Just got back and we loved our holiday. Our rooms were cleaned everyday, towels left and even left little surprises with the towels and a bowl of fruit on my birthday. Wi-Fi isn't great and could be improved but who wants to be on their phone all the time on holiday. The animation team were the best, so friendly. Different activities to join in throughout the day and my daughter loved the kids club. Mini disco and shows at night were a great bonus for a family with a young child. The surroundings were beautiful and staff non stop looked after it. Food was different things in the show grill and main bit each night then usual salads etc same each night. Snack bar during the day available too and doughnuts were the best. If you are friendly to all the staff, you get the same back. After witnessing alot of rude, ignorant people speak to the staff and treat them awful, they dont deserve that and they handled that brilliantly. We are already looking to book for next year.

Had a wonderful holiday rooms very spacious and clean all staff very friendly and helpful the animation team you are simply the best the shows were brilliant I recommended this place.

It's just small heaven! It covered all my expectations for the best holiday. Beautiful green surrounding with overflowing flourishing bushes, nice villas, clean rooms, helpful stuff, delicious food. People can find fun and relax. Special thanks to DJ Can for the great choice of music. We will never forget animation team as well — Miggi, Samanta, Yaya, Memo — all of them nice young people who really made our days unforgettable!

We as a family went here 8 yesrs ago just before the new swimming pools etc were done amazing place have great memories. Hope to return someday.

Cozy. The whole hotel is in the form of separate houses in a large area, fenced and guarded. Silence, trees around, and squirrels running around the trees. The staff speaks English and French. Russians are not spoken or understood, so there are very few Russian speakers. The service and food is at a good level.

It's ok but the nearest shop is too far. No cafes. Friendly people around etc. Clean toilets n showed But with the heat you need to put more decent shops there. Not busy like other places around.

Absolutely not a 5 star hotel. If you love quality service, clean rooms and bathrooms, tea and snack any time you wish then DONT EVER COME HERE! I am still here and I am planning to stop my holiday, because the time I have here does not make me happy at all. You need to walk for miles to get a cup of tea to your room, and until you are back the tea gets cold. You can not eat outside because it is too hot. The bathrooms smell terrible, we checked three different rooms and all were the same; smelling bad. The staff are so careless, the administration is rude. In short, I hate it here.

The hotel is not bad, but the service is terrible: dishes in restaurants are often dirty, the choice of food is not very (very small variety, about breakfasts generally silent: for 10 days of stay, every day the same, even egg-glaze and that can not be normal Cook).
The maids never changed the bed, only the towels changed every other day, the floors did not cut once)
Restaurants ala-card paid (5 euros per person, food there sucks, only for the view pay) when we put a couple not on a view table, they turned around and left.
Did I go back to this hotel for the amount I never paid?

Great place for family holiday. Good service, friendly staff.

Now we are in this hotel and decided to write about their impressions, I will start all in turn. I'll use the 10-point scale
1) beach — 7 (mostly sandy, at the entrance there are pebbles, further sand and shallow sea that caught the eye, dirty sunbeds, primitive urns tied with ropes with lanterns, sunbeds are free always, people go to sea by 10 am)
2) Territory — 10 (everything is clear, green, excellent infrastructure, the territory counted about 10 WS establishments)
3) Rooms — 10 (lived in standard, everything is fine, lots of drawers, bedside tables, there is where to put things out)
4) Cleaning — 2 (two days did not clean, one day in the morning went on a tour, but the room was not removed)
5) Pool — 10 (all liked, there is noisy with animation, there is — quiet, on the slides always sits a lifeguard and manages the slopes)
6) Food — 6 (why low score, explain — for 4 days breakfasts one in one, the choice of food is small, very often found dirty plates, cups. You won't be hungry, but you won't find plenty of plenty: constantly eat meat (chicken, turkey, meatballs with lamb or meatballs, veal) there is fish (hamsa salted, there was dorado on the grill, trout, mackerel hot smoked) vegetables, greens. But a little bit of everything.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful well-groomed green area, pines, hand squirrels. Comfortable rooms. A variety of diets. Good animation team. Attentive, polite staff. Disappointed only the beach, a little dirty, in the water at the water's edge mud.

When we moved in on the sink lay someone's false eyelashes. The constant smell rotted from the sewers, the bedding in the stains. The restaurant serves a table of dirty dishes. One day my child was poured water into a glass, but I noticed in time that the whole glass on the perimeter in someone's lipstick. Glasses are always dirty.
The hotel itself is not bad — the territory, the sea, the dishes, the leisure — great if you kept clean.

The food and area of the hotel is perfect. Great for holidays with kids. Cleanliness is not that good — a lot to be improved in housekeeping.

A perfect place to stay for the whole family. Mountains, Emerald Sea, pines, palms, many flowers and greenery. Large area with separate bungalows and pools. Squirrels tame, birds a lot. The food is very diverse. Level animation.

Good and nice Club, but not worth it is 5 stars.

Quiet hotel located in a green and relaxing place. Ideal people with reduced mobility because not too much walking and slopes as in some other hotels in the corner catering: varied and hearty meals there is for all tastes it is satisfactory animations: stay mid May so few animations but sufficient for my part. The animation team does its best with an audience that does not necessarily play the game. A big thank you to BOBO, YANA, VELI and RIKA who are at the top.
City Center of Kusadasi accessible in "dolmus" for 0. €50 (every 1/4H until 23:00 in May… or private taxi (Dacia 7 places) €5 the race. Rather not bad to shop or leave the frame of the Hotel Petit flat: some points should be improved:-> smells in the rooms sometimes unbearable (sewers) — > "debutantism" of some employees even in reception that spoils the either saying 5 * (obliged to release the room at 12:00 for a departure at 18:00 while a 9 month old baby take a NAP and that the hotel is filled only 15% of its capacity?! Non respect of requests: in couple = 2 beds one place impossible to reconcile?!
Small Tip: ask for a bungalow ground garden bcp nicer! And if possible those renovated (exit the carpet exceeded prefer those with tiled floor) — > quality of the Softs cocktails (for those who do not drink acool… really not terrible: think of the Virgin Mojito is a classic!

Great place to be! Close to the city and you find a variety of different attractions and places to visit.

The hotel by himself is really beautiful, nice and offers "everything" you need… or not, it is supposed to be an all inclusive where you can eat at 'all time ' within 3 restaurant but you'll actually have access to only 1 of them without paying more, plus it's only accessible 6 hours days (2h for each meal), one day I went there at 4pm and nicely asked just one piece of bread… the employee didn't bother to answer me and closed the door almost on my face… I also hope that you don't like to get some personnel time in your room cause the cleaners will force open the door with their master key even when you tell them to come back later… The receptionist doesn't speak English, French, Spanish or Dutch, only Turkish… Have fun In conclusion the rooms, pool, etc… are pretty good while human service is terrible, I would recommend it if you like to pay something then have to pay again to actually get it. Ps: I didn't mention a lot of other problems as free sea sports that you'll actually have to pay (and quite the money at that: 20 euros for 1 hour of windsurf which is listed as free when you book or even ask the reception, well… if she understood what I said). You'll have a lot of fun there which we had too, as long as you accept that you'll get far less then what you were supposed too.

From April 22nd to April 30th with 3 teenagers. Closed animations. Broken water flush. Waiters, bartender don't speak French or English. Same at the front desk. Pedalo broken.
Cover 1 place in bed 2 people. Missing sheet in bed. No banana… Not possible to have the cocktails inscribed on the map. Trainee staff.

Great hotel, good food, great atmosphere, you have to ask to stay in the bungalows. Superb vegetation, the only negative C is the beach, but there are superb beautiful swimming pools and a water park PTT.

Nice hotel. Great location, good food, lots of fun for both children and adults. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the city, in the city there is a good bazaar, the sights of the main too close to nowhere goes.

To make you guys in the context, I was going there with a group a 6 best friends in beginning of October. Meaning, end of the season… The place is a "5 stars Hotel"… Service was the WORST I ever had. Only Serath was good. The "animation" was basic, nothing special… ONLY 2 people were exceptional. THX Musty and Jasmine! Food ws OK but nothing special. The room… no nice presentation that you can expect from a 5 star (Nice bed prepared), the covers were not changed on daily basis. The club has this horrible smell The Swimming pool floor was not cleaned… I would NOT suggest to go there if you expect to have a 5 stars hotel.

Pleasant stay. Large plant but everything kept very compact. Service is also right the sea is already and clear.

Great place. Evening entertainment is poor but otherwise a lovely place to holiday.

Nothing for holidaymakers who value hygiene. Food mostly unsalted. Are there plenty of people running around who can't behave. Outwardly hui, but inside pfui … You really can't call it any other way. Dishes all but all with stains. Never five stars … Disgusting…

Staff isn't as helpfull as the last 4 years I visited this hotel, half the buffet disapeared in the restaurant.

A little dated but still holds well, could improve a bit, especially the beach.

We have been to this lovely hotel from 22 May to 03. June. The atmosphere is very familiar and the staff can read almost all the wishes of our eyes. The food, the spa & wellness, the staff of the bars and the restaurant as well as the animation team are unsuccessful. The rooms are well appointed but the cleaning staff can use some improvements. Small tip, the Wi-Fi is partly too weak so you do not have anywhere, especially the rooms are bad to no reach. You are very well looked after at the customers and that is important, so keep going. See you next year.

Best place I've been to! Friendly, kept adults and kids entertained. Can't rate it enough. Food was great plenty to choose from.

The meals were very very bad. There was only chicken to eat. I definitely do not recommend.

Lovely hotel. Bit dated in areas but it is clean. Would recommend. You can get a bus into town and are their within 5 mins.

If you knew the workers there have to live in what a smear campaign and what a pitty you get, you would hate this hotel.

Everything is perfect, absolutely perfect, everything is set up to make life sweet, he lacks nothing, whether in the pool, in the rooms, the beach, the restaurant… There is so much to say… the staff is charming and smiling, our stay will be UNFORGETTABLE in this hotel… 10/10!

Super beautiful plant. Great organized and built up. Lots of space. Relaxation and fun are in the pleasant relaxing ratio. Finally, a system where all round to feel good.

Kustur hotel is really nice place. Its huge, located in big garden. Notably I can recommend to family with children, but also its good for young people. The staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. The food is delicious, variety of salads, cakes, fruits etc. There are 5 restaurant a la carte, the food is really nice there! Animations every day, the animation people give a lots of entertaintment, many activities, you don't get bored there:) There is a Joy Disco in hotel, after drink you can go there. Rooms are cleaning every day, and you get bottle of water a day. At the beach you can do Water Sports Beautiful view on the beach. I was really happy and enjoyed my time staying in Kustur. The best of my holiday in this hotel this summer.

We were super happy! We would book there again anytime! Room: pool clean, generous, sure! facilities: clean, spacious, comfortable, very much green squirrel! buffet: very very diverse, varied, hygienically clean, neat, very very tasty! staff: very friendly, helpful, accommodating! Beach: very clean, sufficiently with pads, you can well and like all day there are! pools: safe for children with several swimming opportunities slip, very clean and tidy! all in all is very nice and friendly to families suitable but not too loud or too psyched for quieter guests! very very great praise.

The total impression of the location is awesome, the view was like a botanic garden, lots of nice palm trees and an amazing variaty of flowers. Kustur Club is located in a nice and quiet location with a great view over the sea. Within 5 minutes you are in the busy centre of Kusadasi by Dolmus (local bus). The service of the people that work for Kustur Club is beyond everybodies imagination, from the garden workers and the household maids till the Boss of Kustur Village, they are always very friendly and always welcome you with a smile! The restaurants inside were very clean and chique, allot of variaty of foods and very nice decorated food plates (carved roses out of big water melons). We had a garden room with a little terrace in front that gave you a nice view over the garden, nice detail: there are little squirrels running around the gardens, some of them are so used to the gasts that they can even eat out of your hand. Your children will LOVE it.

We have us super recovered and we felt very comfortable, a very clean, well maintained facility, food is very abundant and a huge selection, I can recommend it only, there was nothing to suspend, prima service, attentive staff and very circumspect.

The facility was clean friendly. We loved, where our room was and how each private and not overlooked by other staff. A special note was glasses / cups to put the glass stations around the complex for you, which had brought back you in your room, these were collected at regular intervals by the hotel staff. Dear private beach because of the breeze, the ability to use all inclusive bar there was an added bonus. The pool areas are however clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and there was something for every taste even the most pickiest eaters. The value for money was one of the best all inclusive stays we have experienced. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels change regularly, the towels for the pool and beach were clean, so you could leave your beach towels at home. We do not travel with small children, but what I could see, the staff welcomes and entertained the children holiday at the same time.

We were the first time in the Kustur Club. I can recommend it to everyone. The rooms are clean. The food is varied and very tasty. An all around wonderful holiday. I've seen have never been so many animators on a spot. Especially the Turkish course caused me a lot of fun.

Hotel Kustur Club in Kusadasi is great place for vacation with family. Friendly personnel, delicious food, tidy beach, and interesting animation team.

Only one key per room — I'm pretty sure that this is to ensure that guests are not a key in the power slot to keep the a/c not in the room to leave. I was able to convince an employee (2nd try), it was very uncomfortable, only to have a single key and to get a second could. I was asked not to tell, especially to management.   Not cleaned/maintained.   Internet may be that more widely take advantage of. Their display. And besides swimming pool say wireless is available, to the main pool area. But according to personnel since "broken" last week while I know of others who stayed, it was not working/available for at least a year here. Wi-Fi is only to take the reception claim but disconnects frequently.   Restaurant is a mess — not organized gym is not maintained — all the hours that I in the gym on the treadmill there was no staff. All four treadmills have a belt slipping.
