Great hotel, the rooms are clean there is a fellow administrator Farrukh Russian speaking, you can ask and take advice.

All reviews are fake. Rubbish hotel. No iron filthy room ac dont work.

Bad hotel staff suck and bad internet I will proceed to beat you up with muscles. Here's a picture of me.

I was looking for new place to stay and when I visited this Hotel so I found the staff very friendly. They shown me the rooms but the price was a little bit high from my budget that's why I chooses another hotel nearby. This hotel was very clean and is situated at a very quit place. I will recommend this hotel for families because of the best location of this hotel.

Breakfast is nothing special.

The receptionists are nice both girls and the gentleman, except the young with the piercing does not understand English or pretends, the breakfast is a little poor; No buns,,,, the bedding is very city and needs to be improved, towels also, the two women of households do not do well their work they do not change the sheets every day after four days of our arrival; I had to ask the Receptionist, then they deliberately do not put the shower gel, the shower caps and the small pouch of the thread & needle,,,,,, our room was very narrow we moved hard: (two people) the smell of the very annoying cigarette that came from the reception, the hotel is located at the bottom of a sloping alley not very convenient to climb to the main street that leads to the Big Bazaar, only advantage is that it is close to the tourist corners not far from the Blue Mosque,,,,, the Big Bazaar,,,,,

Hotel kopeli is located in a excellent part of Istanbul. This is tourest attraction area, grand bazaar blue mosque walking distance hagia sophia, sultan hamams main attractions. Just come out of your hotel and you are almost at the door steps of all main attractions. No need of any transport to go main attractions.

Hotel is located in a very good location at 200 meters from the Blue Mosque, the room it is small but clean, the only negative thing is the receptionist, she is very arrogant and nasty she does not know how to talk with customers, it looks like she was not Glad to see us every day.

Hotel is okay for the price, needs some improvements and it could really help the hotel increase it's customers. First of all the receptionist (host) is somewhat rude & too self absorbed, she has decent English speaking skills but is not very friendly (you can see similar reviews) location is fantastic though which is probably the best thing about the hotel, cleanliness should be taken care of more properly, some new equipment is needed, better towels & bed sheets etc. Maintenance should be done more frequently to the bathrooms and the room overall, be careful as breakfast is not usually a part of the package. Its not a horrible hotel but some slight changes can make it a 4 star.

Modern feel although slightly cramped. However location is fantastic.

The hotel stuff are really friendly… near to the grand bazar… in a good location… value for money From Kenya.

Hotel kupeli is not bad for the price… rooms and towels old;in need of upgrade. The manager at the front desk is unfriendly;and she could use some manners in dealing with guests;but Shuaib the hotel valet goes out of his way to help.

Ok. Sorry guys all the co-workers are awful and nice. So helpful, friendly and warmhearted. The last day we couldn't say good bye to the night receptinist and his colleaque who is preparing the meal. We were there for 5 days till the 16nth of March. the manage was absolutely not trustworthy. We have booked ecomomy class room. She was playing games with us to pull more money out of our pocket. So you guys be sure: you will come there. They will say, they give us stardard room instead of economy on their favour. It's a money gaining game. If you deny you got to move to a " so called ecomomy room". And it will be witha wall closing all the view directly in front of the windows. It means the room 101 will be dark and inhumane for a healthy stay. If you donT' upgrade with breakfast they will punish you. Agaion all these great co workers there are not that cunning like this small managing lady. So be carefull to talk to your organizer such as expedia in our case. i love the sulehman and his coworker for being agood help and communicativ and freindly.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in early June 2014, along with some friends and family, and really enjoyed our comfortable accommodation here. The Kupeli was quite central and within walking distance to all we had planned to see in Istanbul. The desk staff were very good to us, and Abdullah in particular was a friendly cheerful employee of the hotel. Thank you very much.
