if I ever go back I would stay there. Hospitality was out of this world. Its in very good location.

Love the place. If you're not into the busy over the top retro ottoman style, this minimalist place in a historic area would be a breath of fresh air. The hotel manager or owner is usually in the hotel in the morning chatting up everyone and offering friendly advice. The front desk crew are not super friendly, but helpful and attentive. Alilass is for sure my go to place whenever I'm in town (I'm here sometimes twice a month) for business.

It is a small friendly hotel in the heart of istanbul' historic destination. If you love history and walking, Sultanahmet is the best location. Mostly hotels in this area less starts with more friendly hotels. Some guests stayed in here in October. They were well satisfied. I don't know much about its rooms.

Beautifully furnished hotel in a central location with very nice helpful staff, the only thing that bothered me personally was that you can hear everything the guest drives in the neighboring room (TV, conversations or toilets — cores). Otherwise everything top.

Incredible service, staff is so professional and friendly, excellent location, super breakfast, so clean and with a beautiful garden. Would recommend for best stay in historic Sultanahmed, just a street bellow Four Seasons.

My friend and I love this hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful — even the owners came to greet us and gave us good tips what to do in Istanbul. Lovely European/Turkish breakfast, beautiful modern boutique hotel and its near the blue mosque — about a 5min walk. I'll definitely come back again.

Perfect accommodation to stay in the center of Istanbul, you can explore old town by foot as the place is maximum 1 kilometer from all the interesting points of historical Istanbul. The owners, Lamia and her sister, and of course the staff will make you feel like home with their totally friendly and helpfull maners. Certainly the most apropriate place to see, smell and feel the caracter of this beautiful city without spending time on public transport. Hope for another visit soon!

My sister and I had a 9 day stay with Hotel Alilass, was not expecting anything in mind. But was thoroughly amazed by the service when we first arrived. Staff was helpful and willing to help us even though we just arrived. Location is convenient as most of the tourist attractions are close by and within walking distance, and is close to good food and drinks, it is situated in an area that is relatively safe. There was one morning that power to the whole area was down, but the staff we quick to resolve it and were ready to explain to my sister and I what had happened and we felt safe. Breakfast was included for us every morning and was enjoyable as the food was excellent. Connectivity in the hotel is also important to us as we did not have a Turkish mobile line and Wi-Fi was quick and accessible. Everyone who was working there was approachable and willing to help, and made us feel like we were comfortable. Heater was working good and the appearance of the hotel is pleasant. Building was clean and kept in good condition. In a nutshell, I would definitely come back here if I were to visit Istanbul again, like a home away from home with memorable people.

Very nice Hotel, small, very friendly staff, very clean, quiet, Breakfast very good and varied. If I go to Istanbul travel, I would always prefer.

From the outside you wouldn't expect ever comfort and quality of the rooms and services. The professionalism and friendliness of all the staff is from big Inn; Maybe some of the rooms are a bit small but the location is in the heart of Istanbul.

Hotel is new, perfect location you can walk to blue mosque and topkapi, very helpfull stuff and all speack english, rooms are new and very clean, Wifi is free and good, I strongly recomended for everyone. Thanks a lot Lamia, cimla and Ahmet.

We inteneded to have a vacation in istanbul on september. We selected your hotel to be our host during our visit unfortunatly, the policy of the turkish government made us unwanted visitors in turkey. We cancelled our booking. we do not have any bad feelings for the turkish people, which I found very kind and generose, and we shall hold our plan to visit turkey, with hope to better days. sara and arie sivan israel.
