DIRTY, full of INFECTIONS, SEWAGE SMELL in all rooms, after the first day I woke up with conjunctivitis in my right eye! I’ve been having health problems since January! After we submitted feedback through the site, where the room was booked, complaining about the dirty toilet and the sewage smell in the room, owners of the hotel Vittorio Squitieri and Marco and their Thai wife behaved inadequately aggressive, yelled and threatened to physically assault us, if we did not delete our comment. We had to urgently book another hotel although they were paid for two more days, they never returned the money. The site we booked it through being aware of this situation, replied only a month later after the complaint was submitted, said that they could offer us a discount of 3, 000 roubles for booking through their website during the year. Moreover these idiots in Soleluna print out their tour booklets on photocopies of tourists' passports on the reverse side, where all the passport details are! ГРЯЗНО, полно ИНФЕКЦИЙ, ВОНЬ во всех комнатах, после первого дня проснулась с КОНЪЮНКТИВИТом в правом глазу! До сих пор проблемы со здоровьем (с января! ) После обратной связи через сайт, где бронировали комнату, о грязном туалете и запахе канализации, собственники отеля Витторио Сквитиери и Марко и их тайская жена, кидались на нас в драку, орали и угрожали нам физической расправой, если не удалим наш комментарий.

Dirty, stinking place with broken shower, stained sheets and pillow cases and all the family members hanging in the lobby all day long. Never book this dodgy place, we felt very depressed while staying there, not worth the money. Ruined holidays and mood.

If you care about your health and safety NEVER EVER BOOK SOLELUNA in PATONG Public toilets are cleaner than this place! Absolutely DISGUSTING and CONTAGIOUS! It is run by Thai-Italians who are very RUDE staff/owners, just hanging around all day in the lobby on their phones, smoking Nowhere near 3 stars they gave themselves.

I have been to Phuket for two consecutive years and have always chosen Soleluna Hotel in Patong Beach. A very neat and clean hotel, run by Italians, every year there are always remarkable improvements both from the aesthetic point of view and of the services. Starting from the staff of the hotel managed in an excellent way by Vittorio and Wan, the two owners, all always available and professional to pamper the customer and satisfy him in every request. At the entrance there is a very stocked tour desk, where you are assisted 24h on 24h from planning to booking. There is a motorbike and scooter rental in front of the hotel, with all the first-rate bikes well maintained with maintenance carried out continuously, always managed by the owners. At the entrance there is a bar with fresh croissants of all tastes and excellent quality, delicious homemade pies and an excellent Neapolitan espresso coffee. Then there is the reception well equipped with sofas and little tables, with the possibility to plan with the owners also check in advance, then maximum availability. Going up on the upper floors you enter the rooms, all well furnished and very spacious equipped with a large terrace with chairs and coffee table, have every comfort, TV, air conditioning, safe, minibar always stocked with water every day, bathroom well equipped. The excellent cleanliness is done every day, same thing for the linen change.

Cozy hotel, large and spotless rooms, Italian management with very kind staff who help you with anything. Scooter rental directly at the hotel. Here you really feel at home. And all at a great price.

Cozy and clean hotel with helpful staff and competitive prices, close to anywhere really interesting in Patong beach.

Everything, starting from being able to speak Italian and be understood because who you in front of your countryman; then comes everything else, which in my opinion is not granted.
Immediately all proved willing to satisfy our every need and requirement (never happened in major chains, where prices are much higher) ; the day I arrived it was my birthday, so I asked for suggestions on where to go to celebrate, I would expect a Council or a local name, instead they told me not to worry about anything that I'd come out with them having fun; so was and I must say that I spent a most enjoyable evenings in recent months, including the first in a series.
I didn't have to throw me at all, they helped me in everything (moped, hiking, beautiful beaches, shopping, transfer to Krabi), so they made me feel at home, not only with words but with deeds, day after day. My room was on the second floor facing the back, had a small terrace (always handy for drying swimsuits and towels to return from the sea) with a table and two chairs; the room was air conditioned, splitters were brand new, branded and silent. The room itself was very large, clean (every day changed our towels) straightened so dear; no less clean and kept was the bathroom; hot water and cleaning at all hours. I hope to return as soon as possible.

The walls have not henbane. Pretty clean. The towel went with a big hole. Friendly and helpful staff. Photo reception does not correspond to reality. Wi-Fi is good.
