Lovely calm hotel staff is very cooperative and friendly.

Hotel is not 4 star, 2 star at max breakfast was good but not same as photos. Rooms had no fruit, water or tea … there was just a kettle room service was good but bathroom door lock was not closed and locked completely when you close it. We informed it to hotel but they did not care Wi-Fi speed was terrible at first 2 days.

Very good location … yenekapi metro station.

Stayed for 1 night. The room is small. Cozy. But Paul was dirty. Breakfast was very good.

It's not anything like the photos you can find on websites. The rooms are so small, so were the toilet. The pool was out of service during my residence, without a simple apology. I reserved a double standard room but they gave us a twin bedroom one. The service and the staff were not much helpful.

A terrible, horrible hotel… if you're an American, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Besides the rooms being small, walls paper thin, food in the basement that's awful, this hotels far from the tourist areas of SultanAhmet. The cab driver charged us 50 TL to go to the Blue Mosque! Just to add to how disgusting this place is, our toilet wouldn't flush. The night guy came by and did nothing… said to flush it over and over again. I told him we flushed it 10 times, he said, "flush it 20 times! " I can't tell you how bad this place was. We had a 4 night stay but left the next morning as fast as we could. If anyone at the Grand Hilarium is reading this, it's nothing personal… your hotel is not up to standards and is a 2 star hotel at best. There are prisons in America more comfortable than your hotel.

Very nice hotel, good food, place near to all markets and metro is 500m I go their from airport by underground.

The hotel realy is 2 stars instead of 4. Bathroom door locks itself. Pool os 5 degrees. Kichen chimny was nezt to our room and it smels all the time. But for the price we payed its fine.

Staff very friendly, good knowledge of English. Location is much closer to the noisy main street as shown on Google maps. Unfortunately the window at all not seals (there's a gap of about 1cm), so that the noise stays not out (use ear plugs). The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is very small, but functional. Fitness equipment in the U2 partially inoperative. Many Wi-Fi access points (free code available at the reception), accessible but still not everywhere in the House. Elevators are very slow, take the best rooms in one of the lower floors and walk. Breakfast is on the inedible coffee OK, daily changing soups are delicious.
The location is conveniently located: Yenikapı station is about 400m 100m, Yenikapı ferry terminal, Aksaray tram stop is about 250m away. From the train station, the Marmaray railway through the Bosphorus tunnel now heading Sirkeci and Uskudar.

Too hot inside, hard mattrace.
