Were in hotel 10.10.20 — 12.10.20! We stole money from the safe (could not open the safe with their own code and then found a shortage of money), but returned with a scandal after contacting the police!
The rooms do not match the sizes, much less than stated in the advertisement!
Very noisy as the hotel is located on the street for the production of shoes, constantly drive and unload cars, especially at night.
In front of the windows is a garbage heap and an unfinished hotel, ugly.
Hygiene standards are not observed in conditions of coronavirus, some staff do not wear masks and food in the restaurant is all open to bacteria
Close to the sights, clean, the food is normal. The attitude is terrible if you suddenly find that you have been robbed. You will be accused, blackmailed and intimidated to throw out of the hotel, immediately canceled the armor and done everything like you and was not in this hotel.

Extremely clean and centrally located hotel in Istanbul, with very friendly staff, especially Mr. Yakup, who was very helpful towards us. Thank you again for your kindness. During my next visit (s) to IstanbuI, I will absolutely book a room at Primero hotel!
