Absolutely hotel I feel a Princess 👑 Service excellent villa luxury classic I love this place 👑🌹Rosewoods.

One of the best service in Phuket, the staffs never say no for any requests. The resort’s villas are well placed among lush tropical landscape overlooking Patong bay. If you are seeking for an amazing villa to stay in Phuket. I would recommended this place for sure. Note: One thing I found that was a minor spot to score down this resort is the location. If you are looking for the breath-taken view villa, this place is obviously not that kind. Thus, it was 5 mins drive to Patong city.

Quiet, Serenity, peaceful place. A good recommendation for couple or small family. Staffs are professional and friendly.

Love the hotel. Well designed with good quality of interior furnishings. Staffs very kind. All restaurant are good food. My holiday is perfect!

Great service, no doubt about that. All is great. One weakness of the place is water in the bath room. It flows so weakly. I find it so hard to shower or brush my teeth.
Hope they can rectify this problem.

Speechless… Worst hotel ever! This shouldnt be a 5-6 star hotel at all Avoid coming here if you dont want them to ruin your experience and waste your money here! Believe me this hotel is suck. 1) theres many bugs in the room and the bed. I have to wait them to do cleaning in the middle of the night. I was like… are you kidding me? Is this a five star hotel? 2) room is way too overpriced 3) theres lack of communication.

A severe infestation at the beach front villas. Reservation was made for 3, but we had 6 additional unexpected guests. H Y G I E N E
Sanitary concerns of the kitchen. Myself and 2 other guests became severely ill after only eating the hotel food (no meals outside of the hotel). The 30 year old woman that was with us had uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting for 3 days. She unfortunately was so ill that she soiled herself in bed, very embarrassing situation. She had to be given an IV and 4 injections to fight a serious case of e. Coli (as diagnosed by the medical team). My brother and I became very ill with diarrhea and vomiting as well. After literally soiling my pants, I had to make a flight to Japan. D I R T Y
We were given 8 face towels; all of which looked to have just been briefly rinsed off and had food and grime from the last guests that used them. I have to warn other guests as these are serious sanitary concerns that could be far more severe to older people or children. Will post video when I get to my laptop. If you are a fan of rodent free 5 star hotels or just general hygiene or you have any respect for money at all; get as far away from this hotel as possible. For our inconvenience we were awarded 4 nights (which we spent indoors vomiting and soiling ourselves). I will add on more to this review as the horrors come back to me one by one.

Beautiful property with lots of greens! Very cute beach. Their Italian restaurant restaurant was excellent and they have a 20% discount for local islanders.

We were there for a private wedding. The whole place is soooo green and it felt like I was in a different world. Very beautiful indeed.

Checked into this beautiful, awesome resort. It’s just spectacular. The service is just great. Staff is very responsive and excellent. The villa is fantastic, probably one of the best resorts I’ve stayed. Well done Rosewood and Sandra the manger here. You’re the best. For breakfast we’ve been eating at the red sauce and it’s probably the best breakfast place in this part of the world. The chef and management is absolutely A1. You feel like you’re at home with a personal Michelin chef. Have had eggs Benedict and omelette and the Italian pastries. Today the chef made me French toast and it was just outstanding. Thanks Rosewood you definitely out do the grand Hyatt or the. Marriot or Hilton. Keep it up crew. Have had diner at the Thai restaurant here and the food and service are again excellent. Ambiance at both the restaurants is superb.

Rosewood Phuket is beyond amazing! The staff are so kind and accommodating. The architecture and decor is the finest; every detail has been considered and executed impeccably. The atmosphere is relaxing, rejuvenating, and inspiring. We absolutely loved our stay!

As I sit next to the private pool at my villa on the final night of our stay, I am reflecting back over the last week. From the time of our in-room check-in, this stay has been nothing short of glorious. The suite is very comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. The 4 on-site restaurants are excellent. The pools are stunning and well-maintained. While I cannot find fault with any of the things mentioned above, the most outstanding attribute of this incredible resort is the staff. Every person employed by Rosewood Phuket is hard-wired to serve you. Smiles abound. Friendly greetings at every turn. Genuine concern for your comfort and satisfaction are what sets Rosewood apart from everywhere else that I have ever stayed. My wife and I had the extreme pleasure of being present for Thai New Year. The staff welcomed us into their celebration. Educated us about customs and made us feel like locals. If Thailand is on your bucket list, then Rosewood — Phuket is the only place to stay!

A very lovely stay and excellent service! This hotel feels like Bali and if you want the mad nightlife it is a 5 minute ride to crazy busy town! The front desk team are amazing and the pool area is lush! Did I mention that the gym is open 24/7? Anything is possible and all beer soft drinks are inclusive in villa rental price! Best resort I’ve stayed at, and I’ve traveled a lot. Beautiful, private rooms & great architecture & integration of the ecosystem; excellent restaurants (best food we had in Thailand was right in the resort) ; our kids loved the kids club; attentive and wonderful staff; beach & pool setup was terrific. Spa is gorgeous. Attended to our every need. I’d r commend this highly to any couple and especially families. I hope to return some day, and will certainly be at more Rosewood properties in the future.
