Service is not available, the room-the Internet Wi-Fi very bad signal (laptop did not connect) phone that caught signal that lost. In The food there was a splinter of glass about which has cut language… Very bad.

. Very small rooms, dark, dirty and smelly . One shocking thing: the walls between rooms do not seem to be sound proof! You can hear your next door neighbour talk to his wife or talk on the phone! They also can hear you so there is no privacy! . One very small lift which means: be prepared to wait to go to the small breakfast room on the 8th floor! . Tiny breakfast room. Limited selection of food (example: 2 types of jam, no fried eggs, no English breakfast, no croissants… . Very narrow corridors . It claims to have an indoor swimming pool but despite pictures they display online, it was shockingly small 3 meters wide, not good enough even for babies. And it should be referred to in description as a baby pool. The pool water in April was icy cold The manager said they do not have the equipment to heat it and it is cold all year round!. . The sauna is kept closed to save power and we had to speak to manager to turn it on for a while and it was warm NOT hot enough! . Gym: they only have 5 little pieces of equipment crammed by the little pool! . Réception staff were unhelpful and rude. On one occasion I went to the little bar by reception to get a drink, the barman was away and the receptionist told me wait saying that the barman was somewhere around and he will be back shortly. So I waited for 10 minutes then I approached the receptionist again and insisted I was running out of time, he then used his radio to call him and in no time the barman arrived!

I lived in it for 5 days it was wonderful in the morning breakfast the most delicious thing.

Good location, clear room, bathroom. Nice breakfast. Excelent Wi-Fi! Warm recommendation.

Excellent location on the exit of Yenni Capi Station.

No Service in this hotel. They have marked 4 stars on wall but this is not at all more than 2 star. Breakfast was strange.

Very good access to all Metro lines, Bus station, Tramway easy access to supermarket and restaurant clean room but small trusty safe box good safe.

So nice abe have nice rom and showr and eat all nice.

They have Wi-Fi free throughout the hotel.
It is very well located, you can walk to the tourist areas of Istanbul.

The room was too small but the location of the hotel is excellent and the personnel department.

GRAND EMIN HOTEL IS THE BEST HOTEL WITH BEST QUALITY OF SERVICE IN ISTANBUL! It was my first visit to Turkey and I was very happy to stay in GRAND EMIN HOTEL where I felt as at my home! We had work meeting for a week and hotel’s staff made everything for our comfort and good conditions of work. High class design rooms are large, very comfortable and absolutely clean with excellent beds, TV, fridge, air-conditioning and everything you need! The view from my window was at the old church and it was very charming! From the roof terrace and swimming pool you can see the beautiful part of Istanbul and the sea with many-colored boats dancing on the waves! Many shops and centers are in 5 min. Of walking distance from the hotel. Main city tourist attractions are in 15 minutes. The Hotel is 15 min away from Ataturk Airport and 5 min walking distance to the metro, bus, tram and subway station. Heartfelt gratitude to the General Managers Sabri Bey and Erhan, and all staff of the hotel for friendliness and politeness! GRAND EMIN HOTEL is the EXCELLENT HOTEL in EXCELLENT COUNTRY.
