It's a good hotel to take your family if you have a vication. You can also rent the hall which in the basement for a birthday party or a meeting or what ever you need a hall for.

Great place! Tram just in front if the hotel. Nice walk to city centre.

This is the usual 3 and no more if it was 5 then at least a 20 years ago.

The AC doesn't work. They have a Central Air Conditioning system which means you have no control over your room AC. The room temperature was over 28 C. We couldn't sleep. We asked the staff to do something but they were rude and asked us to check out if we are unhappy. Horrible staff, dirty rooms, bad location.

Room service isn't bad at all but very polite people, clean and friendly place to have breakfast, place has advantage to roral transportations. View of som rooms at flat 1 isn't good all you can see an empty roof. Good place to enjoy I recommend.

The hotel is quite comfortable, not a lot of far from the center, but there is a direct tram line that allows you to quickly get to it.

This hotel is very well positioned to connect public and all other means of transport. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has all the amenties one can ask for like pool, gym, spa, bar, turkish bath etc. The breakfast spread was amazing with so many options to choose.

Best IHG Hotel in Istanbul-Fatih, good location, excellent staff, excellent breakfast! I definitely recommend it to Istanbul visitors! It’s really good value for money!

Nice Hotel, the best thing is the friendly treatment of all your staff. From reception to the principal. They worry about solving any problems.

Spacious room with new remodeled bathroom. Breakfast has good selections if food. Hall way smells smoke. Noticable stains on the hall carpet.

A nice holiday inn, in a good location, excellent for the tram into town. The staff were very efficient and helpful at check in, the Wi-Fi is quick, and strong connection, and the gym is very good, with lots of equipment. The rooms are a little old, and stale, but all in all a well located hotel, that I’m happy to stay in.

The best thing about this hotel is it’s location. The Tram stop is literally just outside the door and a Metro station (Airport-Yenikapi line) is less than 10 minutes walk away. Rooms are a bit old and cleaning can be better. Breakfast was average and costs € 10.

Good hotel to be at, excellent service, close to the market, historical sights, restaurants, coffee shops, access to all kinds of transportation, 20 minutes to the airport.

This is not 5 star hotel (bad service, dirty restaurant, dirty small rom, expensive even if it's coast not more than 100 $! ) I will never be there again. It's 2 star hotel actually.

The worst place I've ever been in the world. Kitchen stuff is cheating you on every dish, or adding the not existing order to your bill. The laundry service is awfull. Please be aware that stuff speaks English poorly, even managers.

The Hotel is very old looking. Moreover the staff there isn't very friendly they don't even interact much. Most of the staff barely speaks English. The internet there is rubbish you can't even connect properly. Terrible Hotel. This is one of the worst Holiday Inn I've been to. Such a disappointment.

With all due respect this is not a hotel ended a place to exploit people and robbed asks you to pay for things you did not drink it or eat It. In termes of accommodation, 24-hour noise. Eating a major scandale There are no qualité. There is no respect for women who work at the reception, especially when they do not master the English language.

Nice hotel. Bar staff could be more helpful. Sat there waiting to be served. Other people that arrived after us were, whilst we were completely ignored. Not good considering I am a platinum club member. Shame because everything else was excellent.

Very convenient for getting around in Istanbul. Located right across the street from the major tram station. It's maybe a 10 minute tram ride from the hotel to the blue mosque and the Hagia Sophia. It's about a 5 minute tram ride to the grand bazaar. Hotel staff is friendly when asked to do something or carry out a request but they will not go out of their way to help you because this is part of the Turkish culture. Rooms were nicely kept and clean but no one could help me work the a. C. Only the staff working at the concierge desk speak a decent amount of English.

This point is for the main bus station, not the hotel. Holiday inn is further away on the main street.

Very unfriendly and. Unprofessional. We arrived to the hotel 3pm and our room. Was. Still not ready which supposed to be ready from 12. Receptionist were unfriendly, restaurant orders took 30 min. The hotel overall is very nice but the. Staff was unfriendly.

Booked the hotel for 1 week because of a Fair. Had an upgraded room but it is all very old, not well maintained and the Holiday Inn name should be not used anymore. People are great, food was great. Building is very old and need RENOVATION. Also during my stay it looked like the hospital has rented many rooms. Lots of people that where treated by hospital. Not nice to stay. And a wakeup call everymorning at 05:50 hrs from the Imman who has his big speakers just around the corner.

I'm a Platinum member with Priority Club so I've stayed in a ton of their hotels. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. I've stayed here twice and been given an upgrade to a suite both times. Everyone is friendly and I have always been able to find someone that speaks fluent English. Sener Soylu was great to work with. I recommend working with her with any issues.
