I always spend my weekend with my favourite yoga teacher Anna and I go home with good mood and great energy. Thank you Anna you’re the best.

The welcome and cleanliness as well as varied and good food.

Very nice hotel it is worth c 5 stars.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent and always a good variety of dishes. Room was very clean and larger than expected. Pool bar and private beach. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

Good and varied food. Close to the sea. White sand. But it is better to take a room not with a view of the sea, because from the sea is very noisy at night. And the view of the yard at night is calmer. It is also very good there in the second half of August, as The Muslim holiday of Bayram (it's like our Easter). They go home, the hotel becomes very calm.

Terrible hotel! Although it is written that the hotel is five-star, it is not at all. Barely three stars. The room is broken, the restaurant is dirty. There's no noise insulation. The mattresses are not and the pillows are hard and not comfortable at all. The only plus is the sea and the beach. And then on the sunbeds there can not be lying. They're all barely breathing, or they're already broken.

One the staff ask for my childs phone number I find this very inappropriate.

This isn't a 5* hotel. The food becomes same old even after 3 days. Room are 3/5. Food 2/5 staff 4/5. The beach&walk distance 5/5. We stayed all inclusive. Should of paid just for half board.

The cheapest "five" in Hammamet. The level of service, food, drinks fully corresponds to this place and the country as a whole. The beach is great, although someone needing to cross the road can strain.

The hotel is nice, but the rooms are not always cleaned quality. We were resting as a family (2 children). We were put in room 440, at check-in demanded to replace all the underwear, did not work Wi-Fi in the room. After 4 days of living, at night broke the pipe in the toilet (it has a bide with hot water), in the morning the water was spilled into a room 3 cm thick. The room was replaced, but again the problem with Wi-Fi. At the reception they nod that they will do everything, but nothing moves like that. An awful lot of mosquitoes, all the walls in the rooms (where we lived) have bloody footprints. The hotel does not reach the real five stars. The food is ordinary, tasty, but without much variety. The beach is small, but dirty, although everywhere there are trash cans, sunbeds old and shabby. The staff are friendly and courteous.
The review had to be supplemented. It's annoying that the staff don't have to. Wai-fai in the room never appeared, beach towels will receive / pass can wait more than 30 minutes. The service is mediocre. Threefor. So minus another star.

The hotel is well located. Calm. All services are very awesome with good staff. Spacious room with terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, Daily clean with a good dairy. We want to thank all the staff of the hotel for the quality of their services and their friendliness.

The hotel is wonderful the staff is friendly, the food is delicious and varied following themes, the spacious room sea view 449 seduced us. And we also appreciated the location near the shops and the stroll on the avenue surrounded by palm trees, we wish to return in the same conditions.

Room 429. Nice view of the sea and the outdoor swimming pool. The rooms are worthy of a 4 star hotel in France. Some imperfections: limestone on the taps, lack of electrical plugs. Only 4 French TV channels. No rates displayed for the minibar.
For the restaurant, the hotel is equipped with a common room that reminds the Spanish cantinas: It is a noisy buffet. Do not look for quality in desserts, they are infamous. For the rest of the buffet it's ok thanks to the few daily variations. I think I could come back.

Great hotel room Very large, very clean. The restoration nothing to say everything is impeccable. Friendly staff I would recommend it… to the top.

First Class hotel. Very good service and the food is very good! Large, spacious rooms with balcony. Breakfast service in the room, freshly squeezed orange juice. The location is very close to the beach. Perfect! Such service in Germany is priceless.

Good hotel with good service and food. Downside is the absence of direct access to the beach.

Nice hotel, large rooms, good food in the restaurant, one minute from the beach. Wi-Fi was spotty.

The hotel is very nice. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom clean. Nice pool with sea view. Large breakfast buffet.
Dinner huge diversity selection. Tasted great. Now in winter very reasonable price. I definitely recommend it.

This cant be a 5 stars hotel, staffs treat customers depending on their nationality, they charge you for everything, the hotel is very noisy with the music during the weekend and when there are conferences around. I asked them to fix an issue with the bathroom, the guy never show up and during my 5 days stay I didn’t get any hep regarding that issue, Food was alright, drinks are not free during dinner when you re on a half board reservation. there are many restaurants around and shops. I wouldn’t stay there another time because I ve seen better ones just around the corner from this one.

Staff at the reception not pleasant and not professional. No air conditioning in the room. Many problems with electrical plugs, dry broken hair and hot water intermittently. Molded bathtub gasket. Mini Bar in the room paying even for full board drinks super expensive.

Super hotel and the staff is friendly and serves you like a king and queen. The children had a super time.

1/ They give me a smoking room. 2/ I smell dust on the pillows and the covers also the carpet was dusty. 3/ I was going to do the Tunisian traditional bath (hammam) so usually I put all my stuff in a small bag, the problem is not here, since I get out from the elevator direction to the main door one of the waiters come following me and ask me if I am leaving I said no, I go out and like in 300 feet the same waiter was calling me ''hey you have to come to talk to the receptionist'' and in that moment I want to go because my friend is waiting for me, I told him the receptionist have to come to talk to me, I wait until he come and he said I have to pay the extra I said I'm not leaving today that happen 7/12 and my stay was till 7/13, the receptionist was accusing me in a rude attitude many times I repeat I am not leaving today. I told him if you have camera check it I have I bid bag and a small one and than my computer bag. How can a customer be treated like this.

That was great overall, the varied food and the friendly staff. Except the gym which was very poorly maintained. If not everything was good; Thanks Mehari.
