This hotel’s management is the lowest of low. They falsely advertise hamam, sauna, fitness and spa, while it’s all under construction and unavailable. If you request to charge or cancel reservation they don’t even bother to answer you. They simply charge what you would pay if you had stayed there, even though my eyes didn’t see that hotel let alone stay there. Stay away and beware.

Booked for 4 days and am out again in 2 days because of the mold.
at checkout the plug-in sockets were attached to me that I broke and it was drilled recklessly

The location is the only positive thing about this place. This place is extremely overrated. Don't believe in the reviews on trip advisor or here. Hygene is terrible. Look at the photo of the towel with full of yellow stains. Room and the air con smells smoke. Other visitors were noisy. They have foreign cleaning ladies not speaking Turkish. The staff is extremely relactant to work or help. We checked in at 2pm but our rooms were not ready. They gave us the worst and smallest room even though they knew we have a kid. The guy was surprised when I asked for kid's bed. He asked around to other hotels for one. I think because we found a very nice cheap price through a Turkish site they didn't like us and gave the worst room.

A good clean hotel with a good staff especially the receiptionists they were veryyy nice they even proposed to teach me turkish and gave me advice… tişikurlar.

Great location, the rooms are pathetic, outdated and need to be updated. I had to request a new mattress as the springs were popping out of mine and the management was responsive. The TVs are small and 50 years old, fixed to the wall in an awkward way that you cannot watch them from your bed.

Great hotel for your money! Home furnishings and terraces with beautiful views of the Bosphorus.

Magnificent 19th century Ottoman mansion, right on the Bosphorus! Its dependencies, with furnishings and tasteful decorations, have a certain refinement that extends throughout the building. The accommodations are spotless, comfortable and decorated. The terrace where the rich breakfast is served, is a place as a ship's bow from where one can surround the beauty of the old house around it, always under the grandeur of the Bosporus landscape. It is very close to the Grand Mosque, the Market and access to the Metro. Great restaurants nearby with good wine lists and delicious food and gastronomy (The Belli is a great restaurant, well ahead! ). The reception of the Hotel and all services to the guests is very professional and they are helpful, polite and kind people! Among the large and small hotels I have stayed in, this one I have for special. I recommend.

Very well. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast on the 4th, everything else is a lot better.

A strategic location minutes from the Sultanahmet square where you will find the maximum attractions of Istanbul, the Blue Mosque and Santa Sofia. More than careful attention. Acceptablely decorated and with a more than sufficient service. The breakfast room on the last floor, allows you to enjoy magnificent views of the Bosphorus while you drink a good cafe Despabilador. If you go in summer, there is one more floor that is terrace and you can have breakfast in the open air.

Very cozy. Has five star feeling. Gym, sauna and huge restuarant upstairs. Wonderful place to be in with great views.

Pretty cheap. Very well located, a few minutes from the Blue Mosque. The rooms are a bit fair in size and would appreciate an update. The best buffet breakfast (at least for the Spanish taste)

Pretty good hotel in the heart of old city. Very close to Sultanahmet and Haigha Sofia. Rooms a are comfy, just a breakfast similar every day.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was well worth the price. The hotel is at a very convenient location in Sultanahmet, less than 10 minutes walk from all the main attractions like Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and Sultanahmet Mosque, as well as the tram station. The staffs very polite and friendly, The room was rather small but it was clean. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace where you have view of the Sea of Marmara and the Sultanahmet Mosque. They serve a very good and delicious breakfast thanks to all.

Don't recommend this hotel! It's a scam! Looks so different in real life, the walls are dirty and it smells terrible. The rooms weren't even ready when we got there. It's so different from the reviews online! Don't book, its not clean! Pictures added!

This is the worst hotel ever. Don't ever book this! This is humiliating completely different than the pictures! We just arrived to istanbul and the rooms weren't even cleaned and the bedsheets changed. It stinks so bad and the cleaning woman were just vacuuming and the reception is the worst. Also the walls are dirty, the bath light was broken. Dont book! I will add pictures and see yourself!

Hotel is located right in the heart of most touristic places. Service is great and rooms a spacious and clean. Moreover, they have a very nice terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast. I am glad I have stayed in this hotel. I will definetely book my next stay in Istanbul here. Special thanks to Mr. Soner, Eren and Ercan and the cleaning lady for their kind hospitality.

Fantastic staff. Great location. Walking distance to all major attractions. Rooms are clean and great buffet breakfast daily. Breathtaking views from terrace.
