Supposed to be 5 Star but would say 3 star MAX. Staff not very friendly except for Ali at the lobby bar who was very friendly. This hotel is clearly not all inclusive, we are the only couple who have bands on. They will let us have soft drinks, beer, gin, & a choice of white, rose & red wine. Oh not on the beach we found out with a bar bill. We have a nice room except for 2 holes in the sliding door frame which I plugged with newspaper. We have had the toilet looked at 3 times & it will either run constantly & or not flush. It was brown on arrival. NOTHING is written in English they cater for French or Arabic countries. I would not return to this place or Tunisia as they are all out to scam you saying "hello I am the chef from your hotel rem ember me I can show you" this is as far as we have got as I laugh at them & don't stop walking.

-Rooms not very Clean — You are not allowed to bring bottle of water and you need to pay 4TND to get one from them. — The security guy check even the women bags if they have bottle of water — 5 starts hotel you do not have even small bottle of water in the room. — Only I liked the personnel working there very kind especilly in the restaurent.

This is a 4-star hotel and not even 5 a bottle of water in the fridge service of the rooms zero the strict minimum food and general acceptable setting.

People dont not stay in this hotel absolutely terrible and take your time reading this. The staff are very rude and disrespectful. We booked Saphir palace & Spa Hotel for a week and desperately left on the second day. It was absolutely disgusting. It is a hotel that is rated 5* which is very misleading. I was referred to this resort by LoveHolidays (please do not EVER go to them because they are rip offs and do not care about where you stay). I genuinely thought this hotel will be appropriate for my pregnant wife and 9 month old baby but I was completely wrong. The hotel room pictures online looked amazing, clean, family friendly and mostly 5 star rated. In reality it was vile. Our room was very hot, the air con was not even working properly. Being a 5 star rated hotel in a very hot country you would expect bottled water to be provided but we had nothing. What did I pay for? We couldn’t even have a simple bottled water provided for us in our room. WATER IS VITAL FOR EVERYONE ESPECIALLY IN A HOT COUNTRY where the Temperature goes over 40 degrees! I went outside to buy some drinks and water for my wife and baby but I was stopped by security who did not allow any sort of drinks or food from outside unless it was bought from the hotel. But the water being sold in the hotel was from a bar and it was a glass bottle and they didn’t even give us a bottle opener. And it was a massive glass bottle that people get when dining in a restaurant.

Room and pool at the top apart from that, the hotel does not offer any very very quiet activities and more drinks (including water) prohibited, as well as food, in the hotel. It's a shame anyway.

Good services But there are no animations.

The misery this 5 star hotel sucks in the room that dates from my grandmother the furniture degraded and rusting staff sucks and dirty. Very poorly maintained the only positive point C the restaurant with a classic but sober buffet. He's not allowed to bring his drink.
The worst is the very dirty big scam SPA is very expensive for the service that offers us. I would ask for an unexpected visit by the tourist Office and review It's stars or I Ettrais 2. Frankly avoided.

Actually, I didn't like it much. I think it should be graded down to 4 stars. Restaurant service was not good as much as expected specially in the breakfast time. Missing teaspoons, juice and it's cups. Slow service. I admit that rooms are great, room service as well.

Excellent Hotel from point of view architecture and equipment but from point of view service it lacks a lot of professionals besides its restaurant is very small. It nas Qùn only bar.

The private beach of the hotel is on the other side of the road and the medina of Yasmine is within walking distance. The hotel is 45 km from Enfidha-Hammamet International Airport and 85 km from Tunis-Carthage.

Very bad experience with a landlord who insults the clientele… honestly to avoid…

The night before the reception informed us of an attractive rate for a pool day but a "selection" at the Entrance. Algerian profile Little allowed!?! Given our reaction they turned it into a joke. The next day the boss sees us and without reason we leave the hotel accompanied by 2 guards and without any reason evoked! Surely a facies that did not appeal to the boss who elegantly began to insult us when we warned him that his gesture had to be assumed because we would not fail to leave our opinion on this reception unworthy of a said "Palace":-)

Serious does not deserve its stars, very disappointed for 1 5 star, aircon does not work in the first rented room, and in the one that we are given after complaint we can not adjust the air conditioning, it is either turn it off or turn it on, there are cockroaches in the hotel, we count you a coffee not terrible for 5d, bread and pastries are hard to self, honey is not natural…

In one word, shocking! (a zero star wasn't possible so I had to put one) The short story, the room was a big disappointment for a five stars. When we went to ask for a better service we were given marital advice then elegantly invited to leave. Now for the details: I went with my wife for our honeymoon, which my family made perfectly clear at the time of booking. First of all, the room was as follows: — A normal double bed with nothing "honeymoony" (except 4 to 6 cheap candies randomly put on the bed), with hard pillows. — There were ants in the room. — The bathroom's trash was broken, and towels were dirty. — The room had a view on a busy street. — The minibar was empty. — We got a cold abnormally salty omelette and a bolognaise for dinner. The waiter asked to be payed right away in cash. No receipt was given. So we noticed this and spent the first night anyway. On the next morning, we went to the reception and asked to see if we can get a better service. We had the Guest Relations staff coming to see us. We stated our remarks to the Guest Relations lady in a positive and polite way, because our purpose was to solve the situation and start enjoying our honeymoon. She listened impatiently, then she gave us the best answer "the important thing is that you're happy together and all other things are superficial. " After few other marital advice about true happiness, she said that she'll check with her superior and be back.

In 2005, the Hotel was with 5 ***** rated. Today, 2015 is it true sad, how deep you can sink. Hotel Nice, near the beach wonderful, but not five star value. Cafés surrounding partly already closed. Hotel staff very attentive and friendly. Large, spacious and clean nice room overlooking the sea.

My first time in Tunisia with husband and I go every year. This hotel is the best choice you can make, if you are planning a vacation in Hammamet. Staff is exceptionally good, reception is amazing, animation team is fantastic and restaurant is absolutely delightful. The hotel offers all the amenities at a great price and has a wonderful private beach. The rooms are spotlessly clean and amazing Jews of the ocean. It is a very nice hotel with rooms of vornehmsten and very good animation team with a lot of games, the room is very clean and large with two rooms if you book a family room, we had a lovely holiday, hotel is very nice for Everbodt and de staff and entertainment staff are very friendly! Luxurious hotel, good customer service. The hotel has a very good location, next to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Spent a sunny warm weekend in April 2013.
