It’s OK, possible bed bugs here. Just know what you’re getting and you won’t be disappointed. There are AC and non AC bungalows, with the non AC rooms being situated closer to the pier/beach. Pros: 1. It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the nightlife so that there’s no problem with noise. 2. It’s 200 meters from the Maa Head beach promenade/sidewalk that runs alongside the beach. 3. It’s AC worked great. 4. It’s fairly new. 5. It has a jungle resort feel. Lots of fruit trees and chickens. 6. Wi-Fi was good. Cons: 1. Water didn’t work until 4 pm one day. 2. Trash burned 20 yards away from our unit. 3. Litter and construction trash was everywhere. Lawn hadn’t been cut. 4. I’m pretty sure I have a row of bed bug bites on my leg that are the result of staying here. Honestly, I guess it’s possible they cane from a restaurant or dive boat… but odds are, this is where I was bit. If I return, I’ll probably opt for a place on the north side of the piers.

I spent several months in this resort and can highly recommend it. It contains some more basic bungalows and the newer, colorful ones, that u can see in the pictures. All of them are in a big, beautiful, very quiet piece of land with plants and trees. The resort is very close to the pier, so that no taxi is needed when u arrive and also some 3minutes on foot to the beach. Despite the proximity to the pier, is well located and very quiet. Supermarket and 7eleven also very close. The newer bungalow I stayed in, was very spacious, well designed and of high quality, especially its big bathroom, which was one of the best I have ever seen in a room. Really good, powerful air condition, safe, closet, TV, hot water, very good matress and pillow, good Wi-Fi. Big highlight the spacious balcony with chairs and table, where u can relax and enjoy the beautiful garden. The room was regularly and well cleaned every week. The bills were included in the monthly price. Very good and fast laundry service for only 40baht/kilo. It is possible to pay with credit card without any extra charge! The most important factor though for me to stay here, was by far the lovely people here running the resort and the very good customer service. The resort is family run and the whole family, all the employees and Perry at the reception were always very polite, smiling, helpful and accocomodating and always there to help with some small issues that came up during my stay.
