Extremely rude, talked behind our backs due to a conflict with 5 people in a 2 bed room. (On a website it said it was a 5 person family room) They still decided to charge us more and talk behind our backs every day (quite obviously). Also when arguing with my friends they were not scared to yell, bringing attention from all the guests.

Very clean neat and tidy but water goes off suddenly and needs to contact receptionist. Away from Ao nang beach but free cab (Tuk Tuk) service to beach from Hotel.

Not the best location but they have a tuk tuk service to the beach. Rooms were very nice. We will be back.

The rooms are very clean, location is perfect, is 2 km to the beach. You can rent a scooter from the hotel. Also many things you can arrange in hotel. If you are planning to book online trips to the near islands, don't do it online, do it when you arrive in hotel, that way is it MUCH cheaper. Internet works well, breakfast is good. They have good coffee, stuff are very friendly. Balkon view is great if you are looking to the backside of the hotel.

I love staying in this hotel! Their rooms are clean and huge, accommodating crews, but hope they will soon have an elevator for tired visitors /tourists can easily carry their things! But overall, superb!

— Worth for money — Nice and new room. I stayed in Deluxe room. Exactly same on the photos. It's comfortable room with nice mountain view. — It has a private balcony, I often take coffee and sit there in morning or afternoon. Very nice. — Breakfast is boring, not many options. — They have shuttle service from/to beach and some restaurant/bar. You can check it in a list there. And when you need to back you can ask restaurant or bar staff call them pick up you. It's good service.

Very clean and nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nearby have 711, tesco, makro, family mart, and local restaurant. Hotel offer free tuk tuk to Ao Nang beach (unlimited time) and return to hotel (one time) per day. Free Breakfast included and you can purchase the tour package from the reception too. It's easy and convenient!

We booked a family room. The room is spacious and very clean. The design of the hotel is very beautiful. All of us enjoy our stay here. The room comes with set breakfast, not in buffet style. This hotel located around 10 mins of driving distance from Ao Nang Beach. They provide a free shutter tuk tuk service for their guests as well. Overall this hotel is worth to stay.

We got free breakfast on the first morning as we arrived early morning. Free kitchen use but you need to clean yourself. Nice rooms with view of cliff.

We 5members of family are staying for 5 days and my parents satisfied. Though we could only reserve two bed in one-room, rooms and facilities are neat and very clean. Water pressure is good. Hot water freely available. breakfast is up to what we order within the limited menu. free Wi-Fi, free tuktuk round suttle once a day between Ao Nang beach-Hotel. But I found out that sound proof is weak… 옆방남정네들 떠드는게 들리네 staffs are all nice 60만원 중반대에 이정도면 괜춘

I know this is a 2 star hotel, but I totally loved my stay in here. The bedroom looks nice and it's comfy, very friendly staff, and a rather good buffet (same option everyday though) Water pressure is rather strong and there's always hot water in there (not an option I found in other hotel) Totally would come here again.

Burnas views, clean, cosy, you get off in TUCTUC free of charge to the area of the walk Q is of this the movement anyway this quite close.

The room was very nice and squeaky. It's a bad noise.
