I heard that the hotel was closed. I'm so happy because this. It was terrible!

To all the first everywhere mold, mattresses dirty, bathroom door you can not close, the TV didn't work either. When we alerted the hotelier to this, we would have to wait two days for something to happen. Before, it said, "I didn't want to enter your room in your absence. " Rooms were not once cleaned, bed sheets and duvets were not swapped. Nor has the ground been wiped or swept once. When we arrived, there was a small towel lying on the bed, that was it. When we asked for towels, it said, "We bring them up. " We waited in vain. Then we are down again after hours to get them ourselves. When we had to ask for towels again after a few days, because nothing was exchanged by itself, the Lord began to argue. Whether we change towels every day at home, and he wouldn't normally have had to spend any at all. We have booked a hotel and no apartment! Suddenly bags had disappeared on our hotel room, and a garbage bag was inserted in the bathroom garbage, where none was urgent before. The bags were probably thrown away because it was assumed that it was rubbish. So much for the theme "I didn't want to enter your hotel room in your absence. " It hasn't even been cleaned yet! What did they then make lost in the room except bags and use a garbage bag?
This hotel is unreasonable! For the same money, Istanbul offers far better and tidier hotels! In the house, the customer is not king at all orders.

The hotel is just disgusting! The rooms were dirty, mouldy and contaminated! Under the bed, ants came out. There was dust everywhere. The flushing of the toilet was defective. Then we went to the hotel manager and he showed us his other hotel, which was reasonably ok! Unfortunately, this hotel had no water. We are then in another hotel for two days at our own expense and asked him to have our room cleaned please. After two days we came to our room with our key the door opened and there were other guests checked in! Then he said he couldn't just leave the hotel room free! That we paid and have the right to our room did not interest him! So we had to look for the hotel again! Because he also became aggressive and unfriendly, we decided on another hotel. I wouldn't recommend this "hotel" to anyone! Just a nightmare!

Mr Ramazan is indeed very impolite and a fraud! I emailed him many times to correct the mistake in my room type before our arrival but no use. He only wanted to rip us off our money without giving any services. I'm really sorry for seeing such a behavior from a hotelier. As I work in tourism industry I know that it is totally unacceptable anywhere in the whole world. Even 1 star for such an awful property and management is too much!

Not a big fan with the location unless you love walking uphill and downhill to the nearest train station. But the rooms are nice, warm and cosy. And the hotel staff are friendly and superhelpful although only one can speak English. His name is Ramazan, he's a muslim.

From the outside it looks very narrow, but is better from the inside than it looks. In the basement (basement) the rooms are not as good as those on the first floor but otherwise the 3 — star hotel is very central to Fatih.

The owner so helpful and friendly. He helped us so many times, firstly, by making some recommendations about the places we should visit in Istanbul then helped with tours reservation and booked for our transferring to the airport. The hotel has good place in the old city and near to tram station and restaurants. BUT The place needs some development and maintenance and the pics don't show the real thing.

Very clean hotel and personal very helpful.

The worst hotel I was in, the broken shower, the frigid refrigerator, the basic room was in the cellar, while the booking was written overlooking the sea, the view was dirty, the button was missing at the toilet.

Do not book for this hotel it doesn't deserve Bad service Durty rooms I don't recommend.

DO NOT BOOK! YOU WILL REGRET! Our stay at this so-called-hotel was disaster! The room was very dirty, I even got bitten by the bed bug (my body was itching and swollen after the first day I slept at this place), they don't even use a pillow case for the pillow, they just cover a cloth on top of the pillow (the pillow were disgusting! ), same goes to the bed, they don't use a proper bed sheet. The bathroom was terrible, very dirty and the shower was broken. Even after when we changed the room (they claimed they changed us to a bigger room, but honestly it was not), the condition of the new room was also terrible. Although their front desk were helpful and tried their best to help, but I would not recommend this place at all.
