Good location near to the Grand Bazaar and tramway station.
If there is a word best than RUBISH to describe this hotel, then it is suitable for it. We've booked three rooms, from the first day we noticed the internet is not working, second day the air conditioner was broken as well and we told them in the morning, they told us it will be repaired during the afternoon, we told them about it again at seven o'clock in the evening and they told us they will repair it immediately, when we came back at ten o'clock it was still not working and they told us it won't be repaired today and we need to sleep the night with windows open wide although we have young children and we didn't feel safe to do it, so we decided to spend the night in HOT MUGGY room and one of their answers was HEAVEN IS HOTTER THAN HERE, YOU CAN BARE IT! My advice is never trust people like these and lose your money for such an unacceptable service.
