I’ve booked a room on line with double bed and balcony and I’ve paid extra. It took me 1 hr to find the hotel I went in to check in. The hotel was filthy, smells and dirty, checking in reception they said we have no room available I said I’ve booked already? yes ok but we can offer you room in the basement (Budget) And no window! Oh my god I was really tired, I couldn’t stay there I went to different hotel. People be careful don’t go to Blue Istanbul hotel or suite its ugly, filthy just don’t go there even for free Ugly, dirty hotel I have ever see in my life I am so angry Stay away from ugly blue Istanbul suits.

Hotel in the center of everything. Main attractions is walking distance. Big balcony and nice turkish bath. Best part the owner Kubilay is friendly and helpful. Thank you Azrin.

Beautiful apartment, with a privileged location a quarter of the blue mosque. Kubilay is a great host, your warm welcome and attention deserves to be outstanding.

An extraordinary mosque, very good place to visit, you will be surprised by the magnificent construction of the mosque, around it you will find everything, restaurants, bars, you can smoke in shisha, etc. You can take countless photographs and spend moments Unforgettable.

The worst hotel and worst staff and management after I did read the many reviews all web site are still having this shady hotel in their website and lying to their customers that shows they only care about making money and there is no integrity or honesty. If you ever came cross Blue Istanbul hotel in any web site run and do not book it, It is the worst place to be or to stay better sleep in any hole then Blue Istanbul Hotel. And I hope that all web site will ban it from their site and that they will listen to the customers I forgot to add Doesnt deserve ONE STAR BLUE ISTANBUL HOTEL DESERVE ZERO STARS.

Very poor hotel with poor service. There are no right things in the rooms. Service zero.

Scammers! They do not respect the reservation you have made and paid, upon arriving they give you a suite saying it is for one night because they do not have the room you booked, which the other day will change you, the next morning you will ask for your room and say you have, you have to wait, after spending hours waiting for you again give the suite telling you that you do not have to pay any difference, the problem arises when you check out, as they want to charge you is difference in rates and as I said was not agreed. The staff is handled in a totally hostile, unpleasant and threatening way, quasi mafia. Not coming to this hotel, they are crooks and mobsters.

Beautiful rooms, friendly attention, well located a few blocks from the main attractions of Sultanhamet. Highly recommended.

A small guesthouse, not quite clean rooms, weak breakfast by Turkish standards, no own parking, only room for 2-3 cars in front of the house, centrally located, Turkish coffee at breakfast at an additional cost about 5 euros, kitchen women unkind, rest Staff part nice.

Very spacious room staf helpful especially Shafqat but all other people are very helpful thanks for everyone.

WORST HOTEL no pillow no cover no towel prison do not believe the good review i m so disappointed so angry so sad staff rude sooooooo, very dirty hotel very dirty room very disgusting, smelly, this hotel must be closed and does not exist, please go inspect this hotel and let it be closed to not find it in the map! picture are fake do not believe picture you will not get what in picture not in room not in washroom not in breakfest worst worst worst ever i got this third hotel on expedia after 2 worst hotel, to get a night sleep a rest in a room to get my airplane tomorrow i find twin bed with no bedded sheet no cover no couette no pillow this room doesn't contain anything I used my hoodie as pillow but I got neck ache I on night feel so cold I did not find cover to cover my body I spent the night cold with neck ache body pain, I didn't find any towel any kind of towel small at least, nothing I dry my hand on my clean clothes terrible no heating no cleaning no towel no cover no pillow nothing in this room just you pay for a mattress which not confortable why I paid I lose my money for a garbage room better I stand up in the airport all night than this room, plz expedia do something I m saying the full truth here so please do not get what I get and pay a room that look like prison, the prison better may be… and when you asked him why there is nothing he said that the economic room!

The worst staff ever, booked online and when I got there they showed me The worst room ever, no water, toiket dodnt work but of course they offered me an upgrade for the doble of the money… avoid this place.

Reseption work very slowly, director is a very good person, but staff work very and very slowly, if you need something it can takes about 2, 3 days.

One of the worst Hotels I have ever been to. Firstly, our room was just big enough to contain one double bed. Having even a cabin sized bag opened was just impossible. When we arrived in the room there were no sheets on the bed, just one blanket to Cover bed throught the daytime. On my pillow were also some hair which were definitely not mine. So I asked for two sheets and a fresh pillow. The staff brought it to us without any friendliness. Next day we wanted to have breakfast at this place because nice pictures were shown on the Internet. What we found were just 3 plates of cheese and ham. Nothing else. The bathroom was big but not really clean (see photos). The only thing what was good about that hotel is that your quite close to the centre. But if you want to enjoy some hours on your room to, choose another hotel.

Please, don't spoil your vacation in this hole! It's horrible! Dirty, smelly, moldy, without fresh air and every corner stinks like a toilet. A dirty and disgusting one. : (The air conditioner was right above the bed and the only small window led to an 1m by 2m backyard of multistorey buildings — and this was called "Suite"! An absolute disappointment! We booked for 4 nights and left after two. Better spend some more money for a better Hotel.

I am writing this in complaint to the Blue Istanbul Hotel. The room I booked there was advertised differently from the conditions under which my stay in the hotel was offered. The room had no windows, no shower towels, no soap… etc. Which was not mentioned at any time during the booking. I can tolerate many things but not a lie. The conditions under which I was to be accommodated were not the ones mentioned or promised. Furthermore, they were presented to me only after I had arrived to make the check-in. In addition I had to put up with the receptionists collaborative behavior, whom upon my arrival at 7:30 AM at the hotel, did not even know of my booking telling me several times that there was no room booked by me. This makes me doubt in the work ethics of this page too. Regardless, upon instantiation from me he was finally able to "find" my booking, and told me to arrive for the check in at 12:30 — 13:00. Furthermore, the receptionist confronted me with pictures from the room I supposedly had booked, while in the mean time they were not at all similar to the ones I was presented with during the time of booking. It was during that time that I found out what a fraud the whole thing had been. Therefore, I requested the cancellation of the booking, upon serious disappointment from your site's part of the deal and even from the hotel. That is why I insist on not paying anything for the cancellation.

Nice place! In the heart of Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The guys are just good! All advise, tell the routes, call a taxi. Always attentive and smiling! The hotel is very good.

Great experience and enjoyed some hotel life in best point hotel in Istanbul. Will stay more in this hotel in the future. Too clean everything and have good attitude staff.

Good clean hotel in the city center (5 min to Sultanahmet). Friendly staff.

Very good staff and the location is very Central.

Russian TV program there, close by, yell all night keeping you awake, the minaret at 6 o'clock in the upgrade, Wi-Fi is working it is not, plumbing is bad, a Hairdryer, a double bed give one blanket… But the staff is quite friendly. C grade pulls.
