PIZZAS don’t have cheese at all and not tomatoes sauce.
Plus we ordered a Capresse pizza with Basil and they says that the pizzas or good how they look just for the advertising — not exactly how it looks. Finally, they bring us the basil. It was completely dry plant with holes. Completely discusting. We just wanted to have a nice holiday but the manager started shouting of us and saying that every place is like that. Really rude. Please DO NOT WASTE your money in this place, very sad. Thank you.

Centrally located hotel in Ao Nang, our room is spacious, the bathroom is also air-conditioned and fan-cooled, plus the balcony to leave things from the beach. The service is nice, highly recommended this place to stay in Ao Nang.

Beautiful place to stay in budget. Only problem was no lift to carry the luggage to 3 rd floor good people in the hotel and in the hotel is in the market so no local transport requirer to move around every thing was good otherwise.

The hotel was very clean and the location was great. 350B overnight in a private room for 2 fare negotiated without the air con with a fridge in the room breakfast not included. Hot water, mosquito net at the window. Nice staff and towel bedding provided as well as the bed made every day. 150m from the beach for railay, massage salon in front pleasant 200B of the hour.

Wost place in all of Thailand… If I can give 0 stars I would. The bed sheets were dirty, bugs everywhere. We booked a room for 1 day… But only stayed for 5mins. As soon as we saw the room we left and booked another hotel. Next to it.

We rent a double room with fan. There was also a mini fridge in it with every day 2 fresh bottles of water. It was clean and tidy. The room is cleaned every day. The staff was really kind and offer us good services and good prices for the tours to do in Ao Nang (phanang bay and 4 islands). Very good.

I eat pizza and was very good and cheap price… 150 bath any pizza and 90 bath 1 big chang… and seafront wiew.

We loved it. The room was huge.
Every day they changed the towels and you acomodanan the bed, which in Thailand does not happen in any place.
It has loundry service.

Own by local family. Budget stay in krabi. AC was not working in some rooms. Close to aao nang beach.

Great hotel. Nice spacious clean rooms. With a balcony. The hosts are friendly. Rented a room for 1000 baht per day. The staff was very friendly. The sea is close. Just outside the main road. Recommend. Great value for money!

Wouldn't go again. Had BBQ spicy pizza. Definately no BBQ flavour or spice. Also sides very greasy. Have definately ate much nicer food. The only plus was the wine was nice and included in happy hour.

Super friendly staff and management, clean, save. Close to the beach, restaurant, shops and amenities. I have been using J Hotel for more than a decade now, it could not get any better, great value for your money.

Friendly waiters nice ambiance huge menu but the Thai food we ordered was average at most n what was off putting is we haven't finished eating but they tried to clear our plates three times just to rush us out so they can give our tables to others which was not nice.

Nice and clean room, friendly staff, really close to the beach.

It's ok, but expect nothing special. Staff is friendly most of the time, but only available between 8am and 6pm. The rooms are actually quite large, but definitely have seen better times. Our room had a wall in front of the window, which was not exiting but at least quiet.

J Hotel Pros For a budget vacation found J hotel ideal for a 3 night stay. Centrally located, longtail boat for island hopping closeby, lots of options available in food and loads to shop. Hotel pickup available from pier, free Wi-Fi, neat room/toilet, air con working in good condition. Rooms under 1.2k bhat without breakfast. Cons Its a 3 storey property with no lifts so heavy packers beware. Didnt experience much in term of hospitality as interaction with hotel staff was minimal. They had a live and let live kind of attitube :) Can give it a 3.5 stars easily for a budget stay.

We went there for two times during our one week stay in Ao Nang. In our the first time, we had beef steak, chips and cocktails. Cocktails were just 100baht during the happy hour. They are good. But for the steak, they were not quite tendered. For our second experience, the restaurant was packed and we ordered some pizzas, spaghetti and drinks. But food arrived quite fast, like within 15mins. I ordered the same cocktail that I had in my first time there. But it didnt taste as nice as the first time. For the pizzas and spaghetti, they are superb. Tastes really delicious. I will come again when I visit Ao Nang next time :)

Got some resin on our fingers by looking through the menu.
Ordered onion rings and a Hawaiana pizza.
Pizza just because they brag about a wood oven. Didn't look like it did the pizza any better. It was eatable, but nothing more.
The onion rings were terrible. Just touched the oil. Lots of raw dough, with onion buried inside somewhere…
First time I've ever walked away from a meal in Thailand.

Dark, smelly, tiny TV, bad toilet, and the staff there was not so nice. Cost me 500 Baht for one night.

Economic and clean rooms. Wi-Fi does not work but at the reception.
