Excellent hotel… Very clean and good staff. Great location as well.

Room are small. Staff they not like children. We stay in room without A/C and they dont have tech to fix the problem and we stay with fan. We ask for iron, first day they bring working one and next day they bring not working and when I ask recipients they said what we can do? Some staff are friendly but most they give us orders without said please.

Location, cleanliness and reception are excellent but breakfast is less than normal.

I stayed in Aprils gold hotel in June 2018 for 3 nights. I booked two connected twin rooms. The room facilities and photos were exactly the same as they were described the specific webpage. Rooms were extremely clean and cozy and had enough space for 4 adults. Actually, it was the advantage of the room that we had two of each facility like two bathroom, lcd, safebox, etc. Room temperatures and silence were perfect. Also the ironing facility was available based on our request. The only item that could be better was Wi-Fi, since sometimes we should found strategic spots for good connection! The hotel breakfast menu was complete but same as everyday, that it was what I expected. The hotel located completely close to the grand bazar and SultanAhmet mosque, 4 tram stations away from Eminonu iskelesi and 5 stations from Galata tower. The M2 metro line also was accessible by 20 min walking. Reaching to the nearest tram station, there was moderate steep 100 m long uphill in front of the hotel which may be difficult for some elder people or those with the baby stroller to ascend. At the end, I should say that the most important point of the hotel was its extreme cleaness and friendly attitude and strong support of hotel's staff. All guys in the reception and other sections were always helpful.

Location is perfect, sttaf crew very kind and helpful, cleanliness is excellent.

Then. We arrive in the hall and welcome US beautifully. They accompany us in the room and immediately notice that the beds are single and non-matrimonial as per chords. They don't change rooms but they unite the beds. The room was not the one booked xke smaller and lacking in sitting area. Beautiful bathroom. Friendly and helpful Staff Great location. Breakfast They also did the courtesy after check out to stay the luggage there until the afternoon. Recommended.

This hotel very good one if this is first time coming to Istanbul the location in the old city is very good you can walk to important places from hotel area, the have very friendly Reception, and oh the breakfast so delicious Everything is taste the omelet to cheese and coffee and tea, they have very clean rooms and the clean rooms every day. Wow this hotel make everything easy, they have very intelligent Reception with good English skills, they answered every single question and they have very clean bathrooms and beds, we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family, Thank you Aprilis gold hotel you are perfect.

Very neat and comfortable rooms. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Very near the tramp and grand bazaar. Walking distance to lots of museum. I enjoyed this hotel.

The location is good, the tourist attractions are nearby. Cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast, quality is poor. The staff si good and kind. Transferring customers to the airport is more expensive than taxi.

I liked this hotel. Location close to many tourist attractions. Good staff. Room was small but had 2extra bed and we liked that because we paid for double bed and my son had a large bed for free:-)
