Sprinkler service is very good, especially the waiter Htet, very helpful guests and very friendly, dining in this hotel is very good, special breakfast is very rich!

In my experience of staying at hotels, this was the most unusual and unpleasant. Rooms look nothing like the photos and you’re made to sign a waiver agreeing to give them a 5 Star TripAdvisor review upon checkin. We checked in and checked out 15 minuets later. This place is a dump. Upon checkout, we were made to sign a waiver reeasing the hote of any reimbursements. Pretty appalling if you’re a company with these types of paperwork ready to hand to guests for signing. Don’t stay here, don’t waste your money.

We arrived at this beautiful hotel to be greeted by the most lovely reception staff. They have been so accommodating to make everything lovely for our honeymoon. We are staying in a deluxe pool view room and it is gorgeous! We love it here! We would happily book again. The hotel is up hill out of the way of all the hustle and bustle in the town centre. It’s 5 minutes from the big C Centers by taxi. The restaurant has sea views and everything is very luxurious and Zen like. :) we are very happy with the location, room, staff and atmosphere :)

Located on the hill. Poor transportation even patong beach is near. Breakfast was fine. Lot of bugs due to located in forest.

An older hotel with a boutique charm. Very well kept and clean. Love the infinity pool and the breakfast was amazing.

Our room was old and had that harsh wood smell that I couldn't stand. It took me about a day and a half to bare the stench. The shower and tub was not clean. There was mold and mildew. The water heater was brassy inside so I didn't dare to make hot water for coffee or tea. The location was nice in the hill and it was about a 10 minute walk to Patong Beach but not as convenient as the other hotels around the beach area. I'm giving it 2 stars because the staff was friendly and nice. But room quality wise would be a zero. Would not go back to the resort even though it is a beautiful there. BTW, do NOT waste your money and purchase the tour from flyer given at the hotel. We felt rushed at every stop and some stops were unnecessary such as the cashew factory and honey farm. Wasted 3-4 hours of my day when we could've been eating other delicious Thai food.

Had a very delightful stay at Baan Yin Dee. Felt very homey & easy going. Had a great meal at the restaurant (lamb chops were 10/10). Service was friendly and welcoming. The pool is a lovely feature to the hotel with trickling water from pool to pool, with a Balinese feel to it. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Great boutique hotel overlooking Patong beach. Great pools and friendly staff. Close enough form the hustle but far enough to enjoy a relaxing time. The restaurant has very nice food. A good recommendation if you want to stay near Patong.

A very good hotel near Patong beach. Pros: far from the noise of touristy parts of Patong beach, very beautiful area of the hotel, very beautiful and huge pool, very quiet and peaceful, nice breakfast, the receptionists are extremely nice and friendly! Very nice chef who cooks amazing breakfast Cons: our room was very old — it needs to be renovated, our room was lacking light — its too dark inside, especially in the bathroom, the waitress who was serving our breakfast was grumpy.

A stylish hotel, on the hill near Patong Beach. It had a free shuttle which would bring you to the beach twice a day. No fitness room, which was a disadvantage for me. Breakfast was good, staff friendly.

Dumpy hotel You're better off not staying here. My room was musty and dark. The water from the shower had a foul stench. My bedsheets had holes. Overall, the place felt dirty. It's also in a poor location of Patong Beach, since it sits atop a hill, though maybe this isn't so bad due to the fact that Patong Beach is polluted.

Enjoyed our time at this hotel. The place was clean, tidy and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The hotel arranged us a driver, tours and spa treatments — all at a reasonable price. It's situation five minutes from central Patong, so it's much quieter and family — friendly.

Disappointing! Rude & unprofessional staff! Poor English skills. We had communication issues. The hotel is more like a 2star hotel. Pictures online are deceiving. Photos present it as much nicer than it is. It was the worst hotel in Phuket! Very expensive, bad quality amenities, far from centre. They asked me to remove my review from online and because I declined they sent me the following email. You can see their English is poor and it does not make much sense. Totally unprofessional! "It's alright if you don't want to take out the review on there site keep it on there. I though the people when they have read that review they are intelligent enough to make decision. Mai I inform you that, this is illegal lawyer if you still need to make us scandalized it 's should be notice to migration office and embassy and report all information as population had behavior like you. "

Very nice although next to road so a bit of traffic noise. However the accommodation is excellent, great view, superb restaurant and very friendly staff. Would recommend a visit to restaurant, they have had a 'lounge singer' every night and she's good, nice old piano classics to have dinner to. Very relaxing.

The restaurant is very good. Limited but nice wine list. Very good service. They will even pick you up at your hotel if you're not staying at the resort. Recommend.

Great food, worth the trip up the hill for the view and dessert (mmmm chocolate fondant) accommodation not quite 5 star as advertised but still once of the nicer places in Patong.
