Located far away from patong beach makes the resort a very quiet and leisure place to stay in. Although there are construction ongoing but we barely hear any noises. Staff is very friendly towards us and there are scheduled free van service to travel to patong beach. Definitely will stay again if we travel to Phuket again.

Nice place to relax your mind and getaway from all of the crowd near patong beach… A little bit far from the city central life. About 15minutes away… but because they provide the shuttle it is not become a problem for us. And they have a really spacious room and great facilities.

Great price. Good value. Huge rooms. Free yoga classes and ice cream by the pool. Great breakfast as well. A little secluded. Shuttle provided. Otherwise somewhat expensive to get to shopping and restaurants down the hill.

Ok place if you like high rise accommodation the has little thought to it's natural environment as it sticks out like a ship at sea and has little greenery to try and compensate. The use of hundreds if not thousands of little white bottles for everyone's rooms replaced daily is terrible, with no thought of the future environment.

Cozy and nice place. Best for a family reunion or group check-in to stay with. Recommended place for those who wants to avoid the busy noise city.

Exceptionally maintained. Nice beautiful and spacious accommodation. Slightly painful to reach Phuket town unless you take the free shuttle provided by the resort at fixed timing.

Unlike some of the other reviews, I/We were not impressed by the building site noise that surrounds you. Third time back here and they just keep building. When complete hopefully things will be better.

Modern and top! Never many people in the pool! Two beautiful beaches nearby! What more can one ask.

Great hotel, service at a high level, daily housekeeping. The room itself is a full studio apartment with kitchen, in the kitchen is all for cooking. Nice pool, gym and restaurant. The only downside is the location, is far from the city, there is nowhere to walk, to the beach is very far. Of course the hotel provides buses to the center, but to adjust to the schedule is inconvenient enough. We advise to take a car.

By far best Absolute I have been. Just a bit wary of low glass balcony railings which to be lifted for drunk people and children accidentally falling over it. Other than that place and staff deserves high praise. Will highly recommend to others.

Beautiful and clean. The staff was wonderful. Have already told friend about it.

Great rooms. Very clean. Pool area needs shade shade and more shade. The water gets very warm and is in the sun all day. It is a time share complex and they are very pushy. (They dont call it time share though). Unless you pay out for taxis the only way into town is the shuttle and unless you book well in advance you wont get on when you want. There is a restaurant (bit pricey) on site and a mini mart next door. Construction still on going and jackhammering went on for hours.

It's a nice hotel. It's a pity that there is still construction. In the daytime, the noise is still palpable.

Great view and spacious accommodation.

Our room had a full kitchen, and a private jacuzzi on the roof with a great view of the sea. Staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with our questions and concerns. The infinity pools are amazing. There is free ice cream every day for guests between 3 and 5 pm. It's a little ways out of Patong, so there is a free shuttle bus to take you in and bring you back. If you want to stay somewhere calm and peaceful out of the hustle and bustle of Patong beach area, I fully recommend it.

Absolute development about 15mins walk from Patong. If you can't do hills. Take a taxi… phase 3 is still ongoing so expect some construction work until completion.

Worst hotel! The stuff was rude for us. Especially Mr "Kang" Very far from the center. Not recommended!

The hotel is in a good location with spacious rooms, large showers (with shower gel, a piece of soap on the sink and in the showers, shampoo 2 in 1), there is a kitchen with utensils, fridge, stove and microwave, you can cook yourself. On the balcony there is a table with chairs and drying for wet clothes. There is also a safe, umbrellas, ironing board with iron, TV. The breakfasts are scarce, there is a choice of one dish and tea or coffee, more chemical or water juices. Who is ready to boot for breakfast until the rejection, like me, for you have a shop with groceries, you can go straight from the hotel to get.
I liked the breakfast of 2 pancakes with banana and ice cream ball. Tried the breakfast from the Bullock, it is the first on the list, includes a cupcake, a croissant, two toast, 2 jam and 2 oils to them, another some kind of a muffin.
There is also a pool, a gym and a spa. The beach is not far. The rooms are open 24 hours a day.

Staff are exceptional at this gem! There are some stunning local beaches and the pools are divine… There is an array of alternative therapy support as well as lovely spa treatments… daily yoga, well designed gym and wellness programmes. The rooms are sleek, pristine and have every creature comfort, not to mention amazingly spacious. Everyone here is geared to providing a superb stay. Truly worth every cent without breaking the bank… special mention to the Blue Mango RESTAURANT and its attentiveness to incredible food!

We stay for a week or two at Phuket Twin Sands Resort, every year during July or August. Even during construction last year, we were not inconvenienced in any way. Quality standards are way above 5 *+++. Service is excellent. We meet the same courteous staff every year. We have gone from a 1-week timeshare in a studio, to a 1-month fractional ownership in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment. We're very happy VIP members of 'Club Absolute' in Phuket. And the food at the Blue Mango is superb. We also love the massages at the Spa. Easy walk to 2 lovely beaches — I believe the name Twin Sands, is derived from these two/twin beaches. I look forward to being at Absolute"s Twin Sands resort again, in July, 2018. Oh! The shuttle service to Jung — Ceylon Shopping Center in Patong is another added bonus. Cheers. This is a very good place to stay out of the main phuket rabble but close enough to be there in 10 minutes. They are doing additions right more so can be a bit noisy during the day. Top class facilities.

I booked a studio with private pool impressed by the pics shown but turned out that the 'private' pool is not private at all and is not attached to the studio either. It was actually on the roof.

Nice but expensive… you need transport to go to Patong centre, I rented a motor bike, and then you have all the freedom you want…

My experience was the best wasnt sure what to expect so glad I had a look the resort is beautiful.

Prefect place to stay in Patong (suitable for family & group) -About 2-2.5km away from BangLa road and Patong Street -Room equipped with 2 led tv, home theater system, Blue ray player (plenty of DVD movies available) -Free shuttle service to Patong Street and BangLa Road (* as per daily schedule) — yoga class centre, gym, swimming pool, spas … Well maintained — Friendly staffs.

This place was good but was just a bit quiet and to far away from patong for me.

The location is perfect for us as a family. It isn't in the busyness of Patong yet it's close enough to get to if you want to go in for dinner or to do some shopping. The resort offers a regular free shuttle to Juncelong Mall as well as pick up so you don't have to spend money on a taxi. Even if you do spend money on a taxi to come back to the resort, it doesn't cost too much, especially if you barter them down. Of you're one who wants to exercise, they do have a small gym that offers you all the basic things you need. Otherwise, running (jogging or walking) the street to Patong (or the other way to Paradise Beach) offers great variation of hills and flat ground. You work up a sweat pretty quickly if you do a road run. The staff are also friendly and will do everything they can to make sure you are looked after. Blue Mango is the restaurant on site and they have excellent food that is reasonably priced. We didn't try the 180 Spa but they did have daily specials that we should've taken advantage of. Overall, I would highly recommend this place as they clean and replenish your room supplies daily and they have in room facilities that are great for families like a ln oven, cooking stove top, microwave etc. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Friendly staff, very clean, modern, good gym, awesome double infinity pool with bar. Great ocean views to two beaches. Excellent food at Blue Mango restaurant. Five free shuttles daily to Patong, only 10 minutes away. Best of Phuket without the hustle.

Apartment T3401 is on top floor, viewing to mountain and sea. 2 balconies, 2 infinity pools, good gym. Stuff was extremely nice, there is free shuttle bus to Patong center. This place is far away from party places, but close enough to take shuttle bus for shopping and eating. What you need to take into consideration is that close to apartment there is construction work, they end 5pm. Because of construction there are small issue with ants as well. When we reported this, stuff take good care to solve it ASAP. Very recommended place.

An amazing holiday spent in Phuket and Twin Sands made it more memorable. The service and hospitality was absolutely outstanding. The food at their restaurant, The Blue Mango was of 5 star quality. The rooms very clean and the team really take care of you. It was awesome being in a foreign country and feel safe. Thank you Twin Sands for the memorable time and your outstanding service.

Read the horror reviews before my stay & prepared for the worst. But comfy room w mini kitchen/balcony/sofa bed & stairway leading to private pool deck upstairs made my stay really enjoyable. Reserve your seats (2-ways) for the shuttle bus, its just a phonecall away. Be punctual for the clearly stated pickup times & you'll be fine. Breakfast not served buffet-style & for good reason. They offer very good quality food. Best Eggs Florentine/waffles i've had in Thailand by far, served freshly made. Serving size pretty decent. Didnt need additional helpings & im a big dude. Ordered pizza in the evening & they didnt disappoint either. Service wasnt the most spectacular but cmmon, they still sent room service in the middle of a thunderstorm outside within 30mins. Dont expect over-the-top suckup but if efficiency is what you seek, this place delivers. Location is away frm the bustle of bangla st & patong beach altogether. Zero shops within walking distance but hey, thats why they give you free shuttle service. Atop a hill, It offers peace & quiet that some people might appreciate. Great breeze, Sunrise/Sunset view. Perfect for families/couples. Definitely coming again! Well done, keep up the gd job.

Good hotels and very freindly staff.

Horrible place to stay. Very nice staff but big problems with their AC units. I had to switch two rooms. First room is when I get there the tried to put me in a room that the AIR CONDITIONER was broken. I had to switch. The second room MY AC BROKE DOWN AROUND 12 AM. No one cane to help me. It's so hot in this country I had to sleep in wet clothes to keep somewhat cooler. The shower had no water pressure so you can forget about washing any sand off of your body. Over all I would never stay here again. Nor recommend this place to anyone. Please be advised!

Very nice place in a quiet area abt 3km from south Patong Beach. Free shuttle-bus to Sea Pearl, Bangla Road and Jungceylon shopping mall.

We have absolutely enjoyed our stay here and love the location. This resort is kept absolutely clean. The staff are friendly and humble. The pool is beautiful and the resort presents well. For all you people with negative reviews, don't come back! The Blue Mango Restaurant has excellent food and beautiful waitresses. If you are patient with the people you will be rewarded. The Thai people are lovely. There is free Wi-Fi and shuttles into Town. Definitely will be back.

I went along with 5 friends to the Blue Mango restaurant and the food, serviceand overall dining experience just superb. Definitely a return visit soon.
