The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing in my opinion is weak animation. Rested early June 2018g.

Had a rest from 20.05.2018 to 29.05.2018 with the grandson of 5 years.
The flight was postponed by 12 hours, than stolen from US day.
This hotel does not like 5 *, at best 4 *, and then only for the first line.
The beach is not cleaned at all. Seaweed, which names the sea, also from the beach is not cleaned. The entrance to the sea is stony, could try and remove them. Still going to bathe in the sea. Therefore, all vacationers of this hotel bathed in the sea next door, where the entrance to the sea was much better and cleaner.
Sunbeds occupy from 6 am. Saw the beach worker folding towels for holidaymakers (think not for free).
In the room cleaned every day, but not qualitatively. In 9 days the bed changed only once, and then until the lingerie did not withdraw and threw on the floor, that's when they replaced. Towels were changed regularly.
Internet is paid for 1 euro per day.
Hamam, sauna work only 2 hours a day, from 15 to 17 H. I would like to go after the beach in the sauna, but alas, only up to 17ch. Very uncomfortable. I didn't have that schedule. Definitely not for the campers.
The grounds are small, not to walk anywhere.
The food is repetitive every day.
This hotel will not be back again.

Nice hotel right on 1 line with a sandy beach, clean sea and free sunbeds. The food is delicious.
Almost all the staff speaks Russian.
On the first day there was no light in the hallway in the room-fixed just an hour after the appeal!

A very nice hotel. However, the proximity to the main road takes getting used to. The service and food are excellent! Always like to. Also worth mentioning is the super hammam treatments in the spa and the nice staff. Especially Huseyin!

We (2 adult 2 children) were there at the end of October in early September 2017. It was very nice and cosy. There were a lot of locals at that point. Holidays in Turkey.
Children liked it, too. 3 and 6 years.
What wasn't so great is the food. It wasn't really Turkish, bit tuned to tourists. And little choice.
Beach was super, fine sand and slightly sinking. With light waves is a lot of fun with the kids.
There is an adjacent building which is quite far away, which are only allowed to use beach. Lunch and dinner means running a lot:) You should inquire well about that.

First time disappointed with the hotel in Turkey. Really far from Antalya airport and from Alanya itself. So in the evening there is nowhere to walk and there should be good animation. But it was something to say, no, nothing to say. The worst animation I have ever met in Turkey. My child's refusal refused to go second time to a mini-Kljeb. Boring, Silly songs recurring every day. For adults too. Bored! Had to sit in the room and watch TV. From eating a lot of vegetables that on the trail of the day turned into scrambled eggs or pies. Fish, meat very little. The cleaning is good. In the spa only the sauna worked perfectly. The gym did not have air conditioning and little tools. And also our window went out on road and noises at night as in Formula 1. The first night never fell asleep. In Turkey, there are so many good hotels that you can safely turn this out of life. We will not go back to Annabjellu!

I stayed at this hotel, I liked everything from housekeeping to the beach, but there is a nagging: on the website is not stated that the Annex-this is another case, a monotonous meal in the restaurant, festive dinners only for guests of the main building, paid safe. The rest of the hotel is very nice.

Comfortable beach-sand, not stone slabs, which is safer when the waves and for children is the perfect place to swim. Food is very good, lots of fruit. The only minus-the distance from the busy markets, etc. (2 km), in the hotel entertainment, practically, No. Designed for German tourists. The room was clean and comfortable.

I was there last year … and I'm going back again in august… can't wait … love the place hotel and staff are absolutely faultless… see u guys soon.

Best bar man I've ever seen, foods spot on staff are very friendly an hotel is spotless.

A wonderful selections of activities to do here, both in and out of the building, including water slides and evening shows. Staff are generally friendly. Food is good in the evening, the a la carte food is surprisingly good, breakfast is OK and lunch usually consists of a small buffet outdoors of watery spaghetti, burgers, hot dogs or nuggets. Also, slightly frustrating that you can have unlimited food but there are times of the day without food being served. For example, lunch finishes at 4pm and dinner starts at 7pm. For 3 hours you're left without food which is difficult considering everyone gets hungry after all the activities and swimming. The rooms are quite nice and cleaning staff are friendly. Definitely more of a resort for large groups of people. However, service is lacking in ways that make a resort 5 star.

Absolutely superb friendly and welcoming staff from Natalie, memhat Ali, Sadat and nayo from the animation team oops not forgetting Susan and manager from the kitchen team. Nothing was a problem all in all 5 stars. Keep up the good work guys and thank you for a great holiday. Room 4036.

A hidden gem of a hotel … visited for 15 nights in april 2016 all inclusive. Big enough to have everyhing you will need and small enough to make sure they take good care of everyone on a personal level… bar manager saw us coming and had our drinks waiting before we reached the bar… coskun did the same in the restaurant… guy looking after the beach did the same with the sunbeds. What can say other than Thanks to Baron and the animation team. Coskun for his service and. Demmet (esp for showing us how to play those games) and Froosie for making us feel welcome. Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Next to a sandy beach with local bus service to nearby markets and towns. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Food was plentiful and very varied.

The best holiday! I was in Egypt, in Thailand, but I liked the most about Turkey! Very nice hotel and staff. Settled immediately. Annabella lived in Park Hotel (4 star), but reading all the time in the Annabella Daimond (5 * * * * *) Nice and clean beach. Animators simply SUPER, especially Serkan, Baran, Misha. Every day new games, fun, unforgettable evening show! one! off! Here you can relax not only your family but just friends.

A good place for relaxing family with children and without children. Very nice sand beach. Rooms comfortable and clean, check in is fast. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always solves all problems. The price is excellent, given that the hotel 4 *, but you can use almost all the services the hotel annabella diamond 5 *. Really liked the animation. Mr Ram perfectly speaks multiple languages, evening show was always at altitude. The day's activities were just great! Morning gymnastics, water aerobics with Serkan liked. He is very cheerful and friendly, always with all greets and a feeling that everyone knows. Another was a girl Misha, she is a very sweet and funny, makes everything very carefully. We also liked the disco tour with friends in Sammergarden. Hotel very clean.
