I liked it. I would recommend it. I was resting with my child.

Relatively great hotel compared with its price. Has a good view on the Shah Zadeh historical mosque. I have faced two issues: 1 — There is only one power plug outlet in the room 2 — There was some electric problems, It has been stopped for few seconds, that happened many times!

Beautiful view from the window of the mosque. Cleaning is terrible, i. E. It was not at all, and wanted packages with garbage to put in the hall. The rooms are small and the elevator problems, it is constantly busy although the hotel is small. I won't choose this hotel anymore.

Very good location and working staff. The pool is small but warm and clean. The fitness room is tiny; few machines are there. The breakfast is repeated daily but delicious. English is well spoken as well.

The hotel is 4 stars. Clean and comfortable. The service is good.

I wonder how the hotel Gulsoy got the 4 star rating which is very far from earning it!
Besides the quality of service very below average, the staff of the hotel is the opposite of the professionalism hoteliers especially the managers who completely mock the worries of their client dissatisfied with the service rendered in relation to the 4 star class.

I have been 4 hours and it is the worst hotel where I have been, the first room we got was dirty, the bathroom was with use and the hand towel was with woman makeup the second room has a scratched wall, another with bits less, both watchers are broken, the well carpet is dirty, there is a bottle cap on the floor and there is no where to charge the cell phones.
I would not recommend it and will definitely not come back.

I pay 700 Euro for 5 night and frankly Lhotel been normal location by cons CEST Super we have the tram and the Metro not far and the Grand Bazaar also…

Good things about this hotel is the indoor pool and sauna and massage $ and free breakfast bad things is very boring place. Dark and underground.

4 days at the top, indoor swimming pool even more beautiful in real than the photos, sauna, hammam, the room is nice (except the mattress a little hard for me…) The discreet staff and the 24-hour cafeteria is very convenient! The breakfast is very varied and for all tastes, as much salty as sweet. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if the opportunity arises we will return.

Nice location, bad hotel. The location is perfect in the middle of Istanbul, but you can easily find better hotels! my room was a bad view, the staff unfriendly. There are much better hotels in Brussels with better prices.

Great location The subway is a few meters away, market and nearby mosques.
Very clean hotel; Maid spends every morning (if you do not want it will not pass).
Rooms; Quite large, composed of everything we need (mirror, vanity, safe, fridge, cupboards, heating + clime…). Small defect: Not very comfortable bed and take presence only one in the room and one bathroom.
Pool; Very clean, Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, steam room… perfect. Small defect: Hours from 10am till 8pm.
Reception; Very welcoming and smiling. Listening and good advice.
Breakfast; Very good but not very varied.
I highly recommend this hotel to spend a wonderful stay in Istanbul. Moreover, I advise you to have a room on the 4th or 5th floor to be able to enjoy a magnificent view (on the mosque Şehzade). The hotel looks exactly like the pictures you can see on the net, for my part I have not been disappointed.
You can also call the hotel for a driver to come looking for you from the airport to go as well as back. It's much better than getting ripped off by taxis.

A wonderful hotel. Istanbul is a cosmopolitan city that deserves to be visited several times.

The hotel is located in the historic peninsula. The rooms are clean and functional but I don't like the sound insulation of the room. Although I was already exhausted and tired, was hearing the next room. Stuff very friendly. Breakfast is excellent above average. There are Spa, Pool, Sauna, Hamam and massage, but unfortunately I couldn't have time to use them.

The fall of the stars. I stayed three nights with a tour organized by the Langley Travel. I purchased a 4 star Superior hotel. A big disappointment. The rooms (2), one on the third and one on the fifth floor are tiny. To open the suitcases we had to put them on the bed. The space around the bed does not allow you to pass together. The suitcases must be placed in front of the door. The luggage holder is in the closet as there is no space to open it. Surely in case of immediate evacuation there may be problems. In the room the temperature is 28 degrees, you can not regulate the temperature. From the front desk they recommend leaving the window open, in front of the other hotel rooms. Privacy Zero. Breakfast starts at 7:00.00 and is served two floors below ground. The location is central to a 10 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. Only for this the second star.

Really good hotel, nicely placed between the centre so all we do is catch the tram and we can go wherever we like.

It was nice hotel near from tram and metro. But in my room there was just one electrical plug. It was two guest room. In general nice hotel.

I didn't like it. The walls are not noise-insulated. You hear everything that happens behind the wall. Double glazing on Windows also do not keep noise. If you come to rest, you will not succeed. Television programs are monotonous. Breakfast, every day is the same.

Nice hotel, room space is good, a varied breakfast near to transportation (metro, tram, bus) historical places is about 15 — 30min walking (grand pazar, blue mosque, ayasofya) I loved my staying in this hotel the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location next to shops, historical sights and most importantly the metro station, good swimming pool and spa. Breakfast is below avg, rooms are dull with awful soundproof. It's a good hotel if you want to stay out most of the time.

Great hotel for your money. Friendly staff-reception, Belboj, cleaning… Good food. The rooms are clean and everything works. We had a room on the second floor overlooking the mosque. Very convenient location-walking distance to the main attractions, the ferry. Metro is 2 minutes away. Price-quality 5 out of 5!

I don't like tis hotel, rooms very small, reception not cooperative and breakfast not delicious.

It is centrally located, very close to all historic attractions. Breakfast is very good, room was clean and overall it is good value for money. There's is roof top pool but it was not working while I was in hotel because of renovation.

A lil far from main historical location. But the hotel has nice spa.

I am not exaggerating if I say the worst room service ever! They tell lies! They do not clean the ground! Hot water sucks… shower sink is closed; resulted in water sinking to lower floor! Talking to the hotel guys changed nothing! No electricity plugs. Ii was suffer to charge my phone! Very poor breakfast! Soes not change everyday same silly things! A miserable week in grand hotel gulsoy!

First-class four-star hotel with accommodating staff, nicely designed rooms, a magnificent spa and pool, located at the very center of Istanbul and the Fatih district. 2-minutes walk to the M2 metro line. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. A car park is available directly in front of the hotel. I was able to deposit my luggage after check-out since my outbound flight was scheduled to take off at around 11 p. M. Only downside is that there was only one socket available in the hotel room to charge your phone which was not in the vicinity of the bed. I'd give 9.9 stars out of 10.

Clean and cosy hotel with good location. Underground station is just 2 minutes walk.

Hotel is good. Located central. Rooms a bit on small size. You can hear noise from rooms next door. Expensive massage in spar. However spa swimming pool is of a good standard. Roof top view is awesome. Mosque opposite hotel is stunning to say the least. Restaurants nearby. Overall would stay again.

Nice pool with a view, clean room, food service. They extended check out to 2pm which was great. Wifi is terrible in most parts of the building though.

Our group was very comfortable — clean rooms, nice staff, extensive Breakfast buffet, every day, bottles of water free in the room — the only downside was the windowless Breakfast room in the basement. Ideal Central location close to U-Bahn or walk it is not far for example, to the spice Bazaar. The rooftop terrace offers beautiful views, the indoor pool was nice and warm. Under certain circumstances, clairaudient from the gear, if other guests are not considerate. 1 outlet in the room, one in the bathroom.

Nice and tidy rooms. Breakfast offered quite a Selection of local and international food. Helpful Staff. Good Pool with nice view on the roof. Decent choice for a Business stay.
