Not too far from central Sultanahmet, with polite and helpful staff who were more then accommodating especially for my mother who is a wheelchair user. Would highly recommend!

One of the worst value for money we've ever had! I travel a lot and I've had a lot of experiences from luxurious to budget hotels, but this was the worst experience. It's true that this time I made a booking in rush, so couldn't spend time reading reviews, but didn't expect it to be so bad. Service level: that's the first unpleasant thing we faced. Receptionist in morning shift as well as the bell-boy were both so rude! Not only the great and meet, but even day to day interactions were so bad. Breakfast: a lot of products were not fresh, tables served poorly Rooms: old rooms, smelly towels and more. Despite a decent size, the feeling is not nice. Location: even though it's 10 minutes walking distance from main attractions like Blue Mosque, etc. It's located very low, so you need to climb up through tiny roads.

For Istanbul, as mostly you are outdoors it's a good hotel to spend the night in with breakfast included. In a good location with good views. However the breakfast could be a little more varied.

Stay with my wife a couples days. Nice place to stay … all historical stuff is 10 minutes walk from hotel. Very nice restaurant's close to hotel. Rooms is cleaning every day with new towels. Breakfast is on time and a lot different food for everyone. People working there's is realy friendly and helpful. They help with set up taxi to transport to airport, dinner cruise and exploring Istanbul with nice group people with lounge. I only can say if I ever go there again definitely I will stay there again. Thank you for everything.

July 2018 was rested. Breakfasts are more varied. Hamamm is excellent. The room is small but comfortable. Cleaning and service (fixing the air conditioning) is excellent!

Reception staff are really friendly. On our check-in they told us there was an issue with the door lock of our room and the hotel was fully booked, so they promised us a room move next morning. They fixed the door lock in the morning but as promised, they moved us to a better room with nice views. I recommend to book the Bosphorus tour they offer you on the check-in.

From the past week they have no manager and the whole management is a shit show.
Spa (steam, suana) not working. Ac is noisy and in some rooms ac is not working at all. 1st floor rooms next to exit door are filled with bad smell and smell stays all night & if they open the exit door then smell will start coming from the washroom exhaust. After addressing all the above problem, and heated conversation they did change the rooms after 2 days. One thing is certain, their staff which was once good is on the verge of becoming a asshole if they don’t get a good manager soon. Poor & rude customer service and management.

Nice hotel. Quality service. A bit pretentious interior. They moved from the junior suite to the suite. The breakfasts are delicious.

I really like the stay in that hotel. Especially, the hotel itself was really beautiful! It had many gold coloured decorations and you could feel a royal atmosphere. What I've really liked was the rooftop terrace where you had fantastic view of the ocean and the surroundings. The amount of breakfast wasn't that much but it was really delicious. What I didn't like much was the staff. Although there were some really nice employees. Some of them were kind of unfriendly and seemed indifferent. They talked in Turkish and it seemed like they talked about you. But overall, I liked my stay there.

Quiet and spacious room.

Bad hotel I've ever seen! Hotel is old and scrap. There was no TV in the room, shower was not properly mounted. Chairs in the lobby broken. Window did not go right. Have said this 3 times anyway it was ignorierz.
Also, the receptionist was rude when we wanted to order a taxi.
No more!

Excellent hotel in the heart, practically, of the Sultanahmet. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. The attention of the staff of the administration like that of each one the other employees of dining room or maids is with excellence and kindness.

Personal adorable and very attentive except the supervisor of the spa which for my part was very unpleasant. A very good breakfast with lots of choice, fast room service, quality of housekeeping that depended on the mood of the housekeeper, nice room aside from the kids playing and screaming in the hallways at midnight.

Very well placed in the old town 10 minutes from St Sophie, Blue Mosque, and palace.

Dirty Room, window did not close, Flushing leaky, dirty and sticky tablecloths, unhelpful staff, pool water pretty cool, holes with water leaks in the pool ceiling. I would not advise this hotel which tarnishes filing of Best Western. In short you find another hotel! Except for breakfast, it is not even worth a hotel Formula One…

Good hotel room always clean just breakfast there is not enough fresh stuff ex fresh fruit juice otherwise super.

The hotel is simple … that is no activity in the hotel lobby " not even tv" or any were in the inside. People just pass through the lobby to their rooms. It is secluded, its location is in old residential area, however it is clean, quite and close to very visited historical places " can be reached by foot" also it's worth mentioning staff are very friendly.

Location is great, heating is not possible to control. Staff is ok, but avoid the blond Lady at the reception, she is very unpleasant. Breakfast is fine.

Very central and attractive but still quiet location.
Ideal for the Istanbul city trip. Were there several times, also for meetings and celebrations.
Overall a recommendable hotel.
However, the restoration does not correspond to the hotel level.

Very comfortable hotel and friendly staff. We stayed 4 days and really enjoyed it! The breakfast was good and the room was cleaned every day. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful and they have a nice terrace on the top floor. The location is within 15 minutes of the most famous Istanbul sights.

The best staff ever… and very friendly… good SPA hamam and sauna… very good rooms and clean… is no very good breakfast and masaz… kisses by greece.

Beautiful hotel, very good service, extremely helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is really nice with a big variety. Has a decent sized spa, pool is abit small but my son loved it.

This hotel had everything we needed as a family, walking distance to all attractions, spa was great, swimming pool is good for family not very big but kids loved it used everyday. Breakfast was more than generous so many choices that each day we tried new stuff and still couldn't try all. Hotel staff was very helpful in guiding us, also very polite. Rooms were kept clean and free water bottle was a bonus :) Free tea coffee in the room. Highly recommended.

The location is great as it is only 10 min walk to the blue mosque. You get a nice view of the bosphorus sea. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast is tasty.

Friendly and helpful staff made for a plesent stay. The hotel is a little data with spotty Wi-Fi but is clean and has all the usual amenities.

My stay at antea palace was 4 days and I have to stay there staff is very cooperative and friendly. Specially I would like to mention mr. Mesud. He helped us plan our trip on a map provided by the hotel. He guided us regarding what are the most important places to visit in a 4 day trip. Whenever we asked for any help he was always there to help. Specially when I had to buy an oud (turkish instrument), he guided me which is the best place to visit. The hotel is smaller than I thought, but still you feel any lack in the service. I will suggest it to everyone looking for a good hotel in an affordable price. The only thing I didnt like was the pool. It even looks small in the picture but it is smaller in reality. Other than that the sauna is good. Since its a small hotel I think they didnt have much place. The hotel is very good all in all.

It is cool hotel, has an amazing view from the roof that u can see the besphour and the staff is kindly but the swimming pool and gym are really shocked I saw them in picutres look like a big place but sadly they were small but its ok by the way it's worth it.

We stayed 7 nights at the Antea Palace Hotel. The friendly welcome, the helpfulness of the hotel staff as well as the clean rooms, thanks to the friendly service lady, let us feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet was richly and attractively covered, so we could visit the city every morning strengthened. Perhaps the kitchen should remember to extend the vegan offer something, also not so health-conscious guests an alternative to offer. With the completion of the beautifully designed residential garden just outside the hotel, many new guests will use this oasis and come into contact with the inhabitants. We especially want to thank the reception, which gave us every help. If you like international guests, this hotel is the best.

I spend the half of my honeymoon in this lovely hotel. The room designed in a romantic way. The crew members were helpful respectful and professional, especially the receptionist Younes Sayim he's very nice and kind, he managed our stay in a wonderfully manner, he'll offer you the best trips with so many options. With his help we had 3 nice trips (all trips include pick up, food and drop off, witch save you time and money). The first trip was to Sultana's 1001 nights show restaurant and night club, the second to Ottoman nights witch a cruise restaurant, the third to the Princess island. If you think to visit istanbul a recommende this hotel.

Exclusively for spending some time wonder in is a city with lots of history.

Just fine. The rooms are clean, the street is quiet, the furniture is new, the Breakfast is delicious, the people are friendly.

You feel like home; perfect location close to all the sight seeing places in Sultan Ahmet. Staff are very freindly and helpful. Clean, practical and the best of all theor brakfast is amazing :).

Poor customer service, reception staff not friendly, rooms with AC problems. Good location.

The hotel was very decent, offering a good breakfast and various spa activities. The staff was great, very helpful and helped us plan our three day trip in order to visit as many landmark monuments as possible. Moreover, the staff reimbursed me 50€ I believed to have lost in the hotel or taken by a stranger which I found not only incredibly nice but rare in this day and age in any hotel.
