The hotel is not five stars as stated, but a maximum of three. The money we paid isn't worth it. The pastel underwear is old, intricate. The beach is dirty. There is no tea at lunch and dinner. For breakfast porridge for children will not find it just not. But eggs in any form. For 10 days that we've been through the same dishes. The hotel has many bars, half of them do not work. The beach has a blue flag. How they got it is unknown. The whole beach is in cigarette butts and other garbage. On Saturdays, the hotel hosts Turkish weddings. Noise and music until nightfall. I chose this hotel due to its beautiful beach, but I was really disappointed with the service quality. The most of the staff work long hours and the food was absolutely terrible for the price. They use the worst quality ingredients which is not acceptable for the price they charge. Also, they only gave 1 key for even big families, so you have to constantly plan for going to your room with the rest of your group. Lastly, you can only get fresh pool towels in a 2 hour time frame per day, if you miss that, you simply have to use your old dirty towel.

We went here for the private beach, which we got. Other than that, the service was average and the food lacked variety. The staff barely spoke any English and there were instances of unprofessional behavior. We also had to call reception to change the sheets on arrival, because they were dirty when we entered the room.

The choice of food is good. The children did not stay hungry. I'm a meat-jerk myself. There's enough meat. Beef (stewed) and fish. Tusan beach resort is a great place to live. View from the rooms is amazing. Staff is excellent. Only problem here is if you’re a pure vegetarian. Still they try and make an effort to give their best. It’s a beach resort so you can go to the beach side any time of the day.

Very clean quiet excellent food but a little cold.

What the hell? We did not leave our rooms in time and were then indirectly threatened in a side room in front of the reception by the hotel manager and staff. Poor food and the whole hotel is untidy. Employees in the bar area are assistants and do not speak German. Not recommended!

Located on the beach of Aegean, with a beautiful children's play pool, and outside the gate there is a park S-shaped clay runway …, after the runway end of the small arch bridge, both sides have a fine seaside walkway, the day cool no big sun, it is worth a small walk around the mountain Park and about 5KM outside the beautiful seaside villa.

Currently staying at the resort, first time here, and absolutely love the resort. The staff are so nice and kind, the food is beautiful and the location is amazing. The rooms are fantastic, all you could want including English speaking TV channels. There are at least 5 pools, gym, spa, games room, basketball and tennis court, shopping arcade and so much more. It is a gated community and has security 24/7. Shame on anyone who gives this resort less than the 5 stars that it truly deserves.

The spa is paid. The restaurant is far away. It's not good. Live music in the evening is good.

I'm in this hotel staying on tours. 1 time was here in 2012. Then it was 4 stars and worse. But it has done a restoration and from 2015 to 2017 staying there is enjoying the atmosphere of this hotel. All inclusive model is not working good in this hotel. Foods are ok but alcohol drinks are all below average quality. Additionally babies and kids are everywhere, they make too much noise and traffic. The only good thing is sandy private beach. I don’t recommend this hotel for entertainment purposes.

Tusan Beach Hotel is amazing resort hotel located along sea nearby Kusadasi. The sea with blue flag means clean water. You can find all facilities at the hotel. Recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tusan hotel. Overall the hotel is clean and is smoothly run. The check-in process was smooth and well-rehearsed. I will say this… we arrived at the hotel at about 10.30pm — after a long flight it would have been nice to have been presented with some hot food options. Instead we had a choice of the hotels equivalent of a corner shop (to grab crisps and biscuits), and the disappointing 'Bar 24' (read below). We had a double sea view room. Again it was clean and it was comfortable. The view overlooking the sea and surrounding mountains was beautiful! The mattress was extremely firm. This wasn't a problem for me, but is a point to note for others who might expect a softer mattress. We did notice a slightly unpleasant smell in our bathroom at times… We then realised that most of the toilets in the hotel had the same odour — there must be a issue with sewage or maybe its just the smell of the water that is used in the toilets. The shower and tap water didn't smell — oh and the showers were wonderful! I will say that the bathroom is a little on the small side. Many other reviews about this hotel express disappointment with breakfast — after staying there for a week I have to agree. Breakfast consisted of an inconsistent choice of mini-sausages, omelette, boiled egg, some bread options, fried potato, cereal, pancakes, and sometimes fruit. Lunch and dinner options were usually quite nice and we looked forward to afternoon and evening meals.

I spent there the best holiday ever.

Just back after 2 weeks at tusan beach hotel. Well maintained, clean and with excellent staff members. management supercilious, arrogant and following a complaint took no action. Seated at dinner I came back after finishing my 1st course to find other people seated where I had been, in spite of my cutlery and full glass of wine being left where I had been. This happened on 3 occasions. The food was a good selection but was in bain-maries which got cold fairly quickly so in 2 weeks I never had what could be described as a hot meal. Home now with upset stomach which has lasted 4 days. Doctors tomorrow. Ate nowhere else apart from the hotel. Will not be back.

In short, the service is very poor. Staff is not friendly. Long waits everywhere for food and drinks. Clean, but in many places apart. Sea is ideal for children as well as. Swimming pools are too small for so many people. The same applies to the service. If you need a service you need to always contact manager. If you are polite and social person is then not right for you. Maybe a good hotel but not for this price and not for families. There are facilities for children, but as far as service, friendliness and attention is very. Never again.

It was a super nice vacation for me and my husband. We've looked at in advance on Zoover the reviews and were and not really sure at the time of booking. My family and I have just returned from ten days here and are, in a nutshell, pinning already. The setting is beautiful-snorkel along the small reef with the fish. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with ample space for the 4 of us. The air conditioning did sometimes falter in the extreme heat we had but not uncomfortably so.
