Be careful with this hotel guys they are very thief was charging me 150 € for a crack mirror which was already there and even hide my 2 luggages have to call the police then they return me my bags they are thief some people in the hotel even said they have done this before with other customer don't recommend this hotel.

A great stay at this hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. Great spa and hammam as well.

Nice room, quality service, very prompt staff, breakfast every morning very fresh and varied.

Nice hotel very clean big rooms. The stuff is very kind.

I stayed in this hotel 5 years before! And all was great but now it's gotten old. And they haven't done nothing to fix this hotel. Only one front desk staff know what to do. 3 days I asked them to fix the mini bar they did nothing to fix it. So I gave up asking. Breakfast not much veraiaty. Bathroom amenities "cheap" I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel clean and very close to public transport may the front desk staff are not helpful and the breakfast is not famous on the most I would like to point out that the buffet did not change or improve for the duration of our stay. If I have to rate this Hotel I would give a 4/10

Muy limpio y elegante, solo un inconveniente en la regadera, a la puerta de cristal le falta una tira de hule abajo para que no se salga el agua tuve que poner toallas en el piso para no caerme porque fue mucha el agua que se salió… es peligroso un piso mojado…
Very clean and elegant, just an inconvenience in the shower, the glass door is missing a strip of rubber down so that the water does not come out I had to put towels on the floor to avoid falling because there was a lot of water that came out … a wet floor is dangerous.

Small Rooms. Very Good Location Very dirty Bathrooms. In The 3 nights we stayed they didn't clean the bathroom. Very Good breakfast and bad service at the entrance desk. Although they indicate that they speak Spanish they put very little will to understand our claims.

Old cheap yellow bed cover and towels used more than 10000 times.

Good hotel very close to the Grand Bazaar in the old part of Istanbul.

A splendid hotel located in the center of the old EStambul, spacious rooms and a luxury rooftop restaurant. At a reasonable cost.

Reviews disguised us. I thought the hotel was better than this. The location is the best thing about this hotel. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Breakfast could be better.

The hotel is central but does not respond to the expectations of a four star hotel. We have stayed 4 nights in the Hotel Beyaz Saray, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms leave a lot to be desired, and the linen and toilet long ago that had to be renewed. The bed seemed to have made them a child, without the least care. As for the breakfasts it seems that they are aimed for Arabs and staff from Eastern European countries, with total absence of products like butter, confectionery and varied fruits, not to mention the fruit juices which was sweetened and colored water, far from the Breakfasts that we are used to in our country. A couple that was staying told us that they often went to that hotel and that until not long ago the hotel was of the Barceló group but they had sold it to a group of the Arab countries and the quality of the hotel had resented.

A nice middle class hotel. I would say its best thing is its location. Rooms are nice and clean. But don't expect 5 star quality out of the rooms. I paid 33 euros a night and I think it was value for money. Just a tip. Drop off at grand bazaar station to go to the hotel. Dont drop at lalellei university stop.

The hotel is very centrally located with a very good connection. Very nice staff. A big thank you to Muammer.

It was fair like Hotel in the middel of the old city, too closed of big bazzar and spices Market, tram station … breakfast food was varied and good, but definitely did not deserve the 4 Stars, room was old with a terrible noise came from the heater or the mini-bar.

Old Hotel Barceló that is sloppy. To the point of having moldy the shower.

Very disappointed with this hotel which off set its location, actually very close to the sights such as the Grand Bazaar, and transportation, the rest left to be desired, bathroom not terrible at all, small rooms, and cleaning it's just a Catastrophe, I got the dust under the bed but worse still visit a cockroach safe my bed, a horror, both in the rooms as the hallways, what have seen in the photos has nothing to do, and the entrance is not the one we see, in short in summary does not deserve at all the 4stars for me not even 3

Good location in the city center. Receptionist requires training how to aceullir the tourists. The rooms on the 1st floor feel the house does not deserve 4 stars.

Depending on the room you will have stunning views to the Marmara sea. Well located if you are a tourist.
