We had an apartment in this hotel, it was very friendly, in a nice setting. The rooms are nice (large size and with a very large bed), apartment with a living room and kitchen area. You can go to the hotel's swimming pools (2) as well as the Hammam and Sauna. Hotel is in a secure area with controlled access. The room was clean and the staff very helpful.

Very disappointed! I booked a night in an apartment which was in a very bad state : the kitchen was disgusting, the AC not working, strong smell of moisture, the bed not comfortable… etc As mentioned above, the air conditioning was not functioning and even after informing the reception there was no reaction from their side. The ambient temperature was around 28 degrees. We found a big insect in the bathroom. Besides to that, at 07:30 one employee was tendering the grass very loudly in the garden near the apartment which woke me up immediately. Breakfast was somehow not included in the booking and must be paied as an extra. A very bad address, I will never come back to this hotel.

Rooms are pretty spacious, clean and comfy bed with a large screens. Spacious balconies. Breakfast buffet has an amazing variety. Staff are really friendly and try to do their best.

I am very disappointed, Barcelona has a hotel of this level, I found a Roach in the shade, and I was electrocuted by the night watchers at the head of the bed and the reception does not respond to the call following this incident.

Location: Within the Golden Inn residential with 24-hour controlled access. In La MARSA, in the Rue de la Republica, Tunisia Urbanization is a very large extension with single-family homes and apartment buildings, some basic shop, restaurant and Hotel. Its enclave is privileged, on a hill where you can enjoy the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea in one of its terraces (high area) with swimming pool.
Facilities: Good and modern, several swimming pools, meeting room, restaurant, sports Centre, massage center with SPA and lively lounges where to have a drink.
The hotel is outside the capital Tunisia, about 15 to 20 Kms, but the tranquility and the place are worthwhile.
Service Waiters and rooms: right.
Eye, look at your date of stay, avoiding coincide with the month of Ramadan, if you have to take those dates, full of patience, everything, everything is resentful and loses activity.
Overall Rating: Very good, I give 3 stars, for its location, security, facilities and comfort, except for the low service in the month of Ramadan.

Nice quiet location, very nice staff l love it and will come back.

Breakfast showcases a great variety of traditional Tunisian dishes and foods. Restaurant staff were entertaining and sweet. Sizeable pool and general appearance of the lobby in rich blue arabic style patterns. Reception staff on the day was unfriendly and tried to rip us off when trying to order a driver to take us to and back from the nearby town, asking for a ridiculous amount of money for 2 hours, when a taxi is only a few bucks to go and come back, hinting at the fact it would be very hard to find a cab for the way back — which was proved untrue. Rooms are old and smelly and the furniture and style inside the rooms seem overused and damaged. Cleaning was average with hair lying in tub and on the bathroom tiles.

Quiet and serene Site, in the suburbs of Tunis, in La Marsa. Ideal setting for a holiday, especially in winter where it is not very frequented. Set of rooms and apartments with a fitness centre, 3 restaurants (including one Italian and one Indian) and 3 swimming pools. Staff to care. Warm welcome but security deposit upon arrival!? Overall, an ideal corner and affordable prices in low season (€90) for a hotel room.

Fabulous Hotel, clean and organized rooms, complete with all the Mini bar type accessories, hot drinks, total relax beds. Fabulous indoor and outdoor pools including really efficient staff.
Only thing to discard at 100% The Italian restaurant that in a 5 star Hotel, does not reach half a star. The staff is great, the kitchen is not to be tried. We ate a starter and a prime that even the worst Tunisian restaurant can serve, the table at our side asked to replace the bones holes urgently because they really inedible. Do not serve the apology of the Italian chef supervisor, we ate poorly and paid as if we had eaten at a real 5 star Italian restaurant.

Big hotel without any activities, Spa and pool swim is bad and should paid to enter, I will not recommended.

The hotel was once certainly very nice. Unfortunately, it is now a little rundown.
In the café there are tourist prices and prices for locals (ungrfähr 10 dinar difference).
The spa is unfortunately very negative: a very bad-tempered receptionistin, the hammam is very shabby and it also acts like a clearance. We still booked a massage which was also very unprofessional.

Good things: -nice big swimming pool area, looks gorgeous -taxi service easy and quick -spacious rooms -kind guest services, smiling Bad things: -guest services made mistakes on referring me some timings, I made it late to an appointment I had. I then called 3 times to find out the correct information and within the process three staff members gave me 3 different answers. I had to talk to the manager to get a definitive answer. -rooms are very old, I had a cold shower because the handles were so hard to twist. Many defects around, holes in chipped tiles. Should be renewed. -The view from some rooms is amazing however many other rooms have a horrible view of concrete semi constructed buildings and desert, they should plant some palm trees and grass, this way it'll look much better. It feels inconsistent. -taxis don't respect one another, they fight in front of you and in front of the staff at the entrance of the hotel. Doesn't feel professional at all (one taxi went ahead of the other to grab us, so the taxi that was first in line got very angry, he was right but there should be some kind of control over this by the hotel staff, it felt scary, they were almost about to come to a fight) Conclusion: I'd get a room here only if it has a good good price, otherwise I'd look elsewhere.

Very good value for money. But a bit secluded from the Lac area, where there are good restaurants or the centre of Tunisia. The hotel is ok but they should not neglect the maintenance. Breakfast was very nice.

Not really bad. Three restaurants, polite and courteous staff. The rooms are very clean Great Conference Room. Pools. Wellness Centre with indoor pool, massages and fitness. Recommended.
