Everything was exceptional. Close to the beach and amazing rooftop swimming pools. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Special mention to Ms. Beer for being so dedicated to their jobs (actually all of them) and also Mr. Bangbaw for being so helpful in carrying our luggages! Buffet breakfast was very tasty. Beds and pillows are soft! Everything is perfect! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered Strawberry Rum Punch, and it tastes superbbb! Service was excellent and bartender was super friendly! I love her so much! Would recommend the Signature Cocktails as well! Would come here every night to have a drink and chill.

We stayed 3 nights in Bluesotel Krabi. Although we checked in at 6pm, our room was not ready and had to wait for 15 minutes. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly and helpful, the hotel design is modern and chic. We especially love the room design and interior. Bed was super comfy, wide screen TV with lots of channels to watch. They even have bathrobes and very nice bedroom slippers (not the cheap, paper-easily-torn slippers hotels usually provide) in the room. There is shower and bathtub in the bathroom. Our room was deluxe with pool view. We love how we can take a dip anytime we want. Location wise, it's the centre of everything. You can easily walk to the beach, there are a lot of eating places nearby, a 7E right next to the hotel and a grocery store (Mother Marche). Bluesotel is worth every penny and I highly recommend Bluesotel Krabi.

4 stars because of the check in and staff were all very nice and smiles. Sometimes that's all I need just good staff to make a trip. I only stayed one night here just to check it out before ending my trip here in the south. It has so much potential with the location and being a new modern hotel. But as most reviews I did read were all true about certain things. Room not that clean, door was full hand prints, towels super worn out, shower floods on to bathroom floor, no view from the room I had. Was very loud when people in the hallways with no sound proof at all. Bed was the most comfortable (like a cloud) but bedding worn out as well with a few holes. Pool was super dirty, I didnt go in because of that. So there you have it 50/50 for this hotel. Some good, some not so good. Oh the room lighting was my favorite good design on that end.

We were extremely happy here. With a poolside access room. We had great fun playing ball with other guests in the pool. The pool was fantastic. Staff are very kind and willing to help. Breakfast is average. Which is a real shame. But if I went back. I would just have the room. And eat at Cafe 8.98. ☺

We spent 4 nights in a room with direct entrance to the pool and it was absolutely amazing. Having morning or evening swim was just behind the doors. The small "whirlpool" or pool bar with falling water was just on the top. The room is simple, clean and very bright. The bed was very comfortable and TV had amazing quality with many great stations. We had included breakfast and it was very delicious. Many different kinds of dishes, international cuisine, and delicious salads. The staff on reception were great and very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying in this hotel. As for quality and reasonable price. We really enjoyed it :)

Very good location on main road, 500m to the beach, close to eating places. Great swimming pool, breakfast was good. Hotel have a bar in front offer nice selection of cocktail and drink. I love the cheese cake by restaurant, best to go with hot tea. Rooms are well-decorated with modern furniture, deluxe room balcony either facing the hill or the pool. Mattress and pillow are good and soft. Bath towels are old but no complain. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Recommendation!

We stayed here for 5 nights with a pool entrance room. We highly recommend! The hotel was clean and the staff was always helpful. It is walking distance to the beach, several 7-11s, and many decent restaurants. It will probably take you 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel. The breakfast buffet is anything that you would get at any other hotel in Thailand. It is not amazing but it is not horrible either. Different selections every morning. For the price, this hotel is great and in a great location.

This place looks nice from the outside, we only stayed one night but the room didn’t even come with hand or face towels, the shower would flood out of the shower, and the water temperature in the shower kept changing from freezing to hot to warm back to freezing every second. There is no free breakfast. We got there at 5 and the pool closes at 8, so we ate then strolled into the pool about 7 PM and the girl said “no more towels, reserved for tomorrow. ” UH but the pool closes at 8? Some of the workers here are rude and if you’re talking to them they’ll ignore you. ON THE PLUS SIDE, Location is good, great restaurants around and the beach is a 10 minutes walk. Some workers are friendly and wil assist you. Only reason i’m giving it an extra star is for location but i’m sure you can find a better hotel at a better price.

The front end of the hotel looks impressive when you first arrive but we quickly changed our minds and realised it was not worth our money at all. The staff were disinterested and not very friendly and there was very little attention to detail. There were no clean towels at the pool, the TV in our room was faulty, the shower door wouldn't close and water would flood the bathroom. Also, there were clearly some repairs done on the bathtub and there was excess glue, wrapping, and plastic still hanging off. Prior to our stay we were at another hotel just five minutes up the road, which was less then half the cost of this hotel and had nicer rooms, better views, and better staff that didn't look bothered if you ask a question. They also didn't exclude breakfast if you get a "discount" through Agoda. Why is this hotel so expensive? (The price was around $150USD per night the week we stayed). Such a waste of money.

First morning we got a nice breakfast buffet. Last day we had to leave early so we asked how about the breakfast. They told us they package anything. Don't worry. On the last we checked out and got 1 cup mineral water, 1 cup orange juice and 2 slices bread with 2 slices cheese. I paid this for 400BHT! 400 for one person. Same price for the breakfast buffet. Why didn't they tell us before. If I knew about this then I won't take the breakfast. At 7/11 you get a sandwich with cheese and vegetables for 28BHT. They said many people is complaining about the breakfast to go. But they keep selling this. Even don't tell them before what they can expact. I got the feeling I got scammed. Good service but at the end a bitter sweet.

Pretty well options are available nearby for restaurant. Overall if you are only for site seeing this place is good. Overall 5 stars given to this hotel Enjoy the stay in Thailand and in this hotel.

The best hotel I have ever stayed. Very much professionally managed and has a very good bunch of caring staffs. Highly recommend to the visitors visiting Ao Nang beach.

Nice hotel and pool. Very convenient location, many not expensive restaurants around. Walking distance to the beach. Close to 7/11, Starbucks, McDonald's and ATMs. Staff is very polite. Sometimes there are street performers close to it.

PROS: newly built, clean, walking distance to to the beach and main restaurant area CONS: overcrowded with tour groups, poor breakfast selection, understaffed, overpriced. Look elsewhere for a more pleasant and relaxing stay in Ao Nang.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The building seems very poorly constructed. Very strong mildew smell and stains in the room. Construction happening next door. Bed and bedding are very comfortable to westerners. Breakfast, not so much. Lots of kids during my stay. Very good location.

We booked by phone and e-mail but when we reach there, they said nothing registered. other than what happens I the beginning, I really like the hotel and the staff in pool area. They are really friendly. the hotel location is good and staff were nice. easy to get taxi or tuktuk. rooms are clean. there is 711 next to the hotel. about 10 minutes walking to the beach break fast area need an A. C because some times it becomes hot depend on the weather out side. i like the swimming pool area. i really loved this hotel and I may booked with them again and again and again.

Nice room get the mountain view its better. Good buffet breakfast. Nice pool area and pool bar where the bar stools are in the actual pool sipping cocktails. DISLIKE: takes too long to check out while they check the room. Refused to keep us and 3 other hotel guests in the same room when rebooking another night then housekeeping stole our shoes we left in old room.

Nice new modern building that needs management to be aware of standards expected in a 4+ star hotel. Unfortunately bathroom flooded during showering because of a very shallow gradient on floor, plug also kept getting stuck. People were shamelessly smoking directly next to the pool with ash settling onto the water. Not the hotels' fault of course. Thailand seems very relaxed about smoking which is a major drawback as I find it a repulsive habit especially in an otherwise clean pristine environment. No robes, slippers or shaving kit provided by hotel. Acceptable breakfast but juices were all sugary cordials that tasted reconstituted. Lovely pool but creepy men kept filming/ pointing their phones at me and my sister so we had to avoid it when they were there.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. After checked in, we found bed mattress was dirty then we asked them to change it. I booked 2 rooms for Deluxe room and Deluxe Pool Access, the rooms are totally different ex. Rain shower, slippers in the room.

It took them hours to actually get us into a room. On the first day we waited from 11am until 4pm in the lobby. But once we were in there it was actually pretty good. The pool was lovely and it had a swim up bar.

Great hotel with clean rooms but book with discount otherwise you would pay to much for what you get. Book with breakfast, its good open buffet. Far from the beach but you can walk. Close to 7-eleven and mac donalds or subway. Best to stay here and travel with motorbike.

Lovely place not far from the sea. It accommodates a nice pool and great restaurant in the lobby. Great value for money. Definitely worth checking.

Good hotel. Very new and clean. The staff a little stretched, compared to the friendliness that is usually in the area. The tours with price very very inflated. Little control with some tourists who jumped the rules and made parties at odd times or bathe making a lot of noise at night.

Great hotel. Blue themed. Very near to the beach. Krabi is the low profile and calm place to be, where very less tourists come. Go for the long tail boat ride which costs about 2500THB, hire it for private. Ask the person to take to less crowded parts of the beach. You can take sunbath at such beaches, go for snorkelling. You can also hire a yacht.

It's all good at the hotel, and it's renovation, totally, but the construction botch all impressed. Our balcony was in a pool view, inside the territory, but in the neighborhood they built a new hotel, starting at 7:00 and late in the night. It was a very noisy hotel.
Of course, in a month or two, maybe it'll all be over, then it's safe to go to the hotel and enjoy the rest. It's a very convenient location.
