The Neco&Hugo service feels like a good friend who has known each other for a long time. Neco carefully to the first visitors to remind the attention of things and introduce attractions Hugo remember all my eating habits, let me every day like in my own home thank you for your care, this is the warmest hotel in Istanbul.

Great location, clean cozy rooms and friendly staff.

It's a perfect place to be near the Sultan Ahmet Mosque. A lot of eateries around. Rates are easy on the pocket. Room sizes and amenities are good. Breakfast has limited options but works. Staff is extremely courteous. Walking distance from many tourist destinations. Train station is a 10 minutes walk as is Sultan Ahmet and Hadia Sofiya.

Staff is friendly. They messed our booking and moved us to different hotel for a night. Later the room we got had some one smoked in it and son seriously got sick due to his asthmatic condition. Guests before us covered smoke detector with shower cap. Beside breakfast and room service was good. I hope they will focus on customer service skills.

Today is our last day on a 10 days visit to Istanbul. The hotel was very clean and staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful when we asked for help. Thank you.

Excellent location. Clean rooms but they start to be old. Very nice staff with the exception of a receptionist who insisted on selling us a thousand tours when we were not interested. Great breakfast.

Very very good hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful. And the beds in the rooms are amazing. If you go out for the whole day what you want when you get back to the hotel is a very good bed that allows you to go out the next day and discover Istanbul, and this hotel delivers on this front and then some.

Hotel manager was very accommodating. Fantastic service. Clean rooms. Good facilities. Great location. Breakfast was the only thing which stopped me from giving this hotel 5 stars.

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Best of all was the location. It was walking distance to almost everything that we wanted to see like Blue Mosque, Grotto, etc.

Staff is very friendly. Perfect place to stay. Rooms are big and very comfortable. Whenever u need something call the front and ur task will be done in a minute.

We have no regrets about having chosen this hotel. Its location is excellent for tourism, the rooms are large, comfortable and quiet, and the staff is friendly and competent. The restaurant food is only fair to good, but across the street the Best Western has a roof restaurant with better food and an excellent view. The staff recommended an excellent restaurant (Hamdi) in another part of the city. The main problem we encountered at this hotel was that although the Wi-Fi system was free and easy to connect to, it had a very erratic connection to the internet. However, it's possible that this is an Istanbul problem rather than a hotel problem.

At the last marathon of Istanbul in last October, 2011, I stayed in this hotel with my wife: staff is lovely, it is in the historic center and it's really taken over as in a home as well for meals for all information. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for marathon runners because it is located in the bus departure and arrival of the race.
