Kids are in love with this place. This is like mini city. Everything in this place. Really good staff!

In one word: PERFECT! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Very friendly staff and good service. The all-inclusive means exactly what it says.

Excellent hotel from top to bottom…

The whole ambience was wonderful, not to compare the hygiene concept at its finest with Germany! ". But the employees were only busy with their phones, and you had to alert them so you could see you and then operate. "Of course it wasn't so sparkling…! Should the boss think about it! Man simply had the feeling of groaning if you wanted to order something, not with all but with the disciples staff!. The facility phenomenal gigantic huge beautiful big for everyone with enough retreat points… Competent reception staff who make every guest happy so that you feel comfortable…

Very average food, very simple atmosphere see zero, no effort at all to communicate in French or even English, service, politeness to review yes the setting is pretty small beach no activity for the biggest room really old TV no interesting channel, 5 star no! rather 2 see 3 star I have known 3 stars much better.

Great entertainment, if things go wrong the reception staff are very helpful, good food, lots of pools and great water sports section.

Super facility beautifully laid out very spacious own beach and marina, delicious eat.

Dirty mouldy rooms, cracked crockery, broken steps, unlit walkways. Lukewarm food, terrible wine… I could go on and on. This is my personal opinion and I couldn’t care less whether you liked it or not!. I for one will absolutely never return here and will tell all my friends the same.

I really recommend this place for vacation, especially for families with children, as there have many activities and entertainments for kids. Importantly it has amazing location near the crystal-clear sea and sandy beach! Also, it has many pools and aqua park (except blue hill, that is risky one because I injured my leg). In despite of this I was satisfied with all other things like food, staffs, cleanness and animation.

The entertaining team is great, we liked it very much. Thank you animation team.

We spent here 8 days in June, everything perfect, excellent food, fresh fruits, clean, great animation team. All stuff work hard to do their best, we really recommend this resort and want to come Back. Only thing I did not like was the very loud music every evening till late hours. I think that is not necessary in so baby friendly hotel where so many kids want to sleep.

Want to go to pool there's hills and steps. Want to go see a show there's hills and steps. Want to go to beach yep hills and steps. Going for meals yes hills and steps. Beautiful place but if you have bad feet are knees not good. Steps and hills everywhere.

Our kids loved the entertainment team so much especially the mini disco! They were amazing! Ella’s favourites are eylem and elif. She is a big fan!

Currently on a 2 week stay. I read some poor reviews just before I came and was a little
Worries. Been here 2 days and already want to book for next year. We have a 2 bedroom family club room either amazing sea view. The rooms are really spacious and very clean. The staff here are unbelievable! So friendly and helpful and welcoming — nothing too much trouble.
The massive range of food to choose from in numerous locations always give you something different and is very nice. The presentation of it all is just stunning.
The alcohol … well it’s given in large quantities you have to ask for a small lol but is very good. The whole site is very clean pools are spotless. Would Recommend to anyone.

Great place. Amazingly green location — even interior of the building looks like the botanical garden. Room — large space, clean, and with a balcony of a sea view. Staff — professional and friendly.

Very beautiful hotel
Lovely Hotel Rested week we loved. The family-run hotel food is great worth it. Thanks to the workers of hestrelation Hachige, Hakan, Ingritte, Kutay, Svetlana, Irem. The hotel is just perfect. The grounds are huge. For children, the distinctions are very interesting. The water park is just perfect.

5 but the room is almost not cleaned, the towel is not changed. Every time you have to ask. The rooms are very old. The restaurant has poorly washed plates with leftover food. The main restaurant is huge and there are a lot of people. The brain just explodes. It's not easy to find a free place. McDonace's rush hour sensations. Only the large and green area of the hotel is saved. The condensation of the old noisy air conditioner flows directly to the floor and then under the bed. The territory is cleaned up by 3 plus. We went to chic in 5 stars, and came to the maximum and then the question is still.

This place is awesome! Especially the night shows. ♡♡I love them♡♡ The kids get a awesome show were they can come to the stage and dance together. There is a big programme for kids. And many tours or things you can take part in. The place is beautiful and the workers are very friendly and helpful. ♡I will surely come back to this place♡

Very steep in a lot of areas. Notably down to the beach, to the entertainment area, to the children's pools and the waterslides. The apartment blocks away from the main building have also very steep paths. Food is buffet style and has different theme nights. Best food was at the Italian restaurant. Can recommend the spa massages as being very effective. Staff are very friendly although the girls on reception don't understand English very well and were not helpful when we requested the golf buggy to bring us back from the Turkish restaurant. They thought we wanted a shuttle bus to the airport. Also the golf buggy service us unreliable and could take 30 mins to arrive if your lucky.

It’s amazing place for summer rest. Everything is of highest level. Service in the hotel and on the beach, at the restaurants and cafeteria are of the best quality. All your dreams about relax will come true here. If you wish to have spa and wellness welcome to the Ira center of Beaty and health. If you wish to have delicious dinner Marina restaurant and bar, the Green restaurant and Panorama Restaurant will open their doors for you with a great pleasure. If you wish to enjoy… feeding fish and swimming with fish welcome to the Marina restaurant area. Animators will organize your rest the best way. Professional photographers will help you to have a nice photo memory about the resort. I had a wonderful time in Pine Bay with my two daughters. I recommend this resort as the most beautiful place for summer rest. We want to thank every hardworking staff for the great time, for the hospitality and taking care. We will definitely come back)

I loved the hotel! Rest family entertainment was enough for everyone especially the kids were delighted as there is a water park and there is a place where you can feed fish and the animation of the nursery tries! The large beautiful and green sea area is clean but there is a small problem in having a little umbrella on the beach, eating a delicious good selection of fruits.

Especially this is not a 5 Star Hotel, by no means! The facility is not bad, staff also friendly, but the cleanliness is not important, as in the room also in the dining room. The plates were almost always dirty and the number of fliers who were there was unbelievable… This must be taken into account! No more there.

Firstly the customer service is excellent. All of the staff that me and my friends met were incredibly punctual, helpful and friendly also most of them spoke some/little English so they could understand you if you are and English speaker. I would especially like to commend the barman Okan who was lovely and was the nicest barman in the resort. Secondly the food is a bit of a hit and miss. Most days the food was very good but some days it was, not bad, just ok. The rooms are nice but are a little outdated. We changed rooms due to noisy neighbors and the two rooms we had were very different in quality, mainly because of the model of air conditioner, but similar in layout. Overall though the rooms were fine and they were cleaned daily. The shows were good especially the fire show which is on every Friday. Overall the resort is very good and I had very few complaints throughout the 2 weeks I spent there.

Huge territory, entertainment for all tastes, staff working, trying, just need to understand that with so many holidaymakers can do something not to keep up. If everyone was more cultural, it would be easier for the staff to cope.

One but. There are no Russian-language brochures on the all-inclusive system, and there is no navigation on the hotel on the booklet in any language. Only if you take a picture of the map. With such a huge territory it would be nice to have booklets about it.

Not a bad hotel, a beautiful place. But to the sea will have to go down from a great height. Or on foot (useful) or on special beads for 6 people. The food is so-so, the choice is small, for the child only any harmful food such as fries. The rooms are relatively decent, the pool is cool, with the kids there swimming the most thing, tk the beach is rocky and enter the water hard, and even harder to get out, and the sunbeds are constantly busy. There is also an indoor pool, too, quite nice.

Very hilly, no good for elderly or people with walking difficulties. House keeping was disgusting, in two weeks we were there rooms were swept twice never under beds. Dust and cob webs were everywhere on arrival. Never left toilet rolls and bins only emptied every 3 to 4 days. Public areas always had rubbish laying around, this was also the same when you arrived round pools in morning. Food was very repetitive. For a 5 star hotel it was way below what we have stayed at previous. Will never go hear again.

Excellent hotel, excellent restaurant with different themes each evening on a beautiful terrace. Huge water park. That. Will make children happy and evening entertainment with quality shows. Only point a little negative nothing around you have to take the dolmus to get to Kusadasi (count 15 minutes and 1 or 2 euros) Kusadasi super nice to make a restaurant outside of l. Hotel or shopping.

In itself, a nice holiday destination. The staff is friendly and speaks mostly English, but hardly German. Especially at the reception, even the knowledge of English was deficient. When eating, there is a wide selection, which also tasted good but was not outstanding. The operation at the tables, as well as the cleanliness, is very positive.
Now to our room (double room in the bungalow) : The first impression gives cleanliness while looking closer, smaller or larger blemishes were discovered. The bathtub was not so clean that you could lie down in good conscience. The rain shower was only loosely installed in the ceiling and when used, water stepped out from under the bathtub so that the bathroom was under water. The hotel is very family-friendly with many offers but the children are very lively. The focus is on the optical. 4 stars are suitable for the complex and the public area. For the rooms, they're not.

Everything is perfect and at the height. I already love Turkey and this hotel!

Foods were good and service was okay but the room we stayed in was humid.

In the off season, only two pools are open. They are maintained well. Aqua park is open only on June. Rooms were fine. Not many hot veggie options as plain rice is also cooked in meat stock. Overall experience was not bad at all.

We had a marvellous time. Its a brilliant resort. The staff were so engaging and friendly with the kids. There was a variety of food on offer so even the fussiest child was content. We will definitely be revisiting. The mini disco was much loved by our kids too. Thank you for such an enjoyable week.

I was already 2x here and would continue to book Pine Bay when I'm on vacation in this region.
I was also both times in the same bungalow, which I was able to arrange before the second visit without any problems via mail.
It is simply a wonderful, spacious facility, where you can relax, but also take action for example. With the animation team, we are even at night together still in Kusadasi pulled through the clubs, really great.
The food.

Very good resort. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Though the water park was not open but overall very good experience. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms need some updating but that shouldn't stop anyone coming back to this resort.

Hotell all fine. Just need modernization. Bar tenders annoying with them silly jokes. Food is not changing. Same Everytime that's upsetting. Sounas out of order if you don't buy spa.

Great food and the facility of the hotel offers a lot of variety. There is something for every age group.
There is only one star less because of the staff, because they were mostly in a bad mood. In addition, the animation was really Mau, but I have to say that I was there outside the season.

First thing is we orderered a room in main facility of hotel but we get bungalow that is at least 3 star quality. Dirty floor, bugs, and the cleaning crew was probably very tired cause they cleaned my room maybe 3 days of 7 days of stay. I posted photo of "cleaned" floor and "made" bed. No fresh towels every day, tips disapeares every time. Anyways. Food — brilliant, lot of choices and lot of tastes. Everyone can get something for. Animation crew is awesome. Not so annoying like in most of hotels. They know what they need to do to make you move and smile. Lot of attractions nearby like jetski, parasailing, diving or so many more. Lot of places to take near swimming pools and by the beach, also wooden cabins to relax. Main facility is very clean, bartenders and waiters are very kind and professional. The main problem is cleaning crew, also bungalows need to be renovate, in my opinion.

We stayed a week at the hotel or In the holiday Village at the end of September. The first room we got was the biggest one (closed cupboards with dirt, lots of bugs etc. ). After the complaint we got another room which was a bit better.
The mattresses are extremely hard. I didn't have a quiet night. The bug problem probably exists in most rooms. Not all club rooms are on the same level.
The worst was the service!
1st Day Room Service: The staff wanted to bring us to the room quickly, but took almost 2h!
2. We had a problem with the safe. One of them wanted to come by. We called several times and were told that the service is the same. 1, 5 H took it!
3. Photo Service last day: We said that we would come by in the evening and look at the pictures! Unfortunately, no one was there to show us the pictures, even though we said it was our last day! I left my phone number there, but unfortunately you can't show us the pictures anymore. What nonsense!
The service was very disappointing, except for the Mehmet from the guest relations, who offered us a slightly better room.
1 star is in my opinion appropriate as it is not a 5 star hotel! The only what we found good was the food.
I will not visit the hotel any more.

I voice in many criticism points too, but one point I would like to add to the spa area (massage) true very very good.

Staff need to be trained how to talk to customers with manner. Dirty and old rooms. Low quality food — both myself and my husband got food poisoned. The hotel has beautiful scenery.

Nice resort. Service was amazing, had to switch from bungalow once, that was no problem and it was done in 10 minutes. Nice view and food was good.

We had just checked in then after an hour just decided to leave. Couldnt endure this dirty hotel. Foods were terrible. It doesnt appear like it is on pictures.

It had good activeties and the view was amazing and everything was nice BUT the room service was terrible we called them 3 times and went to the reception 2 times. To tell them that the air condition wasnt working but after 1day from us telling them they came. There was a cockroach in the hallway of the rooms and in the last day they didnt clean our room and we called them 4 times then they just brought the towels and shampoo and didnt clean the room.

Very beautiful landscape, huge beach, a lot of swimming pools with small slides for children and big ones for grown ups. Show at night (too much sexual inuendos not for children). A large choice of food, several resgaurants and some of them with reservation. Snacks until 4.00 p. M. But the bedroom is old fashioned, the bathroom not very clean this is why I give it 3 stars.

Beautiful nature. Excellent climate. Perfect territory. IAnd totally useless staff on reception. They didn't help solve any problems we had.

Lovely resort. Food times and service diabolical! Food sub standard. Would recommend the resort. Would not recommend the food to a dog! Sort it out management, take a look at the restaurant and service! Not good enough!

Excellent location for the beauty of the natural environment. Excellent service at the European level. Great animation. The Wi-Fi was very good.

Great value for the price.

Great place, very big and with so many Differenziete offers of fun, sport and relaxation. Many different views and atmospheres. The food is abundant and varied, the only drawback are the times of meals, which for a place of the sea are not really hormonal (dinner goes from 19 to 21 hours) from Germans. At least at sea relax!

Very beautiful bay with the hotel set up on the hill providing memorable view of the Mediterranean and of the sunset. Nice park with lush vegetation, very kind and hospitable staff. Internet was not available in my room and was intermittently available throughout but one can and should live without internet in such a place.

I am excited! I was with my family in October in one of the more expensive (but cheap) family rooms.
The rooms are very nice and clean. The cleaning ladies, nice, thorough and helpful. I'm impressed they work in this hotel complex. Once we had to change rooms because something was leaking and there I wanted to live too close to the lower ranks (can be quite noisy in animation) was immediately entered me and I've get everything I want.
The beach and the complex is beautiful. Also the ascent is not so tragic, if you want you can order is also a gold car.
The food is excellent and very varied, even for me, that something has everything. Especially the à la carte was funny. Takes getting used to, but it will be a lot of effort.
The hired waiters are incredibly friendly (almost all) and in a good mood.
And the front desk is informed about everything and for everyone.
Certainly not my last holiday in Pine Bay!

Nice facility with good English speaking man at the dr reception. The food is very mediocre mostly lau warm. For rooms with a sea view, the music is extremely loud until 1 PM. Some operations are very mutiviert.

You don't want to go to another place just to stay at the hotel a number.

I have been here it is amazing. If you go you will experience something that you will never ever forget.

Too many people (2100+) for the facilitys that are available. Probably for that reason service is soo bad or sometimes even not existing. Heard about many problems with the bungalows to. Restaurant is very unorganized and can't handle the crowds. If you go too late most food is gone and early your food is cold by standing inline. A la carte restaurants were full so did not get chance to book. If you dont lay towels at 6:30 am you cant get a place at pools. For us not worth 5 stars. NEVER AGAIN! For the same price you can get a whole lot better. Pitty cus hotel had much potentional.

I find the hotel well unfortunately are the family room very small it has problems to take his stuff.
But as I heard she have want to renew about it. The food is great and the waiters are very friendly.

Unfortunately this is one more place where they think that 'all inclusive' is about the quantity and not about quality. It's a nice place to stay though, but if you do not like the food they provide, bad luck. Everyday is generally the same selection. The a la carte fish restaurant is really nice though. If you like fish and you can get a place, go for it.

Very nice, huge territory. Did not like the room. Did not work safe, hot water flowing stream (nevidano to 5 *), a day when baited cockroaches, the couple crawled into the bathroom. Very many sea hedgehogs. Very awkward entry into the sea because it is all paved with stones, though me it nekasalos′ — dived from a pier.

Not a new hotel but kind of reminds me of an oasis — a lot of greenery around. Very nice staff.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet and naturel arena. We stayed for 12 nights at the end of September and had a really great holiday. There was always plenty to do and eat, the kids spent many a happy hour on the slides, in the club and they particularized enjoyed the shows at night. The rooms were great,. The lobby area was very nice and we found the food in the main restaurant really good. The hotel is huge and the pools are good. The sea is lovely, and theres plenty of water sports to choose from. It was a good holiday.

It was the best vacation, ı have ever seen. Resort is fantastic. The staff were great, they can do anything that you feel so good. Hotel has a shuttle service that easily anywhere you. It was amazing. Food is very tasty also have so many opportunities with the food. It has indoor and outdoor pool, Aguapark and animation shows thay you can have lots of fun. We are so comfortable to choose Hotel Pine Bay, and we would like to thank all hotel Stafs.
