So disappointed in 15 Palms. After waiting for 2 years to return to Koh Chang, it’s been incredible and the people have been so friendly as always We’ve been to 15 palms so many times and spent a great deal of money here over the last 6 years. It was always because it was and still is a really beautiful beach bar and restaurant and the staff in the past have always been so friendly and welcoming. However 15 Palms is now where we have felt so unwelcome by the staff who have been so stern. On our first night we assumed it was a one off and went again for a final drink of the night the following day at 10:15pm and was made to feel such a nuisance. Again we assumed it was because we had turned up to late for them. We gave it one last try yesterday and went for a meal earlier on in the evening. It was not very busy at all and was sure they would be happy to accommodate us and welcome us for a meal. Immediately we felt so unwelcome again. We felt like a complete inconvenience to the staff and they seemed so cold, stern and unfriendly. We had our meal and to be fair the food was great again, but we couldn’t wait to leave. As a group of 6 we sadly agreed that we would be the last time we visited or spent any of our money at 15 Palms. It was incredible while it lasted but it’s no longer the pleasant place it once was. There are so many other places we have felt so much more welcomed and have enjoyed.
