Highly recommend! Its 4 star but more like a 5 star! Very clean, dealy room service Friendly staff Amazing food Great bars Child friendly Football pitch that my son loves m And so much more.

The staffs are accomodating, great amenities and nice place to do summer activities and to relax 😊

What an amazing hotel made even better by all the staff especially the entertainment team ❤❤ so friendly, fun and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble and my children have had the best holiday ever. Definitely coming back here. the food is great and the Turkish night was brilliant.

Great hotel, very clean! Victor deserves a mention, he is a great asset to your hotel and works very hard! He remembers your name, drinks and has a friendly chat with you making you feel very welcome! Food is very good the waffles are a must! Suat in the Alibaba restaurant was very attentive and polite. Entertainment team work hard. I will definitely return to this hotel with my family we had a wonderful holiday thank you to you all!

Lovely hotel great staff good food and I’ve only just arrived.

The hotel complex is not so big and directly on the sea. Here it is very clean, the staff very friendly and attentive. The selection of food is richly varied and those who find nothing here are spoiled. Directly in front of the complex there are several shopping possibilities. In the evening you can sit comfortably on the spacious terrace and end the day with a view of the sea. My husband and I are already here for the 3X and can recommend the hotel and will also like to book the next holiday here again. The hotel has 5 stars and is worth every star. A big compliment at this point to the room cleaning staff, but also to the other hard-working women and men who are there for us every day from morning to evening and always with a smile.

A beautiful hotel very nice Big rooms and a nice complex with access to the sea the staff is very nice and hopefully the food is very tasty War 👌🛌a nice holiday I can only recommend.

Rooms are very clean, towels are changed every day.
Food tastes it was varied but not so much choice and since it was very crowded we would have to stand in line.
Unfortunately, the loungers were reserved over the days by the same people and the hotel did not say anything.
Since it was very crowded there were not enough loungers.
Entertainment was only for the Russian guests.
German and Turkish guests should rather choose a different hotel.
Beach was dirty and full of stones.

Returned home on Saturday after a lovely 10 days in this fantastic hotel, rooms and hotels is modern and clean, food in the restaurant was good considering the current situation with Covid-19 and had to be served to you, there is also a snack bar which is open till 5pm if you don’t want to eat in the main restaurant. We ate in the beach al a carte restaurant one night which was fantastic and great service. Bar staff are ok this so called victor that everyone mentions will only acknowledge you if you provide him with a tip, he never once spoke to us or asked us if we wanted a drink for the whole 10 days we were there however there was another guy think his name was oktay he was fantastic, entertainment team is more than non existing but we never we went for that so didn’t really bother us, all in all was lovely hotel and we are already looking to book for next year.

Beautiful modern hotel, pleasant atmosphere, good food. High level cleanliness, service and facilities. Adequate measures due to the Covid19 pandemic. The beach is not great, but not bad. There is a shallow bay protected from waves and a little dock with ladder to svim into deeper water. The sea is very clean and ideal for diving and enjoying the scenery of rocks, fishes, crabs etc. We had very relaxing holiday here. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room great, facilities great and most of the staff are excellent and very caring. The food is good and the selection is good but there is a lot of processed food. For an all inclusive the beer is very good, Tuborg or Red Tower.

The infrastructre is great. Very clean room however I cant think of anything positive. Dont bother comming here if you have a bit of decency. Many russians. They are very rude and their children have little to none upbringing. Parents and children alike take plates full of desert before even starting their main dish. Their plates are voracious. Wasting tons of food. Breakfast, lunch and diner are 80% the same everyday. Within a week worth of time I ate 3 warm dishes the rest of them were lukewarm or just cold. The staff hardly speaks english and if they happen to understand you they cant reply. The bartenders are arrogant. They didnt want to make your drink at all. Especially Mehmet. He was very fond of himself and only cared about pretty Russian girls. He called names at me in turkish because I asked for less alcohol. The poolbars close between 17:00-19:00 which is very annoying if you want a refreshing cola or any other drink. The main pool gets overshadowed in the afternoon completely. The only great pool for couples is the adults-only. Dont be as foolish as us. Find another hotel where you get your money's worth. You wont find that in Sentido Numa Bay.

Staff are ignorant, not one bit helpful. The place is clean. Food is a little bland but great choice, has good entertainment.

Great hotel, unfortunately in Russian hand without food culture.

We got given the wrong room, the room was not cleaned, the mini-bar was not filled daily as advertised, the pools were dirty and cold, the food was served raw and there was no waiter service in the dining room. Staff went out of their way to avoid us and pretended not to speak English to make us go away. Never staying here again. There were live wires and plug sockets hanging from the walls, tiles missing in the swimming pools and cracks on the walls. The al a carte does not wash the salad, which was served with a live Caterpillar on it.

Overall, I am very amazed from this hotel. Firstly I have to give big applause to the chef, the food was very delicious, hands down! Entertainment and fun are very important here and the animation team makes sure that you will leave this place with memories to remember. Great choice for families with kids, couples and young single people as well looking for friendship.

Great food with a good selection. Many many kids which doesn't fit the personality of the hotel. There is a small area which shouldn't have kids thought.

The hotel is good but little space to walk in the evening, in the dining rooms for lunch and dinner, few places to sit, have to wait for the queue. The rest is great! Several pools, good sea. The breakwater makes a save from the waves on the beach is quiet and good.

Great accomodations, but the music by the pool is too loud, not all personnel understands and/or speaks English and there a very few vegetarian food options and no vegan food.
