The place is amazing great food great atmosphere and the staff are second to none. The rooms are immaculate the pool is spotless as everything else around here the restaurant is faultless as are the bars the staff and atmosphere are 1st class. I’m Here for a month and it’ll be a sad day when I have to leave for Scotland. But all good things come to an end.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly always smiling breakfast was lovely good choice. Not far from the beach and bars. Loved the pool very clean and tidy hotel would stay again.

Even though the property is great as we enjoyed a room with access to the pool, the service on the other hand was horrible. Towels were not replaced regularly, sugar, water and coffee not refilled daily and even when asked for took forever to arrive. Language is another barrier. Hotel staff were not efficient and we're not friendly at times…

Friendly staff, good quiet nice location, nice room, facilities, breakfast… except parking is limited but can just still park some illegal corners.

Karbi Really one the best cites for tourists to hangout in Thailand. And the this hotel just added to the wonderful experience in this beautiful city. The service ia good, rooms are spacious, staff is co-operative. There are a no of pools in the hotel and the view from the rooms is awesome. They have so nicely taken care of even the minutest detail that make your stay even better, like providing with bags, towels and umbrellas that you can carry to a beach, so you don't have worry about dirtying your own accessories.

We had a great stay in this hotel which is very clean and hospitality was excellent. Very friendly staff who are always smiling and trying to help you. Recommend fully.

I suggest this as in for Complimentary breakfast is awesome with many many items, fresh juices, fruits, pastries, rice with Indian curry, dry fruits few, pancakes, pasta, many non veg items. Very convenient for visiting other islands through speed boats. I suggest this as there is a night market beside this. Aao nang night market. Awesome seafood, gifts, salads stores, Sushi, and many other stalls. Friday, Saturday and Sundays are crowded. Good place to move around and pick anything for gifting.

We went for our honeymoon and loved this hotel. The setting and rooms everything was beautiful and they gave us the corner suite which had private access to the pool. This was perfect for us to explore as a couple. The staff were very accommodating, they give good massages and their buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing!

Highly recommended this resort among Aonang in Krabi for the quiet zone & convenient food haunts without having to travel outskirt & feel tired. Found by chance through Expedia & thought to give it a shot. Staffs & guards are efficient friendly too. Have breakfast buffet for 10 days and will still miss it. Housekeeping condition is fast & clean & they know I need an extra electric mosquito without further hesistation. Massage Corner, 7-11 & Family Mart will make one's trip easy. Overall have nothing to worry about in Krabi definitely will be back again!

First hotel that I find where in the room give you available flip flops, sea bag, towels for the beach. Very good location

Good Hotel, good services. Care super and very good price. A little section of Ao Nang… but not this bad.

This is a hotel located near small community at Ao Nang beach. There is night market in opposite the hotel. There is 7-11 shop and pharmacy shop near the hotel. For the hotel service, a room is spacey and so comfortable. There is a swimming pool in the central of the hotel. Only thing I dont like is the breakfast buffet since not many dish selections to choose.

Located at 3 km from the beach, it is a fairly decent place to stay. Nothing stands out but rooms are quite spacious. Deevana plaza is huge hotel with many swimming pools. Swimming pools are much better than what we expected. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Best part is that they provide beach bag with beach equipments. Quality of room is excellent. Morning breakfast is also good. Loved the fish sausages. Hotel does not have bar. Theassage center in hotel is very costly and one can get them outside at a cheaper cost. They have regular ferries for the beach. The other beach of Krabi is also close. On the way to hotel there is exbhition center, where one can enjoy good street food. I had little complain about the lobby as there was not enough place to sit. At times they arrange live music show which is very nice. Cost wise, I would not say it's worth it but It's not disappointing as well.

A success having chosen the Deevana to spend a few days in Ao Nang. The facilities are very well kept, the staff charming, the breakfast a treat! The pool and the room always perfect. The hotel has a free shutel which takes you to the beach, although if you feel like you can go also on foot, is about twenty minutes. The area is full of services, supermarkets and restaurants to make the stay even more comfortable. When you return to AoNang will return to Deevana.

Hotel with nice and clean rooms. Large swimming pool. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. I can not say much more because I lived one day because of the delay of the flight.

The rooms are family friendly, the staff are exceptionally nice and everything's good! Learning some Thai would go a long way too.

It is a little uncomfortable. The pool is very long. Are 4 buildings as you give the last you have for a walk 5 minutes to the reception.

Very good hotel in Aonang, which is not located directly on the beach. The pool is very large and has nice quiet areas and bars, but it is very shallow everywhere, and is not really suitable for swimming, but more for splashing, cooling and relaxing.

Great hotel good food huge pools good infrastructure. Suitable for children and noisy companies no one will hurt anyone. Good location. One of the best places in Krabi.

Conveniently located hotel. Pool access room is lovely for relaxing. We recommend 4109 as it’s not across from the restaurant or bar so you have some privacy The hotel staff are helpful. Room had good facilities. They didn’t tell us there was a mosquito killer in the wardrobe hidden! Would have been useful as there is a lot of mosquitos Nice hotel for Ao nang and surrounding areas and trips.

Peaceful and calm area. Not much of a crowd. If your are searching for peace. Go there. Great for kids as well. Long Beach nearby. Not much of a market nearby except money changers, bars, eateries, roadside vendors etc.

Rooms are neat and clean fully loaded withe modern amenities. View is nice one side surrounded by beach and other by sea. Beach has walking distance. Nice staff very polite. Awesome place to stay.

Unusual architecture. Convenient location, walking distance to the beaches, near the hotel developed infrastructure. The kitchen is basic, no frills. The rooms are spacious, clean.

Loved this place was our 1st hotel on our island hoping trip with g adventures. We stayed at the other end of this hotel 2 different parts. The part we stayed at was 1st class people really friendly pool side bars with happy Hours Wi-Fi and very clean and tidy. We felt very welcome here all very good at English. Didn't eat here though we went into town was was only a 10 min walk away very central for everything in Krabi. We loved staying here and loved Krabi highly recommend.

We stayed for 2 weeks and we love Deevana plaza! The pool area is great for families and the straff is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. We are defently coming back… Big thanks to all staff, our little daughter talks about you all time / Sweden.

Cost-effective hotel, it is said to be renovated in early 2000 so slightly older. But after living, I think it's still quite ok. Slightly inadequate is the high-floor central air-conditioning cooling tower noise, as well as breakfast without bacon, the others are not bad. By the right, especially suitable for self-driving, convenient parking. But walking back is a bit dark on the road at night.

Stayed here for 4 days last week! Great hotel! Only thing that could improve it is if the hotel rented out scooters to get around themselves! But that's me just being picky! We had a pool access room and it was lovely! Rooms are nice and the pool is great! Very chilled out! All the staff couldn't of been more helpful if they tried! We even arrived at mid day on check in and the had us in our room within 30 minutes at no extra cost which was great! Can't rate this place highly enough! Thankyou for a great stay Deevana!

Large rooms with good facilities including mini bar, fridge, tea and coffee. Large balcony for relaxing overlooking the garden/pool area. Comfortable beds with good air-conditioning mean a good night's sleep is easy to come by. Three large interconnected pools provide ample opportunity for swimming and relaxing in the sun and the poolside bar offers a great choice of drinks and ice cream should you want to indulge. Numerous Happy hours at all the bars with buy one very one free on all drinks makes it good value. Spa is reasonably priced and is busy so book in advance. Hotel is about 15min walk from the beach/centre of Krabi so it's quiet and relaxing however if you want to go to the beach or enjoy the nightlife you aren't right in the heart of the action. Taxis are cheap though so getting to and from the hotel is easy. Generally a nice resort style hotel that is quiet and relaxing with good value for money. Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in Krabi.

Beautiful property but the rudest staff ever! the staff couldn't converse in basic English and were extremely impolite and uncooperative to top it up. Best avoided.

2 words: book now! Nice room and service. The breakfast is awesome! For the beach: just walk there or take tuktuk for 30 baht For other places: take the van outside. They are always ready to drive you to places.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Krabi. The rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable and with a pool view. The staff is courteous and the housekeeping is efficient as well. Their food is also something one should look forward to during their stay. With just 5 minutes of walking distance from the beach, it is conveniently located as well.

Deevana is such a beautiful and great hotel. I spent two weeks there and I truly enjoyed. Staff is very friendly and speaks really good English (at least most of them). Hotel is very clean and they clean rooms everyday. Breakfast was quite good and they had thai food there. Location is perfect. The hotel is located at a peaceful place but markets and other services are just around the corner. I recommend this hotel to couples, families and friends. It is such a nice place!

A very modern and clean hotel that every taxi driver in the area knows. Those who do not have the numerous offers of the hotel have a short distance to the beach. On rainy days you can spend your time here very well, whether gym, spa or restaurant.

Not a bad hotel aesthetically. What was inconsistent was staff — some go out of their way to help you whereas others ignore. Housekeeping poor — many of the toiletries didn't get replenished. I had diarrhoea and rang them for toilet paper — they turned up after several reminders, and 45 mins later.

Hotel staff is very bad. Service and attitute of staff is very poor till experiance I not found this type of lower expiriance in any hotel.

Highly recommended. We we happy with our choice of hotel while staying with family for 10 days at Ao Nang. Restaurant offers wide range of Thai and Western cuisine (check photos).

Service upon checking in was good and throughout our stay. There are nearby halal eateries, massages, 7-11, family mart & tour agencies. Private car to airport is affordable, only 500 baht. I paid 599 by krabi shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Booked a room specifically including Wi-Fi so could do some work while away. No Wi-Fi first whole day, not being seemingly being done about it. Left letter for manager — as yet not even an acknowledgement. Aside — the pool seems perfectly designed within setup of hotel to avoid the sun. Aircon — not great. Certainly not a 4 star.

The staff is usually very unmotivated. The rooms are quite good, but very poorly cleaned. Quite loud it is.

Now rebranded as Plaza Deevana. Friendly service, typical Thai. New-ish resort. Pool access rooms are highly recommended. Otherwise limited sun bed areas around the long, three-section, pool. Breakfast buffet okay. 15 mins walk to main Ao Nang beach area or 2 mins tuktuk ride (30bahts, 80cents per person). Several small convenience stores, massage places and small restaurants next door.

Stayed there last year. Very poor service, quite far from the beach, pictures on their website are misleading. They were part of the Accor group but, they are not anymore. In my opinion, it's because they propose clearly a I suspect them to post fake feedbacks. A negative advice on Trip Advisor is systematically followed, a couple of days later, by a very positive one. It looks very strange to me.
