Hotel super Dirty even very dirty presence of bedbugs and blâtes, the cleaning has never been done in 2 weeks! From towels and sheets with traces of blood… torn pillow… air-conditioning without remote control that operated 24h/24chasse of water that did not work and staff who do not communicate and above all who do not listen… very disappointed I will recommend this trip to anyone! After the customer complaint concerning the Blâtes fleas and bedbugs, the staff gassed the room without explanation and immediately came out we had to go out urgently, because the smell was unbearable.
This hotel should be closed!
To avoid urgently!
