Needs a little maintenance. Price was good staff was great. Motorbike rental easy but bike was tired.

Cheap and best. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and resourceful staff. Would recommend people to go there definitely. But please book in advance.

Great place to stay with ambient rooms. Thai veg (with egg optional) breakfast will be available upon request. Nice hosts to take care.

Great hotel and amazing staff they are all very kind and will do anything to help. I stayed in shared room they are great value for money and cleaned every day with comfy beds and good power showers.

I liked everything. Good location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, iron, drinking water.

The room we got was very spacious and good. Only problem we faced was our room was on fifth floor and lift went for repair for 4 days of our stay. It's located on a quiet street and good view from its windows.

It's on a nice location. They even have bikes which you can get on rent. The coffee and tea here is chargeable and you can get some corn flakes too. Small rooms with not so good room service.

Great hotel for the money and a fantastic full breakfast too! Good clean, well designed/decorated sized rooms. Comfortable bed and all the standard features expected.
Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Shopping mall and Da Hood food market close by. Patong beach a comfortable 15 minute stroll away. I will definitely recommend Lavender Hotel to my business associates back in Nana Sukhumvit, Bangkok.

Good spacious room and the hotel is a walking distance to Patong beach.

Unfriendly and ignorant staff.
Besides, the water did not go and the elevator was stuck a few times.
Our bed was so broken that you could not sleep on it (besides it was not freshly related) pity, unfortunately a very bad memories made. Never again.

Room was decent but we got it on ground floor so there was no ventilation. Room equipments were not good. Room service was bad.

I stayed in their dorm on 6 floor. I hate buckbeds and. Surprisr… nice big single beds in a very spaciuos room. Good place!

Very spacious rooms and good location. 5 blocks from Bangla Street which is important in Patong beach.
One of the receptionist I saw was very angry and had no patience for anything and was angry with the people. The breakfast was pretty bad.

Good and clean place to stay. There is the fridge, kettle and also toiletries. Staff is nice and helpful! Just the bed was very hard, so we had to sleep on the duvet, but still that wasn't comfy.

Been here twice. Price is great. Staff very helpful. My only gripe is pillows are so hard. My 2nd stay I took my own pillows. Such good value for money… you will read bad reviews but honestly these people are expecting 5star for 2 star money.

Bikes are available for rent. Lived next door. I was shooting a bike. PCX New for 11 days to 300 baht a day. Cheaper in Patong and not found.

I am currently staying at this hotel, this is only my second day at the hotel. We have had no running water for two hours now, and they said the problem would be fixed in 10 minutes previously an hour and a half ago.
This is no acceptable when it's been such a hot sunny day and you want to get clean and ready for dinner.
Not good enough service.

I highly recommend this hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff and very helpful owner. Hotel is in a good location, very close to beach. You can even hire out scooters which is very convenient.

A nice hotel just to sleep in… obviously u will be out most of the time. Location is good, everything easily accessible and the price is worth the stay. Nothing fancy but very decent stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights, very nice clean rooms and open air lobby with cheap beers and sodas. Coffee and croissants available each morning. Several cafes nearby for full dining. The staff was amazingly kind. We had a problem with our air conditioning and they were very quick to send for repair. The manager is a friendly Italian man who was so accommodating to us and even arranged a taxi for us to the airport at check out. 5 minute tuk tuk ride or 20 minute walk to busy Bangla street shopping and bars. I would give 5 stars, but the bed was very hard.

Great hotel in the center of Patong, close to the beach and shopping center Jungceylon. Spacious and clean rooms with great furnishings staff friendly and efficient Compared to hotels of higher category and price.
