The food lousy the staff does not speak English you can say about 3 people throughout the hotel. Although the hotel itself has a beautiful facilities the spa excellent and very good treatment everything perfectly clean, but not much entertainment all very basic.

I will give you only 3 stars for the food that was lousy and besides the staff no one speaks or at least understands a word in English. The hotel is beautiful very clean the rooms are OK, the pools very nice and quite clean, the spa is pretty good and the attention from the excellent staff especially to Aladin was very friendly and attentive.

Somewhat interesting, hosts English is somewhat bad though, so if you're planning to go there with an international group then prepare for some sadness.

Beautiful hotel with private beach, nice food, friendly and caring staff and beautiful rooms. Great pools and waterpark, fantastic entertainment during a day and in the night time.

Except for a few little things, it was very good there. Wi-Fi and safe is extra.
The beach is only accessible by highway. But is not so Schlim.

Hello, first the design of the hotel is cool. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were there three years ago and were delighted by the architecture! The lobby is just WOW! The rooms are clean and nice, however, many Russians and Arabs are there who can not behaved! The food is OK, however, there is a large selection. The pools are large and well maintained. The sea was not nice because it was filthy and full of rocks! When we went to the room from the pool in the evening stank of fish and food everywhere in the hallways! That was because the staff left the restaurant doors open! All in one the hotel is OK, but I would not travel there again.

Was with with family in this hotel and our opinion is the hotel is decent and great for family vacations. I liked the water slides on the lower level, which by the sea, the rooms are clean, cleaning daily. Not far from Alanya and just not far Antalya. I definitely recommend it!

Good clean hotel, many pools, close to the sea, good choise of food, snack bars with low choise of food. But overall good for summer vecation.

Very chic hotel, lots of pools, first coastline, lovely architecture, interesting and expensive design. There is Wi-Fi, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service is outstanding. The food was great. Loved the hotel and staying in it.

Great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is great, the design is good. The territory is very small. In August very many Turks. The food is very good!

The worst experience ever! I will never go back to this place! I spend a week, and I spend more time calling the reception rather than having fun! I called 5 times the recpetion to bring us towels and they never brought them in! We only had two towels meanwhile we were three persons in the room! In the minibar you only have water, but if you don't ask the cleaning ladies to bring in then FORGET ABOUT IT! We paid for ultra all inclusive but you still have to pay for Wi-Fi, SAFE BOX, TURKISH CAFFE etc etc! The bars are closed at 12 midnight so if you are a party person then please dont go, cause you will end up in their disaster club which is the worst place ever! And the girls at the reception are so unwelcomed, cold persons and if you are not Russian then nobody talks to you! I was quite dissapointed!

Due to the fact that the Hotel is much to large, there is much too little staff. The staff was stressed and we were treated made often a bad down. The cleanliness of the rooms was always top! There was every day the same food. But to recommend this Hotel is not!

Great new (2013) 5-star hotel. A perfect combination of price and quality! The family-run hotel. Who will go looking for flaws, of course they can find.
