Beautiful breakfast varied and delicious I would just like the pastries to be hot service top décor and top atmosphere for coffee I think we could use a better variety otherwise everything is fine thank you for this good time.

We attended the sunday brunch last Sunday at Movenpick gammarth, the food quality was poor, even though I avoided trying many varieties, I ended up by having a food poisoning a day later, not only me but also my too cousins who were with me at the brunch. Could you please stop putting people's health in danger and be more responsible while providing a service. I strongly don't recommend this hotel especially the food there.

We had a dream weekend my husband and I, service to the top, sea view room just waaaaw and especially friendly and helpful staff, a stay to renew with pleasure… The hotel really deserves more than 5 stars.

The buffet breakfast is great and we particularly enjoy the Cappuccino there every morning. The staff is jovial and always helpful. The fitness centre and pools make this very convenient and the access to beach is excellent. Great views, great Staff.

Very poor customer service. Bad attitude and lack of respect to customers. They even allow themselves to hang up the phone while you are talking to them. Very disappointing and never to deal with this hotel again!

Very disappointed by what I saw today at Movenpick Gammarth. Meeting room with a damp smell horrible, a person with asthma will not be able to resist more than 5 minutes. Rubbish in the corridors, a coffee break different from what we ordered, sound system failed. It really is a shame, it affects the image of the chain Movenpick and it affects the image of our tourism industry.

Bad Service, Expensive and Management’s Practices Harmful to the reputation of the Swiss Hotel Chain: I organized my wedding in Movenpick Gammarth in August 2018: + the ONLY plus: is the Nice location overlooking the Gulf of TUNIS. — Expensive location and poor Hotel Management used tricks to make you pay more — — > Hotel charged us for 90 L of extra mineral water (after it was agreed in the contract that mineral water and soft drinks were included in the offer — they use a disgusting trick: Limit of 2 Liter of water per 10 guests — in the middle of the Summer). They even stopped serving water to our guests… Disgusting and harmful to the reputation of the Swiss Hotel Chain. — rooms are very expensive: 250 Euros per night for an average room — very poor breakfast: not in line with a 5-STAR HOTEL and a 250-EUR-per night room. — Food is average — — > what you have on the Wedding day is poor quality compared with what you have on Tasting day. — Music is not permitted after midnight (00:00 AM) and loud music is restricted after 11 PM: In my case, Hotel Staff even cut the electric power supply in the middle of the ceremony (as they ask the DJ to turn down the music and DJ didn't obey) … — Outdoor space is limited to 200 pax maximum Conclusion: Overpriced Hotel with bad service. AVOID if you can!

I simply loved it. I spent several months in this hotel while working in Tunis and I have to say I had an amazing time there. The place is magnificent, the service is adorable and the rooms are perfectly kept. Plenty of services are available and the restaurants are of good quality. I would definitely go back a million times if I had the opportunity!

The hotel is overpriced. I have booked a sea view classic room to be able to see the sea, the sea appear in the background as you have to get the balkon to be able to see it between the trees!. This room should be classified as a Garden View not a sea view! A sea view means that there is no obstacles behind you and the sea even if the sea is far away. The worst thing ever is the check in time. The staff are not trained enough to give a 5 Star service in check in time. They required a lot of time although there was no many people at the front desk!. The best thing in this hotel is the food and the SPA service and of-course its location. Otherwise it is overpriced and does not value the amount of Money I have paid. Best Regards Best Regards.

It was absolutely beautiful with delicious food and great service. The rooms had great beds with nice decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When my son was sick, they offered to get medicine outside of the hotel to be delivered. It did not come for a long time, but their willingness to help was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was elegant and delicious. The view was spectacular with easy access to the beach right below a gorgeous pool with outdoor dining.

Exceptional environment. Our bungalow overlooked the pool and the beach, crossing a small grassy expanse. Buffet breakfast and dinner with a very large selection, very good culinary quality. The staff is very attentive to our requests, courteous and available. Clean, quiet… Fitness and SPA services. I would recommend this hotel to rest and recharge. Very close to La Marsa, La Goulette, Sidi-Bou-said and Tunis city.
Discounted taxis available, to visit all these places.
Only downside: the TV channels are inadequate. It lacks large information and sports channels. We hope that they will be available during our next stay.

Good location, outside Tunis but by the beach and close to La Marsa. 3 restaurants on site, although the Moroccan restaurant wasn't open. Access to the beach is blocked off for construction work. Well stocked gym and both inside and outside pools.

Nothing really special about this experience, no welcome drink, it took 30 min to check in, reception in the morning doesn't seem to be motivated, no answers to some basic questions about surroundings… Big construction site at beach area… Please send somebody to learn from the experience at the Residence Hotel in Gammarth. I like the Mövenpick location and style of the hotel, but it's just overpriced and I don't know why. So it was a good choice to stay just for one night and to move to Residence the day after. Thanks, Hopefully this helps making out your Hotel a real Mövenpick.

The Room is quite basic but with a nice view if you get it in the first row. The remote rooms of the 2nd row are smelly (e. G. 242). The rooms would need a fresh renovation though. The back yard is nice. The breakfast is quite rich but it should be included in the room’s price. The indoor swimming pool and gym are a plus. Access to the beach was closed due to some renovation. Overall I think the hotel is overpriced for its current state. There are newer competing hotels just built around, so pay attention to quality vs. Your price.

Very impressed!. We booked through Expedia. When we turned up, they told us there was a problem in the room. They transferred us to another hotel. We had to spend one night in another hotel. Then, they promised the room will be ready at 9 am the following morning. When we turned up, the room was not ready, but the Zana was very helpful and upgraded us to suite. It is the modern and beautiful hotel; staff are very lovely and friendly. We'll be visiting here again.

Only problem housekeeping women speak loudly in the morning while guests sleep which is very disturbing.

I sent an email to book a room, as I have had an event on the following day with a partner. And When I came for check in I was told that I didn't confirm. What I loved, is when I was told that the customer was my business partner, not me ;-). Otherwise, the event went well, and everything was fine. But I must confess, if my business partner was not a friend of the stakeholder of the hotel, I would have been to the four seasons, as my company has an agreement with them.

First Class in Tunis — exzellenter Service.

Glad I made this choice and I would surly recommend this hotel. Amazing location, services, staff is welcoming and polite and helpful, amazing view on the sea. There is all you need in this place and the location of the Hotel although it is 30 minutes from the middle of Tunis but I find it better than staying in Tunis where it is crowded and busy and noisy. Perfect choice if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy your stay to the maximum at the same time. Nothing went wrong and I was happy during all my stay. Maybe if you have a car, your life would be easier a bit. Many restaurants are 5-10 minutes from the hotel so if you would like to go out, am sure you will find some things that you will like close to the hotel.

When I booked this hotel it was not in my budget but because it was my birthday I splurged! I was very nervous going to Tunisia to begin with but you made my feel safe and secure. Your staff was amazing — — EXTRA SPECIAL MENTION TO SABRINE AND ADEL! They were great and could not have done more for me. Even when I locked myself out of my room within the first 1/2 hour of being there! I treated myself to the breakfast buffet that was delicious. And my birthday cake. WOW! My room was great. Just everything! WOW! Can't say enough and would encourage anyone traveling to Gammarth — it was worth every penny! (or euro) The only thing that I didn't like was that people were allowed to smoke in the lobby. I'm allergic to smoke so I found this offensive but.

Nice hotel, clean, classy, the SPA is fabulous, the restaurant El Omni wonderful.

The room was fine, although there was a 10 minute walk to reach it! The restaurant in the hotel is pretty poor. There is a Moroccan restaurant in front which still belongs to the hotel and you save it. Breakfast so-so. In short, for 220 euros per night I expected much more.

I really like the hotel, view, palms, sea, possibility to eat breakfast with the view… during my previous stay room was nicer — looks more "new" than this time, I had a feeling that this time I received room in older part of the hotel and with lack of a bit luxurious touch… However I still like the hotel as such, lobby restaurants are great, design as well, service is on high level.

Staff, as ever, are kind and helpful. Accommodation is always to a high standard. Surroundings tranquil and calm. Food is of a high standard and the breakfast a delight!

Renovated hotel, with high quality standards. The service is somewhat slow. I love their restaurant a la carte. The buffet is somewhat average.

Mixed feelings about the place. Cons: very tight security, you feel safe here, beautiful grounds. The vegetation is beautiful and well cared, the pool area is good the beach is ok, could be cleaner. Breakfast is good. Food in general ok. Cons: humidity the smell in some rooms could be overwhelming. They should get rid of all carpets in the hallways. Towels could be in bad shape. Cleaning should improve in the bedrooms. Staff is friendly but not attentive, it takes time to catch the attention of the waiters. Room service needs improvement, food gets to you cold and in one occasion without napkin and cutlery.

I loved the place, the room view and the staff. The outdoor view is outstanding. I had a very bad experience at the Moroccan restaurant. I hope it gets better.

To this day very satisfied, welcoming and pleasant staff, beautiful setting and breakfast is at the top.

Amazingly beautiful hotel. It's got great views, an amazing pool, access to the beach, and the staff are punctual and efficient. The food was very good, the fried calamari and swordfish were TO DIE FOR, and the beef tenderloin and seafood entrees were both quite delicious. Only complaint is we were not promptly asked for drinks, and the shrimp tended to have a bit of an odd flavour, but those are very minor.

The Mövenpick Hotel Gammarth Tunis is a unique and modern location for guests who value perfection. Located in an exclusive residential area, this hotel overlooks the beautiful bays of the Mediterranean and the hills of Sidi Bou Said. The hotel can be easily reached by car from the airport. It is only a few minutes away from La Marsa and Carthage. Two restaurants overlook the sea and a Moroccan restaurant offers an oriental atmosphere. Relax in Kallisti spa, offering a fitness and health club.

Very nice atmosphere and good food. A very good place to cenaro take some refreshments. Recommended terrazaa edge of the sea. It was impossible to pay by card I had to recurrira to take out cash from an atm, that if located within the hotel.

We were customers "tips" specifically journalist infiltrated for french women's magazines. The hotel is very nice, well integrated with the local nature, however in short "Bad range" service. We found a lack of hygiene some and this can over time worsen. I recommend for the. Time Hotel.

I start with the negative sides but still:
It bears the name of Mövenpick though, but unfortunately are strongly recommended at the one or the other place better management and better training of staff.
Facility management unfortunately not working very well. Some broken things are simply defective and will not be repaired. (Clogged drains, broken lighting, TV remote without battery etc. )
Also, one should not try to order a Cappuccino. What you get is a Brown broth without milk foam and the staff don't know what want the guest with the complaint.
For a 5 star I've ratcheted up the claims on behalf of Mövenpick Hotel and this is m. È. My right for the price.
Feedback to management and after the stay at the headquarters remained without response.
Positive, the location is of course, the construction and the beautiful grounds. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The Internet is quickly and readily available in the room. The breakfast is plentiful and high quality. The sandy beach is fabulous, clean and uncrowded. Unfortunately, the beach master is very grim and without daily tip, there is hardly any towels.
I think that a better manager must be sent over there, to make this hotel a better operation of the hotel. The name "Mövenpick" verprflichtet.

Hotel well in all respects. The rooms facing the sea vallent really suddenly. And unlike the hotels in 'Les Berges du lac', the wine is authorized. ('The banks of the Lake' area was financed by a country of Golf and wine is prohibited. )
