1. Guests only get a room card very tedious if there are 2 people
2. Staff does not respond immediately to requests and suggestions have had to say everything 2, 3 times
3. Bed wash towel etc everything either torn or very old
4. Room not pleasantly warm heating not the best
5. Breakfast from 7 am, but only 7:45 breakfast was ready,

The hotel staff have a very cheap behaviour with customers and not welcoming or even helping you when you need them… the double bed room is double bed and walls attached to the bed… you will be sleeping in a box. The breakfast is good. The gym is awful and they try to rip you off with 15 lira when you want to go to the pool saying the follow the hygiene rules by covering your head with swiming cap. Which is fine but I wish the do that for all guests not only the foreigners and Turkish people can go a swim without a cap. Over all its way over priced hotel and awful rooms. Go for the double tree by Hilton is the next best choice hotel.
