Bad impression from the day that I am not staying yet! I am not happy about the service from the Reservation. The staff is not good and not professional! We had booked over a month ago and it is nearly checking in at the beginning of July! We had been booking by Expedia from the USA. My fiance had booked and sent me an itinerary to confirm our booking by myself! But the problem is we are not convenient from the service at the Reservation. It makes us disappointed and maybe we will decide to do not to stay here and move our booking to the other hotel there. So We are sure a lot of good serviced hotels there in Koh Chang. Your hotel has to think about it. You make customers have a bad impression even though we do not see and stay there yet! It is not because of the hotel facilities or other services from the hotel but because the staff does not smart and good enough for us. This is telling me that you are not professional! Bad services I am not recommended this hotel for sure. This place is amazing. Can’t beat the location. The pool is literally between the rooms and the beach. Straight out of a brochure. Beautiful and awesome.

Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent large buffet breakfast included with the room. 4 different pools to enjoy. Most shops in the neighborhood are currently open.

Very disappointing in these such hard times that your hotel lacks such poor customer service. As a guest or visiting guests to your hotel your staff and policies need a lot of improvement. Not expected from a hotel of your magnitude. Very poor effort my Money happily spent elsewhere!

Low budget, ac, shower and bed was all we needed.

Nice clean rooms close to the beach and very friendly staff. Will definitely come back next time i'm at white sands.

We had a look to several accomodations at White Sand Beach when we arrived, and we were so happy to finally find the SP. You get a room that is big, nice, clean and that includes A/C, TV, free water & coffee, bathroom & terrace. Stuff is also friendly and you only have to cross the street to get to the beach. Yes, it can be a bit noisy outside, but it did not bother us while staying in the room. By the way: There are some places that offer you very very simple fan rooms for the same price. If those ones would be cheaper and not such mosquito paradises, we would save some money and think about to stay there. But until then: Try the SP, you won't regret :)

Good, clean place, close to the beach (1 minute)

The rooms are very clean and just cross the street and you are in a beautiful beach… that's enough, everything else is negative. The bed is Insopportabil hard, the view is on the foundations of a new building, non-soundproof rooms. A few meters there is a bar that makes concerts every night until 1 and a bar with local girls shouting. Bad Breakfast.

Very bad service, food and quality. Wait for half hour for just some noddles and changed our order without any notice in advance.
