Pleasantly surprised! I found this hotel via Tripodviasor and it must be said that the photos are not enough selling! The rooms are splendid, the gardens well maintained and the "common" places are quite typical Tunisian and very luxurious. The staff are attentive, cordial and smiling. I would recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay. Personally I came with friends and we were able to enjoy spaces with musical atmosphere but the kids will feel wonderful too. I thank all the hotel staff for their sympathy and valuable advice!

Old place you pay a huge amount entrance fee to the beach more than one night price but they dont allow you to set on the chairs or make use of the bar beach On the swimming pool bar you need one houre to get a drink there.

Terrible smrll, cleaning, breakfast and service. Smoking everywhere, hence the smell. Service is terrible and they try to put things you never ordered on your tab and are rude about it. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I had some problems during my stay, people were partying above my room and I have spoke to the reception twice and couldnt resolve this issue thus ended up sleeping with my friend to get some quietness, in terms of the costumer experience the waiters are nice and good to deal with. The food is pretty nice and tasteful been the best cuisine is on Saturday. A variety of food is available. In terms of the room its okay the showers are very short and the bath is tight I was very surprised to see a bath like this in a 5 star hotel. Ohh last note people smoke inside the hotel main area which is disgusting and leaves your clothes stinking of tobacco. Note: this is my personal opinion.

A 5 star hotel! my experience was not a good one, maybe because it was off season but its not work the 5 stars rating. To be fair I was on a business trip for 30 days. the place: it's FAR! and yes taxes maybe cheap — based on your currency exchange rates — but to be forced to take a taxi everytime you want to go out is really annoying and get kinda frustrating since there is nothing around the hotel except for nightclubs and one shopping center that closes at 10 with limited options. The general feel of the hotel is VERY OLD, at least the apartment I was in had multiple issues including water leakage. As the rest of tunisia, the surrounding area is not well developed and looks kinda of appended. Hotel amenities: the hotel provides lots of services. Like parking, outdoor and indoor pools, beach access, laundry, and 3 restaurants. But I wouldn't give it 5 starts and probably my main complaint is the staff, they are just unwelcoming and unprofessional — again I might have come in a bad time, but they sure didn't give a good first impression — overall, for a business trip I was not happy. the room: usually when i'm traveling for business the room is the least of my concerns, but this time I was really worried. It was badly lit, the room was absolutely empty, no bathroom amenities at all — had to call for everything — and the killer was no DESK! yes I do work from my hotel room! so a desk is very important. No safe either.

This is not a 5 star! Establishment in very poor condition. Too much and more maintenance. Watch out for surprises.

Cleanliness of the hotel well director of the establishment rather haughty he is interested only in personalities. He wax them up the boots and you he looks you right in the eye and he doesn't even tell you hello prepared meals means smiling staff not far from the inexistent information provided by the staff it's about the pretty close.

Disappointed with this hotel any meals. At that time no lounge chair near the pool to take a little sun. The Thalasso treatments at the top to make it very satisfied with Norah. Very clean hotel. No information on arrival regarding the different pools, nor that there is the sea nearby. The pool closed you have to look for it for yourself. Very disappointed with the indoor pool, very old J had a doubt about the cleanliness and it was way too hot.

Great! I've been to this hotel for six years.

The hotel is very good, layout the décor and rooms, yet the buffet is not up to par for a 5 * hotel, I was disappointed with the food, there is no choice and the desserts were restricted, it's not real gastronomy, it lacks staff in the room, to conclude the catering service is to review.

Beautiful hall and swimming pool. Rooms a bit old fashioned but clean and decent. Room is a bit cold in Autumn. 30 min from Tunis. Breakfast is very decent. Friendly staff. Tricky taxi service.

Not too sound snobbish, but the place doesn't live up to the 5 star standard. Helpful and friendly service was below par. I was situated at the ground floor and the lock to the balcony was broken. The building does reminisce of glorious days in the past.

I spent an enjoyable day swimming pool water of the sea and for the meal I thank mainly the cook everything is good, and even for the price it is the equal hamdoulla I forgot my cell phone and I went back and I found it to be his place thanks all the staff of the hotel.

Hotel 5 * Which would have only 4 in French metropolis because of the few imperfections: taken off the wall, dust in the room on arrival, bathtub that does not hold the water, …
That said, the view is beautiful and the sea water pool is very nice. The staff is a rider.

I highly recommend it. This is a very nice hotel, staff at the listening to the customer this place is very clean and chic. The restoration is good, there is the choice of a good buffet. The comfort is awesome. It's there's a lot of fun.

A pleasant atmosphere in an environment that is very romantic on the terrace by the pool with a very good quality of service and facilities. If there was a bit of quiet music; the note will be excellent!
