Friendly staff. And top notch helpful … Allowed us to come in even tho they were gonna close… And not were we Hungryyyyyy.

We went in the low season… don't!
We ordered 2 steaks medium and none of them were cooked properly…
and when it's so expensive you expects it to be in order.

Having cycled from Pattaya and nearly died coming up the hill from the ferry, we were looking fir a good steak to replenish. Saw this place and read the reviews and was not confident of a good experience. But the steak was very well cooked and tasty as were all the side dishes. Service also very good. Servuce elsewhere appears quite bad. Not sure if this is the quality of the service staff or partly as a resukt of the quality of the customers.

Very friendly staff and nice drinks. Didn't try the food though. The theme is a bit dark and cluttered and the whole place was huge and normally empty. Didn't seem welcoming at first but ended up being okay.

Food was pretty good. Burgers we're really good and the rack of ribs were pretty decent. Service was constant. Recommend the coconut shakes for taste, but not quantity.

Great Place, excellent Steakhouse, Good lodging, friendly atmosphere. Highly reccomend.

Good food but expensive by Thai standards.

Expensive food for bad quality. Ordered medium steak and got a tasteless rare steak. Avoid this place as you have lot of good food around for just a tenth of cost.

Yeah had dinner and breakfast in here now! Nice place, nice and relaxing, service is really impressive, food was fairly nice and quite reasonably priced too! Had a selection of 3 steaks and cooked well so would strongly advice! Overall a nice place to eat.

Steak true Ok but also not the Burner. The Eatery is great.

Even though service was good food was below average for the amount they charged. Would not go back. From mash to steak, everything was chewy and tasteless, no flavour at all.

We wanted something other than thai food one day, and went to this place to get more continental dishes. The place looks cool and has a nice atmosphere, but the food was below expectations. My girlfriend ordered a chicken hamburger and the chicken fillet was dry as paper. I ordered a bacon and cheeseburger, (which was a bestseller/specialty according to their menu), and it was tasteless and the grinded beef was full of bones and other stuff that did not really sit well with me. If I order something made of meat in a steak house I expect perfection. I did not try the beef here, and I will not go back again to do so… Avoid…

Food was overrated. So much good local food all around.

A good steak house, I should say not cheap! A good steak costs about 1000 baht, very tasty! in General, you can visit, but not more than once.

Really great and nice service. Very attentive. From the T-Bone I expected more. Maybe it was me. Local rather expensive.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. We were allowed to use the amazing rooftop pool of the Erawan hotel for free. The Beach is just across the street.

As I ate the first time in the year 2012 here, I found (150 days hung) the steak just only big-time. I had taken a super steak to me already in Cape Town at the best Steakhouse in South Africa. I found that really still better in the Buffalo Bill, I had never before eaten delicate something in my life. Now in the year 2015, we were sadly disappointed. The steak, which is been ordered medium was still raw. My wife has to leave again after barbecuing dannihr steak. Nevertheless this is still the best Steak House on the island, but also pretty expensive now. The burgers are pretty good and priced completely acceptable. If so you are looking for a good change of pace to the Thai food, is right here.

Food is good but the service was really poor for this kind of restaurant, even for Thai standards.
