The best hotel in on my trip to Thailand. Super room, super bathroom, nice staff and the location wat can hardly be surpassed!

A really nice hotel not so far from the beach Security with badge to get in at night Big room at decent price comes with big closet and bathroom with separate wet and dry area. Nice friendly staff (you can buy tour and book a shuttle to airport) Street food all around with one of the famous bars "Reggae Bar" in a walking distance. Don't worry you won't hear anything night Recommended for couple and solo travellers.

Very nice and clean hotel. One of the receptionist girl was very helpful and nice We don t had a view from the balcony, but was okay.

All impeccable. Highly recommended. Good rooms, good bathrooms, good breakfast, good price, good location, very good cleaning and attention. Super.

Great location to the main street with all the bars and restaurants, short 10 minute walk down to the beach. Good sized room with comfy beds. But that's about all the positives. Staff are impolite, ignorant and constantly playing on their phones, they don't even say hello when you walk into the hotel. It even seemed an effort for them to check us in. There is no lift so you're expected to carry your luggage up all the stairs (luckily we were on 2, feel sorry for those on 4). There is no atmosphere or ambience to the place at all, very dark dull and boring. The breakfast is plain, repetitive and unappealing… there's a great cafe down the road that is without a doubt a 5 star place to eat so don't bother getting breakfast with a room booking here. There were tiny ants in the bathroom and bedroom too. Could definitely pay the same amount for somewhere of better quality and get more for your money.

Stayed in a Standard Room with a closed balcony. Saw the reviews about noise, so decided to get a room not facing the street (which turned out to be much quieter, even over the new year) Breakfast was okay, your standard sausage, beans and eggs. Receptionists were sassy and not helpful and always on their phones. The daily turn down service was bad, we kept coming back to an unlocked room more than once and didn't even have any new towels a couple times. TV was rubbish, I understand we're in Thailand, but expected at least one English channel… as we had experienced this in other hotels around Thailand All in all was cheap and alright location (15 minute walk from beach) and does what it says on the box if you just need a bed to sleep, but don't expect the world. If you have some extra cash to spare, would recommend going for something else.

They will tell you a taxi is waiting for you at the airport but in reality the staff here do not understand what that means. What they really mean is you will have go looking for the taxi that is supposed to be waiting for you. The driver will no doubt be hiding somewhere or waiting at a bar outside the airport. Other passengers at the airport would have drivers waiting for them with signs indicating who they were waiting for. But if you arranged a taxi through The Nine Hotel? Don't be ridiculous. Like I said, who knew the term "waiting for you" could be so subjective. You see if you don't find the driver, who will not be around or visible or holding up a sign with your name — you will be forced to use another means of getting to the hotel at which point they will then charge you for not using the taxi that was "waiting" for you. If they cannot convince you to pay the full amount the receptionist will try to guilt trip you into paying half the fee claiming the remainder will come out of her salary. This experience completely ruined my opinion of this hotel.

First of all, there is no lift here so I wouldn't advise people who have a mobility impairment to stay here. Furthermore the hotel just isn't really good. The girl behind the counter answered some of our questions, but she was just always on her phone looking at movies which gave the place a real unprofessional vibe. The tour which we booked at the hotel wasn't very good as well and we payed more than other people on the same trip, so don't book anything through the hotel. Breakfast is a joke. We got woken up every morning at about 6 because of the laundry machine which was very annoying. So two stars because the place was clean and for the good location, but there are a lot of better options than this hotel.

Super hotel. Beach 5min on foot. Breakfast solala … nothing special… the two sisters are super nice. Shopping bars and restaurants all near… no lift in the hotel … cleaning lady has forgotten a lot from time to time (towels. Water. Usw) …

Clean, in the city centre, and very helpful staff. They help arrange tours and provide free breakfast.

They treated me very well and the rooms top class.

Lovely clean hotel with great friendly staff. Only thing was the free breakfast had 0 effort put into it. 2 cold sausages and a total of 15 cold baked beans but the bacon and eggs were nice. It was free so can't really complain too much. Overall a nice stay.

Good hotel — — clean room, serviced — mind staff, big room and clean, easy to find food and very nearby from the family mart and 7-11. We are happy to stay here ☺️ But far the beach, no elevator and no reception in the night. If I come Krabi next time, I will stay here again.

Staff friendly and helpful.

It was in the centre, but we had a silent room. Well, on the third floor, with no elevator. After walking 1237 steps up and down at the Tiger Cave Temple, well that was the final challenge of the day. The towels and the blankets were super worn out. But they were cleaning on a daily basis.

The place was good. Clean and confortable. The towels were a little bit used but clean.

Great place, very friendly staff and great value for money. Hotel is quiet, Wi-Fi is fast and location in walking distance to the beach. Would definitely come back here again.
