It's a nice hotel. A small area. A lot of children, of different ages, rest. Animation all day, the guys try, all the time somewhere to call and something offer.
The food is normal. The queues from time to time. There is enough food, all the time to bring and add. They didn't stay hungry.
The rooms clean well, the laundry is changed every three days. Towels every day.
The pool is small. Every day they check the water, take some samples. Throw every morning chlorine tablets. There are slides. Less for children and more for adults. Open all day, basically. In the morning from 10 o'clock. 30 and to 12.30. Then break to 15.00. And to 18.00 is definitely working. The pool closes at 18.00. Of course they don't drive out of it, but they are urged to come out sometimes. You can swim in the morning whenever you want.
The overall experience of the hotel is nice, clean.
It's close to the sea, 5 minutes' walk. The roads to cross are almost deserted, the traffic is small.

Very responsive staff! But the hotel does not reach 4 stars. Cons — a monotonous table, dirty tablecloths in the dining room, only 2 towels per person in the room, not always well cleaned — there was sand in the shower. Pros — wonderful staff, great animators (children's programs were much better than adults), awesome panoramic door-windows in the room.

Food is repetitive, Aqua Park is included twice a day for an hour. On the beach you have to wear sunbeds from a common pile under the umbrella. Bar one, when the Muscat ended 4 days before departure, it was never brought. Disco sucks. After Lunch sleep fails to include music for the entire volume, in the next room a child from fright began to cry.

Quiet and peaceful place. If you take a room with windows on the road, the music from the animation at night is not audible. There are a bunch of pools with and without slides, one indoor. The beach and shopping malls are 5 minutes away. The dining room is no frills, but everything is tasty and there is a choice.

Very good restaurant, quiet room, transport in the vicinity plus Medina and everything. Great location. Very friendly
Level animations not terrible.

Animators at the top despite lack of obvious means… We want to participate to support them… Some efforts to be made for the maintenance of the hotel and the efficiency of the servers at the restaurant.

Hotel located in Yasmine Hammamet a 5 min walk from the sea and the Medina Hotel with human size very friendly ideal for families with a remarkable entertainment team. The animators are really very invested Fadi Super coach for the muscular awakening and the Aqua aerobics Max Our Super dancer and very talented with children for the Mini club.
and Billy very endorsement our animator who manages the microphone as a leader the director is always present on the premises and ensures the proper functioning of his establishment.
And our lifeguard Khalil who ensures the safety of children nicknamed Mr Slides by the children.
The buffet of the restaurant is suitable the rooms are clean and well maintained.
At the hotel the most is the indoor pool for the cooler days, the slides, the on-site spa and Mr. Saunders for the tattoos.
To walk around access to the local bus that spends every 30 min in front of the hotel for just 1 dinar you can go to Hammamet and Nabeul.
The only downside is the vendors outside the hotel that are invasive.

Horrible…
Nightmare stay… — Unpleasant staff, — food infects, — no hot water — no elevator — mildew — no Wi-Fi — no fridge, clim, lock, Hygiene… In short the list is long.

Hotel unsanitary we left in October 2017 on and really disappointed first my shower in the rooms not finished the dishes ebrecher the sheets not changed every day no security there are plenty of outside world that comes in and comes out I advise not this H Hotel.

Warm reciption, good foods and nearly beach.

One beautiful experience… But the toilets of the HOTEL is built for non-Arab… The converted pool without shower and toilet… The 90/100 animations for kids only…

The hotel is not super but nice. Very polite staff of the hotel, the manager every day approaching the hotel guests and interested in their affairs (speaking russian), solves the arisen questions. The food is delicious, there are dishes that are cooked with you. Sea-products give little, the choice of fruit is also not rich: pear, watermelon, melon, grapes, Peach. Very tasty ice cream! Alcohol quality, good, not Diluted. The room was Clean. The bed is only changed for tips and on Request. Plastic glasses and spoons from ice-cream are used secondary and not always well washed out… The sea from the hotel is close, minutes 3-5 on Foot. On the beach bar from the hotel no, all for denjuzhku.

Was two weeks in this hotel in early June 2017, at this time there is very uncrowded and can rest quietly. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and the breakfast is very good. Hope to visit it again. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay!

There were five of them in September. The hotel is so So. Grade. I would stay there again. That's it. The food in the dining room is below Average. The cooks are Bad. The meat is hard, the pasta is Overcooked. There is no choice in Food. Can even prokisshuju food to Bring. It Was. Staff Unhelpful. The waiter washes the floor and puts the children ice cream with the same hands. No animation at All. 3 animators and they do nothing at All. The slides are rolling. And the lawn is Watered. I'm not in Tunis for the first Time. But this lazy evening animation has never Seen. The bar is constantly waiting. Bartenders are like sleepy Flies. This hotel has everything to be the best, but laziness and not quickness staff all Spoil.

I spent a week there, from September 21st to 28th. Very good stay, nice establishment and staff. Simple and family. I would definitely recommend this place.

For that price? i'd definitely go back.

The hotel is very disappointing unfortunately, the hotel sold us from the dream with their false picture, arriving we thought to find the beach directly in front of the hotel, a shisha inside the hotel. Hello all and all we left with a My spouse from 9 to 17 September 2017 in all inclusive and point of view value for money it is relatively correct so people who criticize and expect the 5 stars to return your budget in this case! We enjoyed this cheaters stay at this relatively quiet time either at the hotel or beach side! The reception was great you can count on Dorsaf the Lady of the spa and her chat lol as well as on the Lady of the shop super warm! As for the Staf nothing to complain lifeguards, servers… Super Nice and always there for you! Planning to leave again next September…
Ah and I forgot the slide of course the class too well mm for the big kids!
