A nice hotel 5 minutes walk from Sultan Ahmet's sword. Clean rooms, great service.

We stayed at this hotel in 2011, and now in 2018. The rooms were all redone. The bed was comfortable, linens and towels good quality. Clean, modern and fairly priced. The air conditioner in our 4th floor room — on the roof level in our wing, couldn’t keep up and the room was too warm. Opening the patio door helped. It was surprisingly quite, except for the call to prayer — loud, but an authentic part of the scene.

A normal hotel, a standard small room. In the city centre, the main attractions are walkable. Nearby there are cafes, shops. Taxi from the airport to go 20 minutes for 60-70 liras.

Clean and secure, everything you need is close by. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room I had has a window on the street and it was annoying. Good overall experience.

I would rate this hotel between 1 to 2 star, only the breakfast was okay everything else was awful. The room were so small and the staff were so rude especially one of the staff called “Emrah” he had such a bad customer service, he was treating the arabs and chinese so bad. I saw many bad reviews before booking the room but unfortunately my experience was bad as well. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Hotel own room not conforming to the 4 star Wi-Fi connection not stable the road and very difficult to reach close to the staff of the restaurant very aggressive.

Stayed there for the weekend. THE ROOM was EXTREMELY SMALL for a 4 star hotel. VERY NOISY ROOM you could hear everything through the walls in all directions. THE ROOM was not cleaned, found it the next morning when I opened the window and dirt sprang under the bed. To my surprise they didn't bother to clean the dirt when they came to do the bed that day. POOR BREAKFAST, the food was not fresh… actually I found insects on the fruits they served for breakfast… ONE Star rating is Extremely generous…

I stayed here for a brief moment but loved it. It's a clean and cozy place. The staffs are well mannered and the buffet breakfast has something for everyone. Will visit again.

Is the hotel provided by turkish airlines when they made you to lose a connecting flight. The hotel is rated as 4 stars but is more like a 3 stars. The best and the worst is the Location. You have almost one hour drive to the airport but on the other hand you are 10 min away, walking from the two world famous mosques of istambul.

Location Yes, it is not 4 * But what do you want for $30-40 per room? Good location, close to all the main attractions of the old Town and at the same time on a quiet street. Good breakfast. Decent rooms. The Turkish Airways gave us a free room for a long stopovere. So the gift horse in the teeth do not look, but for their money I would have settled here.

Pretty nice and cozy place. Small but neat and clean. Staff was pretty cooperative. And the complementary breakfast was quite tasty too. Ideally located near the blue mosque and hagia Sophia. Will definitely stay again.

I have been to this hotel for one night. The hotel was provided by Turkish Airlines. In the airline we were given a voucher with late check-in, but in the hotel we were denied a late check-in despite the voucher. So we just left our luggage in their locker room and went for a walk. In any case, the hotel is nice, clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. We all enjoyed it. The location is just great. Walking distance to the TGV station of Tempberlitas. Convenient to the airport. All the most famous sights are also within walking distance. The breakfast is excellent. Not very varied, as in five-star hotels, but, in principle, all the frequent necessary for breakfast is present: Eggs boiled, amlet, various bread, ham, sausages, vegetables, yogurt, muesli, milk.

Good location. Major historical attraction in walking distance. A bit of a walk to the Galata bridge and across the bosphorus but nothing too inconvenient. Great Turkish buffet breakfast, helpful staff. The room looked like it could be improved and so the wash tub but overall a nice place to stay in Sultanahmet area. Very hilly old town location reminded me of Orhan Pamuk novel "My Name is Read. "

The hotel is offered on the stopover at Istanbul. The rooms were decent with a mini bar. Bathroom had no lock but was modest. Linen was clean. Breakfast was complimentary and had good options. Area is good for sight seeing. We walked to the major historic sites at 10 to 20 mins.

Brand new opened hotel. Highly RECOMENDED for those who want a treat while visiting Istanbul. It is a very comfortable place to stay they haven't saved any pence to make you feel pleased. The interior is kind of moderate oriental design made of high quality materials. I was delighted the way I was welcomed and looked after. Herewith I would like to take the chance to say thank you to every single member of the Hotel.

Cosy 4* hotel, in the safe there is nothing to hide it is not necessary. The Breakfast is great boureki and soft rolls. So in the centre, seen from the window of Topkapi. To all the interesting places can be reached on foot or by tram.

We spent 1 short night at the Grand Yavuz Hotel while making a connection in Istanbul. It appears the hotel may be being renovated. The room was small but very clean with adequate facilities. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. They also offered a very nice breakfast and made sure to have things ready for those departing very early. The hotel is within walking distance to the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, and several other notable attractions. Because of the location, we were able to see much more that we had anticipated. The next trip to Istanbul will be longer and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, however the price was converted at the beginning of € in lira instead of mentioning the lira prize. In hindsight, I noticed that I paid too much.
The bathroom is very cramped and the rinse was faulty at the beginning. Also the kettle was damaged and the pots and pans had no lids, which made cooking difficult.

The room was quite small as well as bath, Wi-Fi signal also did not cover the whole room, the location seemed to me that it was not the best.

The star has been due you fall in some dirty alley where is located. Difficult access from a civilized place, and moving by taxi, even the taxi drivers know it.

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and sufficient. The menu of the restaurant is overloaded but not enough and the food tasty. The prices are not higher than in the small restaurants on the streets, where you have to watch when you pay, that it is not pulled across the table.

-Great used sheets of previous customers,
-Do not understand Spanish
-Bad beds not

-Do not clean the bathroom
-Stains on the towels and hair
-Small rooms
-I look not a 4 star hotel.

It is a 4 star hotel, but it does or 2 star. Super small rooms, WC has less than 4 square meters and to enter the tub you have to jump by arriving at me above the knee. You have a towel underneath, on the floor of the bathtub so water does not escape. I do not recommend it for who believes that is one of 4 star.

Good location, but a little bit small & dirty… Thinking about traffic, it's good place to lodge. Compared with other hotels, view in the room is not good. Especially, small & old room could make you disappointed. That's why there are lots of good hotels in Istanbul. I'd like to give some advice to you that two days and one night is enough to lodge in this hotel, according to my 6th visits in Istanbul.

Good hotel with good food, roof bar and amazing location. The staff could more kind, but overall it is a great place to stay.

It's a good hotel for staying a few days. You can walk to the center of the city (including Aya Sophia, TopKapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar)
