It's a nice place, cheap but really clean. It's really good for any backpacker that wanna go to Phuket for holidays.

Everything is good. But in the evenings include watering the bushes near the room, stinks as if the water from the sewers take…

It has a very good quality per price. Rooms are large and the housekeeping is ok. There is not restaurant but it is in a very good location.

Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean and economical.
On the other hand very loud. Poorly insulated room.

Bungalow are tidy and the Putzteam is very friendly therefore the 2 stars.
The women at the reception are the very last. From now on afterwards you can no longer speak English when it comes to the deposit of the scooter/helmet and if the next customer is at the reception, the English will work again.

Basically it should be a perfect experience living this house. I am ok with every thing about the resort and so appreciate most staffs for their good service. But! One of the receptions lady is so arrogant and kind of racism discrimination! Last nigh when I checked in they told my room only can use for one night, will change an other room for me the next day. So I am ok with it no problems. The second day, when I return the key and ask for the room in the same time, for the convenience so I left my luggage in the last room. When I got new room of course I need moving luggage to the new room. So I asked polite could u help me get it (I swear to god I am polite), she replied “u just go to the room waiting for 5 minuets “with cold voice and terrible attitude. The kind house cleaning lady just stand at the lobby while the conversation happened. So I know it is the cleaning room lady will to help open the door. I just waiting at the lobby waiting she done her job at front desk. The reception lady is very unhappy asked me said I told u waiting at ur room! Are u kidding me with that tongue u can imagine! I just replied it is ok I waiting there, when the house keeper (kind lady) done job at lobby I will go with her (because she have the general key to open the door). Then front desk staff give me a look and the behavior like she is the boss or guest not me, very terrible attitude and whispering complaining in Thai language. Ok.

Very good, very clean, the rooms are made every day, the sheets and towels changed, pool next door, but beach too crowded, so we rented a skooter to go on other beaches, good cheap breakfast.

Very nice quiet area centrally located and very cheap.

Cheap prices, ideal location, good service (you can also use the small pool of the adjoining resort), reception 24/24, large rooms a bit ' dated with cleaning and change of linen daily.

Prezzi economici, posizione ideale, buon servizio (è possibile anche utilizzare la piccola piscina del resort attiguo), reception 24/24, camere ampie un po' datate con riassetto e cambio biancheria giornaliero.

Economical but still clean and comfortable.

This place was nothing special, what you pay is what you get. There were no major complications and most staff were reasonably friendly.

To recommend a good located not far from the market, supermarket and shops nearby. Free Internet belongs to it.

Baantonsai Hotel, a very quiet clean hotel, cheap and not far to the city.

Baantonsai is one of my favourite hotel in Phuket. Been there twice during new year eve 2013 and new year eve 2014. Not very far from main spot Bangla Road, but far enough for relaxing. Pool is big and often not crowded. Easy access to and from other beaches because its a not at center of Patong which is too much traffic.

The baantonsai garden resort I recommend it to everyone who stops at patong … very close to the center and the staff is very available at all hours I have been 8 times in Thailand and every time I can not wait to go back because not only do you find excellent service but the customer feels pampered. 5 stars!

Not the best facilities, but very good for the price. Great if you just need a place to stay a night or so while you organise some diving or something.

Nice place, we were first given a room with a simple repair, the next day asked to change the room, we immediately changed, of course underpaid. Clean rooms, cleaned every day, pool clean. Nearby is the market, and the sea is not far away, within walking distance.

A good place to bring someone for the night, cozy, beautiful, all the rooms in the houses, the entrance from the street. Long term rest is not advised.

My patong hotel l like this place but need more stuff. Ex. No Wi-Fi in rooms have to go to lube for that.
