Although I am Chilean, on the other side of the world, in the Sapphire hotel I felt at home.
The breakfast was amazing! There was everything.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

A small clean hotel close to public transportation and all historical sites, such as ayasofia, blue mousq. Most important is the wonderful staff especially staff at the reception they are so kind and helpful. Breakfast is good. We spent a good vacation there.

Elaborately decorated hotel. Almost palatial. Large breakfast buffet. Staff try to accommodate special diets. Close to major sights and tram station.

Good hotel, responsive staff. Everyone speaks English very well. Tasty food, you can ask for an omelet for breakfast with stuffing. The rooms are clean, although in the photos they seemed bigger. The location is convenient, the main attractions are close.

The hotel has a very comfortable location, friendly and willing to help the staff (especially the receptionist Denise, a special thanks to him), great breakfasts and a decent though small pool.
Of the disadvantages — small rooms that need repair (but for a sightseeing holiday they are more than enough).

What ilike is the very friendly staff. Immediately told that is next to the hotel, where to go, gave a tourist card. In one of the restaurants on the same street, a 10% discount when presenting a card from a hotel room. I liked it.

The staff were very helpful, especially Ali. They will give practical advices of the place. However, this place is not accessible by car, it's a 5minutes walk from the main road, and your walking on cobbles stones, so imagine your self dragging your luggage all the way long to the hotel! The train stop is another 5-minute walk, which is very handy to bring you anywhere you like!

Greater ratea, comfortable beds and perfect location to see everything you want to.

Excellent care by Halil (? ). The room is large enough for what you need is rest and sleep, bathroom very comfortable with all the toiletries. The best and most complete breakfast of hotel. Close to all the tourist attractions. Fully recommended.

The hotel is small but very comfortable. Loved the pool with sauna.

The staff were incredibly kind, they provided exceptional help ordering taxis, helping us plan our walk through the city and keeping our luggage stowed after check out. We were very pleased with the accommodation as well. Keep it up!

Almost everything is good. It s Near the marmaray station which gives you easy access to all over the city by metro and public transfer.

Good rooms for reasonable price. The staff tries to compensate by everyday cleaning. Very close to historical attractions. Would recommend for 3-4 nights stay.

Has not earned 4 stars. Rooms are really small and despite cleaning control not really clean. Sockets hang from the wall, as well as cables. No German satellite channels.

Great place with price and quality within walking distance to the main places and stops in the old Town.

It did not give 5 stars because the arrival, took 20 hours to provide Wi-Fi, and with the cut of light we were without energy for a long time. Overall, very good.

Wonderful attention, we got breakfast at 4am because we had to leave at 6, it is close to everything! We walked, mosques and the redemption in less than 3 hours.

The place is quiet, the room was small but enough for one person. The location is excellent and close to many important tourist places in Istanbul. The price was very good for what I received at the hotel. I would stay there again.

Good service and good price. A nice and cozy place, very safe and easily accessible via the city Subway which also proceeds from the airport. A few minutes walk to the city centre.

Good hotel in old town with nearby tram and metro… Also good variety of buffet breakfast.

Very good location and extremely friendly staff. I spent 8 nights at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is abundant and generous. I had a very cozy small room with a very clean brand new bathroom. There is a small indoor pool and steam room with special reservation. The prices are perfect for a small and medium budget. I will come again.

Had such a great stay there, they have an awesome breakfast buffet and wonderful location. You can literally walk to any of the touristic places in few minutes and I would recommend taking the red bus as it has a close stop by the Sultan Ahmed Mosque, it will show you all of Istanbul in two routes red and blue.

Quiet, budget and within walking distance of all the palaces and mosques. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are restaurants right outside. The hotel administration is very helpful, very responsive to your smile! Any questions are solved instantly.

I rate this hotel as 4.5 to it's location, 4 to the room service and the stuff, however it's 3 pts to it's reception corridors and the location of the restaurant. It needs renewal. The breakfast was fine but they didn't change bed sheets during my 6 night stay. In general it was a fine stay.

My fiance @ (1610280316:Julie Wilson) and I spent an awesome few days at the Sapphire Hotel. Recommend this hotel to anyone. They have a great, friendly and helpful staff compliment. Their facilities are top class including swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath facilities. We will definitely go back there.

I tried it for 8 nights, great location close to the tram station, in the middle between sultanahmet and Sirkeci. Breakfast is rate is average and the rooms are small. Around 15 m2.

The room is good. The area is nice. Small swiming pool. It was cold and the sauna was cold also. If you want to use it you need to say to reception 1 hour before to turn it on.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast and plenty of it. Not as much fun as before, but still good. Room was a good size and everything worked. We loved our little balcony overlooking the street. Perfect location.
