For adults a very exciting holiday, but for children a boring place.

Food leaves much to be desired. Rooms the size of closets.

Food was good, drinks were good also the rooms were clean and tidy all in all we enjoyed the stay and we recommend it further.

To recommend. Our stay went very well.

Not a 5 star but could have been when built. Villa rooms about a 2 or 3 star. Hotel 3 or 4. Very clean. Good food but gets repetative over 2 weeks. 4 a la carte restaurants break up the buffet. Lots of steps and lifts a pain.

Everything is ok. Quality could be little bit better.

Foods were really nice the view was great pools were also nice but sea was not that nice and mostly windy.

We are a family with two children, and are very pleased with the hotel. The rooms are clean but sometimes away from the main building which allows to eliminate the all-in. Several swimming pools and beautiful scenery. Staff smiling. We don't want to go.

Compliments for the staff and the cook — they all are perfect. The hotel is not good — the rooms are bad.

Spends 10 days at the hotel everything is paying the air conditioning works only 3 hours in the bungalow, Loing de la mer, Medium catering, French language unknown.

Good level of facilities and selection of food. Most staff are good but majority of bar staff can be rude.

A great start of the season. Junior Suite with sea view at 23 degrees. Dedicated staff, all very clean and tasteful. Nice Spa. Our wellness program works. Equipment in the gym are partly outdated. Food is okay.

I was there for a week. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. Their programs also was good. I would like to go there again.

I was just in here with my son August 2015. The hotel is OK, but never 5 star. It is mainly Dutch and English there, appearing in bathing suit for the dinner. We had booked a family room with 2 room and the 2nd room was a slightly larger storage room with a bunk bed (max. Length 180 cm) with only a small shelf without Cabinet etc. Variety is strong on the Buffett limits, because there's the repetition at the latest every 3 days. At the beach bar at noon only a court changes and otherwise, there is the same every day. The waiter at the beach bar and the hotel bar are the proportion of alcohol in the drinks so generous that one must presume, the guest should be made as soon as possible drunk to have peace… but always with a friendly smile! The Spa Awards a massage package of 5 massages generously 2 times Hammam to, however the 2nd maintained only to demand also in short time.
The holiday was fine, but at this hotel I would not even drive.

Last summer, I was in the hotel with my family and for me personally, it was a dream. We stayed in one of the "bungalows" where small houses away. It has a wonderful panoramic views that Bay, the climate is mild and the ambience is just fabulous. The offer to eat and leisure activities is brilliant alone in the hotel and from there you can reach easily izmir or ephesus. It enjoyed very much. Totally recommended!

I recommend to try halva. Accommodation: we lived in a Bungalow. Very comfortable, in the main building is also very good, just a matter of taste. The room, of course, not 5. But very clean, insanely beautiful view from the balcony. Beach: sand, sea magic, it was very clean and warm. Tour operator: we had MTS. Everything was super, beginning with a meeting at the airport and until they are sent back to Minsk. The guide in the hotel just a wonderful girl Valeria Taratuta. We were just as behind a stone wall. Any question, we didn't want to go all in Kusadasi (little girl) — no question — Valery организоавла us FREE car. Beautiful location, good facilities. Very hilly, but we liked it. Nice pool, well-kept grounds. Villa (8) was very clean, although the sewer smell. Eat varied, especially good; many fresh salads. Better than the two main restaurant a la Cartes, we tried (Turkish/Italian). Beach Pizza Hut really tasty! The main problem was the last day. We decided a late check-out as usual book. We thought it would be more appropriate facilities in a 4/5 * hotel. We have been told to use the health wellness area. The facilities were very poor. Only 2 female showering with lockers in use. I was asked, the men use as a man of the urinals was used. My partner was always my clothes from his locker. I have the female showers.
