This is one of the best places in which I have ever stayed. Location, food, rooms, and above all, the staff were phenomenal!

Very nice and cleanall turist atractions are in walking distance. They have tasty baklava. Efes beer too.

Cause of my work twice a week I am traveling around the city. So I saw prices good and affordable so decided to book for a single days The guys from Reception Desk was helpful room good clean and Hotel just next to the Blue Mosque walkable I had a midnight flight to return back to Paris thanks to Facebook linked page I saw advertising of www. Istanbulairporttransport. Com low price and good timing so overall my stay was okay I am Appreciate for good service.

It’s a small hotel in an old building but once you entered, you will feel the warmth of the staff and the hotel. Check in was fast, no waiting. Airport pick up service (with fee) was excellent. Breakfast is just right. Rooms are ottoman inspired and clean. The weather outside is really cold but we were kept warm inside. You can just walk few steps from the hotel to see so many nearby tourist spots, mosques, restaurants and shops. We love Alzer Hotel❤️❤️❤️

The Alzer Hotel claimed to be 4 stars with good reviews but I’m thinking they somehow payed for the reviews because it’s more like 2 ⭐️ at best. The room they gave us was on the bottom level with windows at street level on a very busy street.
The noise was bad from the cars and people walking buy but not as bad as all the banging of doors and paper thin walls and odd machinery’s vibrations filling the room at all hours. As for the Room it but was missing the privacy c…urtains so passer buys on the street can see down onto the bed like a peep show. If our lights were on. The room was clean ish but the TV did not work some of the lights did not work as well as the bed speed had cigarette burns all over it. But my favorite is the bathroom vent that you could see into the adjacent rooms bathroom. You could hear everything happening in there room not to mention the sound of the sewer water rushing anytime someone in this 6 floor hotel flush’s a toilet… Gross Lastly the heater filter looked like it had never been cleaned. I know this sounds nit picky but I work in that industry so I know that can make you sick…
After seeing the room we immediately asked for a different room but the manager said they were full witch is odd because booking. Com showed at least three other rooms available. So he is a liar. The next morning after a pathetic breakfast we found another hotel for $15 more a night and this is truly a 4 ⭐️ hotel with clean rooms and great staff.

Home away from home. We stayed there for 11 nights and it is a very friendly hotel on a great location. Wonderful people. Like to go back some day.
