Just a great stay and service…

The hotel is beautiful especially the facilities for women the staff very attentive except the language they speak Turkish and English + o — given the cantitee of francophones they miss a training in French if not top to redo.

Very nice for family vacation… many offers for children. Beautiful women's Area the beach unfortunately so closed that you can not look into the open sea. Ideal for Muslim women as there are separate swimming areas for women and for men.

Nice people, great food, clean hotel, amazing atmosphere.

Super Hotel ✔ I have nothing to complain about. I loved the cleanliness, the food, the friendly staff and the spa area.

So far so good people are nice facilities are good. First day so far will update more.

A nice hotel, decent facilities, however the rooms are noisy due to hotel design, plus walls paper thin, adding young children making noise in hallway and lobby equals not very good night sleep. The selection of food is decent, however it gets very busy. Staff are helpful, and plentiful. Would consider staying again if room was away from lobby area and scope of noise.

For children rather suitable-outdoor pools are not good-generally somewhat loveless-defective elevator could not be repaired in the entire holiday season (5 days) — we had a select room, the room was good-the food was rather bad-the beach is good (also good for children) — Staff is friendly-entertainment rather negative. The bottom line is I would say: Price-performance is not right! Either the quality has to be tightened or the price has to be lowered as long as nothing changes, I won't choose Adenya again.

Other helal hotels are better. More choice to eat and cleaner. Sea facility is but top.

Very expensive hotel. Sea and pool very good. Activists not very enough. There is not spend time for activities. Litte bit boring. Staff is very helpful and the animation team is very good.

Balayi tatilimiz icin nisan ayinda Adenya da 5 gun kaldik. Ve hersey mukemmeldi. Bekledigimin cok otesinde gecti hersey. Personelin kibarligi yemekler ve imkanlar superdi. Mustafa beye ayrica tesekkur etmek istiyorum. Odamizda biraz ses oldugu icin degistirmek istedik en ufak bir itiraz etmeden hemen degistirdiler. Nasip olursa tekrar gitmeyi dusunuyoruz:)

Very nice hotel, big plant. There is not much complaint, except the service in the restaurant is a bit slow. Everything else tip top. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will come back aufjedenfall.

The hotel is very relaxing and it can be further empflen for families a great place to make holiday.

Mescit and the food was fine, location is super ladies-the complex intersection.

Worse f*cking hotel ever! No one go! Its not as bad as it looks in the pictures its worse they should shut down, everything is terrible, my room was unclean, the toilet wasnt clean. Terrible. They should shut down asap.

Last year end of September we stayed in the hotel for a week. We stayed in the excellent Serenity suite, very spacious with two balconies. At our surprise the suite was not cleaned very much, which you would expect at the price it was sold. During our stay dishes in the kitchen were never cleaned. Shower was not cleaned well. Once we complained about it we were told to check out if we don't like it. Staff was very rude and defensive when we complained about it. We even tried talk to the night manager who didn't speak English. That one complaint and we were treated as difficult guests. Food and the rest of the service was excellent. Bellboys and restaurant stuff were very pleasant and helpful. Receptionists and welcoming services should learn from the bellboys and restaurant staff. So the service in the hotel varies from poor to excellent depending with whom you're dealing with. Wi-Fi is not that reliable for the price they are charging you for the stay it should be impeccable. To anyone who's planning to stay in the hotel we'd suggest to take a rent-a-car instead of the airport transfer for almost the same price you can get a decent car for a whole week. I do not like it at all. The beach closed by beton barriers and there are no waves, and the beach side water of the hotel is not clean. On the women side of beach it is very dirty, because water is not moving naturally at all. Rooms are small and you can hear all the neighborhood and your neighbours. It is better to go Bera, Shahin paradise, or Adın. The restorant is small. Lift/elevators are moving slove. You should wait a lot. If you ask to change your room, they will tell that the hotel is full. But there are a lot of rooms.

Very clean, comfortable, serious luxury hotel. Hotel guests are very demanding and have level. The food was very varied, there was grilled various meats, stew, even a whole lamb. Breakfast was also very extensive, even a Stand where you look fresh, various Omlettes prepared. Desserts very tasty even Baklava, fruit and and and. The view was great. The beach for women is separated and visible in any case.

Much praised, but unfortunately, the truth is something else. The swimming pools are a joke with the crowd of people. The food is average and too bad for the price.
Rooms overlooking a large construction and ventilation directly below the balcony really cheeky. After repeatedly complaining was offered a smaller room with a sea view. You can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. The acoustic is very bad. Will no longer go.
Every day I find a nerve at the price almost the same food. The food varied only by the optics. In the weekly expensive holiday I ate meat not once. It was always minced meat in various forms.

Very bad management, no problem solving, bad staff behavior and you can see the ladies at the beach from different places and they say Islamic! I will definitely look for another hotel next time. This is one of the worst places I have visit.

Excellent Muslim family focused hotel. We booked directly with the hotel and they gave us a beautiful sea view room. Would definitely come again, highly recommend if you're looking for a chilled all inclusive family break. With separate indoor pool and secluded beech area for women.
